Omaha democrats have been asses for years. Look into why Lincoln is not named lancaster and you will see how long they have been pulling this shit.
something along the lines of
sudo apt-get ftpsoftwareofchoice
fuck up the config.
TLDR; do not install FTP these days without something like SCP or SFTP in the mix... even SCP is consider to be deprecated now, use something more secure like sftp.
FTP users/passwords transfers are in the clear. Do not use it. it was a more trusting time in the late 80s early 90s when it was invented. we were a more trusting lot and encryption was considered a munition.
as a guy i used to work with would say 'lets do both'
gee wonder where all that money came from cough BLM cough
that moment you realized you pushed the wrong config... been there have the coffee mug to prove it.
absolutely. lie amplification is one of their tools. they have many. fear like i point out. persuasion is also a tool. a powerful one. for this one you could almost calling a 'mockingbird' :) these tools are what they use. reading rules for radicals will show many what they are doing and what they admire. i call it a checklist on how to be an asshole. but the techniques work. you have to be ready for them and spot out their lies of fear and lies of omission.
they do not frame it that way. but it does not stop me from saying it everywhere i can.
make no mistake communism is evil. capitalism can however be subverted into a form of communism (usually fascism or feudalism). where the gov rules are basically made up by the corporations and they just write the laws. they use 'campaign contributions' to do it. bribery is on the table in capitalism. once you realize that everything can be bought for a price you realize there needs to be a heavy check things to insure a free market. I personally am on the fence if we should have a totally open market. not because it would would be a good thing but because it could be subverted into a bad thing. laze fare economics seems to only work if everyone is a good actor (long term). take for example trumps tariffs on china. the assumption was that china was being a good actor. it is plainly clear at this point they were not. so an intervention was needed. my mind is not made up on that though because if you interfere too much you create the same conditions.
the reason communism is utterly unable to compete in a free market is because by its very definition is a monopoly. monopolies seek to extract maximum value from its resources (work force, assets, laws, etc) and minimize costs (labor, rent, taxes). it can not compete as if a competitor can enter the market and upset their balance of MR=MC and blow it up. they can not exist after a particular point if they are not a monopoly they will not have the income for it. being the gov/corp they are they can enforce their position by law and force and either seize the labor of someone else or deplatform them. they do not compete because they do not have to.
it is about taking as much from you as it can and then using guilt and fear to gaslight you into thinking you are doing a good thing. then giving you peanuts in return and telling you it is gold and you should be honored to get it.
a few days ago i realized what communism is. it is the most brutal form of capitalism (by their definition). they only allow monopolies to exist. the gov and the corp are one in the same. all the profits and benefits goto the corp/gov the people get whatever scraps they let you have. all of the bureaucracy of both a mega corp and gov tied into one giant bundle of crap because even if you get ahead the corp/gov takes it from you.
hehe this one dude i worked with 'in europe we paid way more in taxes and got all of these things' 'yeah here we pay just as much and get screwed' 'oh no taxes here are lower' 'dude look at your check we pay just as much if not more we just itemize the bill' spin on one day later 'taxes suck here'.
their game is to play 'we believe in X' when they could give a flying fuck about it. all they care about is power. fear is too that they use. fear of being ignorant. fear of being cast out. fear of being mocked. fear of death. fear of hurting someone else. fear someone will do something they just made up just for you. fear is their tool.
story repetition is a problem with 24/7 'news'. the arguing talking head format that fox brought to the forefront was a ratings boon. it fills in the time that there is nothing really going on of which there is a lot of. cnn quickly copied it then pegged it to 11.
that there is competition now is good for them. they just do not know it yet.
however, keep an eye on them. most journalists that graduate for this kind of work think they are 'going to change the world'. when the reality is they will either be filing out mad-libs style puff pieces or reading the script off a teleprompter that the poor shlub in the back had to fill in the mad-libs style news article. the competition is fierce. so the pay is low as supply outstrips demand by a good margin. many have changed to 'creating content' instead of 'investigation'. meaning they can crank out an article in 2-3 hours instead of spending months looking into something. because either way they are getting paid the same for the 1 article. some are finding work in the youtube world but you can have your entire income shut off by the click of a button and you are deplatformed instantly so they follow the 'mob ideals'.
I would say add in 'you vote at least every x years or you are not registered' and 'you must register to vote no excuses'. 'when you register you get a registration photo id card' if you do not vote at least every x years you are automatically removed from the rolls.
Keep it simple as the more steps you add in the more places for shenanigans enter in. as a programmer my reaction is blockchain with an encrypted private/public key from the id card. each ballot is also signed with that card and the card of the election supervisor of your district. Also as a programmer 'encryption/blockchain' is probably a really bad idea.
I would say something like each vote signed digitally in some way. recorded into a block chain. for quick verification (so we can know the results quickly). each ballot is also printed in plain text what is in the encrypted message. you can decode it with my public key which is printed onto each ballot and you need my private key to make the message. THEN there are at least 6 people who look at each vote from the plain text. 3 from each 'team' as many elections have more than 2 people running. The first 2, 1 from each team vote on it. it then goes through 2 more rounds of vetting. that is the 'real' vote. they should be within some % of each other or the whole district is tossed out. Voting holiday is a good idea too. BTW all of this can still be forged. Still have not worked that out in my head how to do it. As he who controls the 'master keys' controls it. It seems plausible to do though.
blockchain is not some magic bullet. it is just a way to record something with a crypto signature. it is also brutally hard to get 'just right'.
now the down side to a 'block chain'/private-public key is the anonymous vote. that was put into place to discourage 'pay 15 bucks to vote' or 'vote this way or i pound you'. it is one of the reasons you can not bring cameras into the booth with you. you may say 'oh that is not a big deal' but in the 1800s it was done a lot in cities like new york.
poes law in effect here.... but I suspect sarcasm.
its breathtaking in the scope and scale of it. carlin was right, we were not invited.

Lucas is an amazing producer and director. But can not write a story worth a crap, then his right hand man said 'hold my beer' and produced even worse crap.
pick off the leaders and the rest will disperse.
what are they going to do? break the windows they already broke? burn down the buildings they already burnt down?
all of the states need to be doing this.
chang.org is just another propaganda arm of the DNC
