If your wife says "he's my advocate, and his child's advocate" they will have to let you in. Comply with their damn mask wearing, and there should be no problem. Every patient that requests is due an advocate of their choosing.

Nepotism? Really? What happened to merit? This girl has probably been in the Civil Air Patrol for years, and has an engaged parent with an interest in aviation. I have a niece that could be her in a few more years; her dad is highly engaged. Niece is trying for an appointment at the Air Force Academy, and I'll bet she gets one based on grades and extracurriculars.

Depending on the version, you probably dressed like a future engineer, or perhaps a hard working farmer. Rewrite your script, and be proud of who you were, and who you became. And remember, some girls liked nerdy guys ;)

When we are all old and in a home, we can pass secret notes that our overseers can't read.

I was notified today that I've been selected to be a poll worker. Was told no leaving the polls while open to go to my precinct and vote, so I would have to do an absentee. I live in a blue county, with a Dem County Auditor. I'm reconsidering being a poll worker.

Any advice?
