If they thought Biden won, they would wait two months to try and pass this. The only reason to write this meaningless piece now is for anti-Trump marketing.

"Challenger ArticiaBomer stated, “I observed a station where election workers were working on scanned ballots that had issues that needed to be manually corrected. I believe some of these workers were changing votes that had been cast for Donald Trump and other Republican candidates.” Id. (Bomer aff. ¶9). In addition to this eyewitness testimony of election workers manually changing votes for Trump to votes for Biden, there is evidence that Dominion Voting Systems did the same thing on a much larger scale with its Dominion Democracy Suite software."

"With respect to Error #1, Dr. Briggs analysis estimated that 29,611 to 36,529 ballots out of the total 139,190 unreturned ballots (21.27% - 26.24%) were recorded for voters who had not requested them. Id. With respect to Error #2, the numbers are similar with 27,928 to 34,710 ballots out of 139,190 unreturned ballots (20.06% - 24.93%) recorded for voters who did return their ballots were recorded as being unreturned."

"The most egregious example of election workers fraudulent and illegal behavior concerns two batches of new ballots brought to the TCF Center after the 8:00 PM Election Day deadline. First, at approximately 4:30 AM on November 4, 2020, poll challenger Andrew Sitto observed “tens of thousands of new ballots” being brought into the counting room, and “[u]nlike the other ballots, these boxes were brought in from the rear of the room.” Mr. Sitto heard other Republican challengers state that “several vehicles with out-of-state license plates pulled up to the TCF Center a little before 4:30 a.m. and unloaded boxes of ballots.” “All ballots sampled that I heard and observed were for Joe Biden.”'

Full quote on page 53, section 111:

"An analysis of the Dominion software system by a former US Military Intelligence expert concludes that the system and software have been accessible and were certainly compromised by rogue actors, such as Iran and China. By using servers and employees connected with rogue actors and hostile foreign influences combined with numerous easily discoverable leaked credentials, Dominion neglectfully allowed foreign adversaries to access data and intentionally provided access to their infrastructure in order to monitor and manipulate elections, including the most recent one in 2020."

Still going through the document myself, but the source is a:

"declaration of a former electronic intelligence analyst under 305th Military Intelligence with experience gathering SAM missile system electronic intelligence"

"(See Attached hereto as Exh. 8, copy of redacted witness affidavit, 17 pages, November 23, 2020)"

The important point is these affidavits will be part of the evidence presented in court.

How much more evidence do his remaining viewers need to understand that Tim Pool has no integrity? He doesn't care about evidence of voter fraud, he cares about maintaining his image and favorability with google admins.

Having Thanksgiving with your family has become a political issue so it's already on the table. Anyone with you is demonstrating that they are against state lockdowns just by showing up, and it's an easy transition from "covid is a bs excuse for lockdowns" to "covid is a bs excuse for enabling election fraud".

The left wants us to focus on Dominion.

What a joke. Try finding MSM coverage claiming that Dominion switched votes, counts votes overseas, or even is vulnerable to fraud.

Meanwhile, Trump has tweeted about Dominion repeatedly:

No intelligent supporter here has a problem following multiple lawsuits. Obviously we need to expose every type of fraud, and multiple lawsuits are the best way to do that.

You're trying to downplay the upcoming Powell lawsuit and your new account is a lazy attempt to blend in.

Lol, anyone following this wannabe tyrant's orders deserves the isolation they're enforcing on themselves. It's fitting that the music in this propaganda piece sounds like the background to a 1984 baby toy commercial.

Well deserved, Flynn is a patriot and a clear target of the deep state.

I wonder if this pardon previews news about what Flynn and his associates have been up to these past few years.

Empty threats that need to be prosecuted. These universities are out of control trying desperately to create a compliance culture.

My university demanded all students and faculty to get a flu vaccine by Nov 1st, and threatened that they would lock student accounts for anyone who didn't comply. I ignored it completely and am still employed for next quarter, so it looks like it was an empty threat they hoped faculty would just accept without questioning it. Or they don't know how to code their own websites.

I think we need to lock down the mainstream media companies. For COVID safety, of course.

Obama resigned his seat on November 16. It's a legitimate point to press even if it's not a universal rule.

Trump wants 2% average inflation per year. That rate makes debt easier to pay, forces the FED to eat the majority of inflation costs (treasury bonds pay less interest than inflation), gives a low threshold for banks to profit off of commercial loans, and pushes timid cash holders to invest their money in the economy.

If you're sitting on cash, invest in growing American companies that haven't gone woke. If you don't know how to judge individual companies, buy index funds. Cash is a losing investment, and crypto never generates profit and therefore its price is pure speculation.

Lol "freedom passes". To state the obvious, it's not freedom if you need a government permission slip to live normally.

Think Trump is retweeting disinformation? Using the term "conspiracy theory" to discredit Powell means you're a low effort shill. Any Trump supporter who has argued with the left before has already had that buzzword thrown at them countless times.

Powell was never part of Trump's legal team, so today's statement is not Trump distancing himself from her. There are good reasons for their statement, I agree, but your explanation is speculation and not helpful. Barnes has been defending Tucker today so I wouldn't put much stock in his opinion either.

Powell mentioned 4 countries with lines into the server. Where do you think she got that information?

For the record, here's the post Trump retweeted vouching for Powell's credibility:
