Average is a crappy metric most of the time. Median is much better usually. Plus you have to adjust for environmental factors such as income, diet, etc. I'm not saying its not true that races have different IQ on 'average' , but its as useful as saying 'women get paid %XX percent less than men on average'. Besides IQ isn't that useful in the grand scope it has to be paired with attributes like resilience, determination, resourcefulness, and ability to work with others, etc. So in general I would say, its not that simple.

Does anyone really consider Trump to be a politician? Trump is Trump. There's only one Trump and nobody is like Trump. Not even close.

Why champion him? Maybe because he has a solid vision for America that makes sense? Because he is a good leader?

"As long as you don't log in to twitter you should be fine"

Not even close to being true

This election is far more important than last. All that shit they've been pulling, from riots to hoaxes to conspiracies... if they win they will know that it works and it won't be the last time it happens.

Is Portland Andy the best one to watch? I see too many stream options on here.

I wonder if the burger king has an indicator for the number of orders ahead of you or the estimated wait time. People tend to be more patient when they see an indicator of some progress towards the result they want. We've grown quite used to that and conditioned that way because of computers/user interfaces.

Some people when they are waiting for an indeterminite period of time may see or think they see others getting served ahead of them and become paranoid that maybe they are being disrespected. But in reality the workers are processing the orders according to the system set by managment and it is unlikely that they are purposefully disrespecting someone.

Can you sue rioters if they force you to be late to work and you miss some wages or get fired?

What if being assigned to live in the future is heaven and the past is hell. Life used to be pretty brutal for humans when you go back in time.

They'll probably perfect some sort of sex transition surgery someday, if theres enough demand and money in it, and willing brainwashed people who sacrifice themselves for the advancement of their cause. Kinda like hair plugs surgery, which used to be horrific, but now I hear is much improved.

Lesson of the story: don't be a part of any experimental elective surgery that isn't perfected and well established. and don't let someone cut of your dick and turn it into a smelly hole.

So this is what the 4th time you posted this video in the last hour?

Nobody here wants to see Joe Biden giving advice to kids.

marshallbanana 4 points ago +4 / -0

Hahahah Joe Biden should not be allowed to give kids advice or even be around them.

Biden is too busy listening to his broken record player to read NYT or write tweets. This was written by a democrat operative.

I mean millionaires/billionaires would use the same logic with regards to the progressive tax system. I'm not an economist so I don't know what is best. We also subsidize and provide foreign aid to several other countries. At least in this case our own people are getting the benefit.

https://www.foreignassistance.gov/

$31.2 Billion requested in foreign assistance for FY 2021

"Today, the U.S. manages foreign assistance programs in more than 100 countries around the world through the efforts of over 20 different U.S. government agencies. These investments further America's foreign policy interests on issues ranging from expanding free markets, combating extremism, ensuring stable democracies, and addressing the root causes of poverty, while simultaneously fostering global good will."

Ok so Armstrong's shop was award a contract of $300k+ to provide and service bikes to the police. Since police were using the bikes while dealing with rioters, Armstrong decided to cancel the contract after discussing with his staff.

So now the contract will likely go to another bike shop. You know I wonder if maybe the contract wasn't as profitable as Armstrong wanted and just used the BLM thing as an excuse to terminate it.

I duno man. Some of those people use the internet to find a job, get education for themselves or their kids, keep in touch with family, etc. So they use it as a tool to 'move up' financially and become a contributor to society. Other people just use it to fuck off and leech from the system. Would be interesting to see how many are pure leechers of welfare and those who rise up from it.

There are typically exceptions to bureaucratic fees if you are indigent. Chronically poor people actually tend to become quite adept over time at navigating welfare and other government systems. I would like to see an actual example of a poor person who is unable to attain a valid ID to vote, because I don't believe this is accurate. This is something that can be easily resolved if the person talks with a case manager.

Student discounts are common at many businesses. There are much greater complaints you could ledge against amazon than this.

I could be wrong but I dont think being sexist, racist, etc has the connotation of being a vice.

posessing should be possessing

the last paragraph seems to contradict itself or at least is unclear in the meaning. Maybe due to punctuation.

Otherwise the overall concept of this idea (forcing people to admit the ultimate conclusion of their idea) seems pretty solid.
