Sleep and nutrition absolutely impact the body's ability to fight off disease. How you going to quarantine yourself if this disease lasts for a year or two, what then? You wait it out in a bubble until they figure out a vaccine? Doesn't sound realistic.
But does Trump know Kobe personally? I wouldn't be surprised if he did.
If I were doing an IPO these days, I'd probably go with a direct listing. Slack did it and it was a big success: https://qz.com/1648526/slacks-direct-listing-on-the-nyse-is-a-hit/
For corporations that are incorporated in CA. Almost none are because their tax laws and regulations are insane. Nearly every Corp that matters is filed under Delaware or Nevada.
When there are too many trees we can cut them down for wood, man. I don't think we should be growing wild forests in urban areas but if we want to expand national park land or open up more areas for private lease hunting or something like that I'm not against it.
Especially for shitty schools that overcharge on tuition to suckers.
Forests do have to be managed. You're right they would grow without human intervention but they would grow randomly and haphazardly and you'd get forest fires and mixed results without some intervention. Forestry management is a discipline and in the U.S. it was originally Cornelius Vanderbilt who developed the first U.S. based forestry school prior to the National Forest initiative.
Sorry I don't know about that video but you can clearly see his gun recoil. https://www.star-telegram.com/news/local/crime/article238811603.html in this video:
Can we file a class action defamation lawsuit against Reddit for its eternal quarantine of The_Donald, implying all of us are violent?
Probably not, Chuck Norris would definitely have a diet Coke with Trump. He was a big Huckabee endorser and the Huckabees are in Trump's camp.
Look if you work for the Secret Service it's part of their fucking mission to protect the president no matter what party they are in. The integrity of our republic is too important. The FBI used to have some semblance of non-bias as well.
I kinda miss Scott's essays. I watch his podcast sometimes but these also make for nice, quick reading that don't take up a whole hour.
He's one of the best political analysts in the country. It really helps that he understands persuasion and bias so well as that is the secret to deciphering politics.
I'm not sure that Senators can be recalled? They have 6 year terms in the Constitution.
Arson is one of the most difficult crimes to try, because the evidence tends to burn up in flames. So I would assume they didn't catch everyone.
Bloomberg is almost 80 years old. By 2024 he'll be 82. Sorry, I don't see anyone supporting an 82 year old president for their first term. It's too late for Bloomberg. It's 2020 or bust.
I don't know but I saw Glenn Beck speculate on one of his shows that Trump was going to purchase OANN and run it after his second term.
It may not be a brief headline, but it's a true one. Loved Chappelle's Mark Twain prize speech. He's a stand up guy. Saying what needs to be said!
I don't even hate this. California's zoning laws are the primary reason housing is completely unaffordable in that state.
Some would call Julian Assange a whistle blower. Look at how they've treated him.
