Absolutely agree.

Hopefully Trump will pass his legacy on to someone from the Freedom Caucus, or a similar liberty minded individual.

If you are very poor in America the government will give you:

Free medical care

Free daycare

A refundable tax credit for pooping out a kid you can't afford to raise.

Food assistance

Cash assistance

Pell grants to attend higher schooling

And dozens of other programs.

I know people who refuse to take higher wage jobs because they will lose their government benefits.

For a lot of people in America being poor is a lifestyle choice.

Damien Owens, and people like him who have self-assumed the mantle of societal moral authority, will never understand Trump's appeal to the average American.

I wish I lived in a civil, high minded political society where reasonable minds could simply agree to disagree on policy differences and everyone was better for having heard both sides of an argument.

But we don't.

Which is how we ended up with this Trump guy who's dragging his cheeto dust ballsack across the media, Hollywood, and both political establishments, as well as all the other soothsayers who forgot that the interests of Americans are supposed to come first.

Well they did perfect the rectal-cranial inversion dismount.

The Democrats have mastered mental gymnastics to a degree that even Nadia Comaneci is jealous.

Trump will beat any of the current Democrat challengers straight up in the 2020 election.

When the DNC fricks Bernie Sanders, and they will, either 20% of the Democrat electorate won't vote at all, or Sanders will try a late 3rd party run and take away 20% of the Democrat votes.

The more likely outcome is Bernie bowing out and retiring to vacation at his fourth house.

Sounds like coronavirus started in China.

A second rate country run by third world dictators who eat frogs, bats, dogs, rats and have no health standards.

Just like most shithole countries.

Governor Huckabee should be a teaching master class on how to shitpost.

This freaking timeline.

My education manifested into a small business which provides services in exchange for money.

There's also a spit cup next to my keyboard.

Hobbies include turning wrenches on motorcycles and designing guitar amplifiers.

I am 100% redneck. And proud of it too.

I don't know Kenneth's frequency, but Jenny is on 8675309.

Man the bots, spammers, and Bernie Bro asshats are thick recently.

Clearly a sign that they fear TD.Win.

Losers.

Have to disagree with Mr. Sowell on this one.

If Obama bent either way it would be towards socialism rather than fascism. Without repealing the Constitution, America will never be a socialist country. Similarly, so long as there exist three separate but co-equal branches of government, America will never become a fascist country.

At best Obama ardently tried to use the government to redistribute wealth. His coup d'etat was the Affordable Care Act which requires a taxpaying provider to subsidize the health care for non-taxpaying non-providers. This was a huge victory for progressivism whose goal is to empower the government to regulate every aspect of the citizens lives.

Although Obama desired to expand government power, at best he can be described as authoritarian. To attempt to characterize Obama as fascist is lazy. Courts repeated slapped Obama down when he overstepped his lawful authority.

Obama did his best to change the system from within. But in our system the executive does not make the laws; nor does the executive decide whether laws or executive action are constitutional. There was only so much Obama could do and he was politically smart to not openly espouse radical socialist ideas.

The good news, though, is that Obama went far enough that he awakened the silent majority who voted in our glorious Cheeto Cheeked Shitposter-in-Chief.

Looking back someday, we'll remember this as the god old days.

Whatever you think you are doing it sure as shit isn't "trolling".

Seriously, trolling requires clever antagonism and biting wit.

Of course you'll need a dictionary to understand at least two of the words in the sentence above.

And after she went to the White House and met President Trump the first time she proceeded to shit on him publicly.

But I suppose that might not bother people who value fashion over ideas.

Joy Villa is just another an attention seeking whore.

We've seen this movie once before already.

WanderingAutist [S] (2 points)

Richard Spencer isn't "Alt-Right". Richard Spencer is a white nationalist bigot.

And if you research white nationalism in America you'll find that most of them are also national socialists. Just like Hitler.

The "Alt-Right" is actually the political movement of liberals, libertarians, centrists, and conservatives who rose up against the Republican RINO establishment DC uniparty.

The Alt-Right gave us Trump. And the first thing the Left did after the election was to full on gaslight the term "Alt-Right" into a racial pejorative.

Noam Chomsky would be proud.

As an American to a German, or at least a European (based on the usage of pronouns in your comment), thank you for your insight.

In the spirit of conversation rather than disagreement, do you have any thoughts on this video about Nazism?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n7jlTYSeHWA

It's a lengthy watch, but the central point is that the special secret ingredient of Nazism is a proud, downtrodden population who willfully submits to their authoritarian leader in support of the collective national good.

The term 'Nazi' gets thrown around so much today in American lexicon that it has become essentially meaningless.

An honest discussion about what Nazism really was might be useful.

WanderingAutist [S] (4 points) *

The left is the pre Nazi party.

The argument that Progressives, and those to the left of Progressives, share socialist ideals with the Nazis, is pretty correct but your blanket admonition is a bit hyperbolic.

The socialist revolution never happened in the United States. Probably because the working class looked around and realized that their lives under capitalism really weren't that bad compared to under-industrialized countries and third world shitholes.

Having failed at violent revolution, the Marxists reconceived their mission and infiltrated the institutions of the West - The social, academic and political.

Rebranded now as 'Social Democrats' they seek to demoralize the West to a degree that the populace will vote themselves into socialism democratically.

The closest comparison with the modern Progressive Left and Nazis, imo, are the Hegelites who believe that violence is justified to obtain political ends.

These are the Antifa faggots.

Perhaps some blood will be spilled. But we'll be fine.

I was going to pine in here to support you as an agnostic but I realized you don't need assistance.

So I'll just try to be poetic and post a song that might link the two of us between sander9702 and gawd-emperor's shill posts :

I'd also wager a good number of folks on here were trolling the internet when you were still swimming around in your daddy's nutsack.

Get to work son.

Decriminalization of weed was the perfect balance. Less than an ounce, here's your >$100 ticket. Decriminalization balanced the liberty of hippy lettuce consumers with a legitimate concern that outright legalization might have some negative social consequences writ large.

Like my long time friend who talks continuously about thoughts that must sound very interesting in his own head; But to me it's like watching a 90s civic do doughnuts in a cull-de-sac. After a few hours it gets kinda boring.
