The question is not whether they own the website and have the right to deny service. The question is whether they built the site on the promise to "Broadcast Yourself" and allow you to post your thoughts, observations, hopes and desires on their site, and then later changed their minds after they were successful and decided they did not like YOUR thoughts, observations, hopes, and desires.
There is damage being done to creators who drew the crowd and built their site, and damages are what lawsuits are all about.
WMAL.COM (the Rush Limbaugh station in Washington, DC), Larry O'Connor Show (3-6PM after Rush) had a call-in who related this anecdote:
