If you are too fatigued to get your ass up and work in order to be able to eat, you probably deserve to perish.

Willie Brown's ex-mistress would've been more correct. Ex-side piece or ex-cock holster would've also been acceptable.

What if they use the lights that kill the virus? The virus is self-aware and will probably uncover the plot to kill it but it's worth a chance.

Exactly. I remembered that from one of his TED Talks. How does healthcare get better but population decreases? That was some ballsy shit for him to say but you know what kind of audience he attracts.

What if these modified tails and new amino acids fuck up replication and EVERY SINGLE person who gets this vaccination produces sterile children?

Bill Gates did say the depopulation of the Earth will be through vaccinations.

When you say "New Leadership NOW", that infers there was leadership before which is false.

They did kneel. They also played a horrible instrumental rendition of The Star-Spangled Banner instead of having someone sing it.

Never been offended by the stereotypes. I think they're hilarious. My kids were watching a cartoon named "Chowder" one day and the episode was called "Weekend at Schnitzel's". It had a whole bunch of stereotypes and I couldn't stop laughing. Especially, the Mexican Chuck E. Cheese knockoff character aptly named Carlito Con Queso. LOL

The investment firm would have to be one of the individual's choosing because the government can't endorse one over another and make it look like favoritism. It doesn't have to be government run to pass congress. If it was government run, we'd be right back to where we are with current SS. Congress would just have to have some balls and pass something.

Sure there is risk but it's always temporary. Fellow 'pede Bogey wrote on this thread that there have only been about 3 or 4 years during the last 15 where it was not good to retire. I'll take my chances with those odds. Plus, when the market has dipped, it just took a little bit of waiting it out for it to return to normal or higher.

I know many politicians are cowards and won't want to fiddle with SS lest they incur the wrath of the cancel culture mob from fiscally irresponsible constituents. If everybody has to wait for a "right time" to tweak SS, it's never going to happen because it's never going to be the "right time". We need to begin changing it and live with the results. That is why I'm saying there needs to be an "opt-out" for those of us well into our working years and begin changing it for younger people such as the idea I laid out where their payments to SS are lowered while allowing them to invest the rest elsewhere. Eventually, most of the people responsibly investing their former SS money will be so well off that they won't need SS money and the small amount being taken for the SS program could be used in order to take care of some of the people that totally fucked their lives up.

I just hope that more President Trump-like patriots decide to run for office and keep making GEOTUS-type decisions that will keep our country marching towards prosperity. I'll try to do my part and sling those red-pills like Johnny Appleseed.

So, responsible people such as myself and our families have to suffer because of it? There are better ways. As I've said, I'm just over halfway through my working life and I'm willing to forgo everything I've put into SS if I can keep my money going forward to invest myself. I'm willing to do that. That sounds more than fair. Maybe younger workers can get their SS significantly reduced, by 50-90%, if they are willing to forgo SS? Maybe set something up where the money goes directly from your employer to an investment firm so some lowlifes don't opt out of SS and squander their money? We can help dumbasses not become burdens on society and let responsible citizens flourish at the same time.

Not sure what the percentage is but some recent articles I've read said that you have to live until upwards of mid-80s to draw even. That's not the point, though. The point is that the government takes your money and mismanages it. I found an article from CNN Business from 2013 (not linking so they don't get traffic) that stated:

Couples now in their early 40s will have forked over $808,000 in Social Security taxes by the time they retire, but get back only $703,000 in benefits.

The article also stated that as we go further into the future, you will pay more in taxes and receive less in benefits. Imagine if you were able to invest that $800k+ in a private firm. You'd have many millions more. Another thing, as I've stated, is the fact that when you die, the government keeps your money. Imagine if you invested your own money and were able to leave millions to your family instead of a measly $255 check SS gives your family that won't even cover flowers for your funeral. All I'm saying is that program is garbage and Americans have been hoodwinked since FDR started this fiasco. Many fiscally responsible citizens have been given the shaft because FDR started a program to help irresponsible people that screwed themselves.
