I don't see how it leads to the North American Union but I do see how it helps Mexico and Canada as well as the USA. If we want to keep a dirt poor neighbor to the south, we will have the continuation of the problems we've had.

It sounds like it is referring to the 'founding documents' of the country but the questions and terms are from the reconstruction period after the Civil War. i.e. the site uses the term 'inalienable' and the original term is 'unalienable' -- huge difference. United States instead of the original term united States.
Differences sound very small until you get your ass handed to you in Federal Court a couple of times. But even a numbskull like me can eventually catch on.
