Regarding the "looks like reddit", custom CSS is the moderator's property on Reddit so I don't think Reddit has a case. Also just like Snapchat can't sue Facebook for copying their "Stories" idea, I doubt reddit has a case either.

No, Gab is still with CloudFlare. CF is the CDN and DDOS protection service. They did ban DailyStormer and 8chan though. DailyStormer was banned because they were blatantly claiming that CloudFlare supports them or something (which is a big non no). 8chan was banned after the shootings in El Paso I believe. Though since 8chan allows un-moderated anonymous posts which thedonald.win doesn't, I think we might be okay. I hate cloudflare but they are probably one of the best CDN and DDOS prevention.

I would HIGHLY recommend you to move your domain name from GoDaddy to somewhere else. They are the scummiest of them all. Epik is the most free speech tolerant provider from what I know. Nobody should be supporting GoDaddy imo.
DDOS can be prevented by using a CDN (they probably have one in place). I would HIGHLY recommend them to get their domain off godaddy and move to Epik. Godaddy is the absolute worst of the worst.
Don't think Reddit can claim IP as it's completely different. Same way Snapchat couldn't claim IP over their disappearing stories when FB copied them.
THIS is very important! Look into Epik, they are the best for free speech related stuff. Gab, DS etc are all with them. I only buy my domain names from them.
