"In over his head" is a generous take. To me it seems he decided on the outcome he wanted and asked for help in how to twist the law to get there. He is probably well aware of the Supreme Court ruling and does not care, since it does not support the outcome he is trying to weasel.

I don't know much about Musk, but he described himself as socially liberal and fiscally conservative. That is codespeak for Libertarian, and there are many Libertarians here, including me.

When I Google Obamagate, Google gives me a propaganda article by the Voice of America, which is taxpayer-funded. The article bashes President Trump. Cut the government money, including indirect funding by the CIA, and you fix mainstream media.

It occurs to me that this is similar to how George Soros has traditionally made his money. He crashes economies and currencies so that he can make sell short and make money.

And there was even an earlier switch, from the photos of bloody bodies in the streets of Wuhan to WHO's "no evidence of human to human transfer". Did we ever figure out what was the deal with those photos? I have been assuming it was Chinese propaganda before they realized they were going to be screwed if the world quarantined China before the virus spread worldwide, so then they reversed 180 degrees.

If one state decides to award its electors based on the national popular vote, then is it making an agreement with other states? If two states both "independently" decide to do this, are they making an agreement with each other? I fear this is what they will argue.

The article says Soros said that in 2009.

It also says this:

• UN World Health Organization: Communist Chinese loyalist Margaret Chan is the director-general of WHO, which has been attempting to usurp increasingly draconian powers over humanity under the guise of “health” on everything from trying to impose global tobacco taxes and acquiring more draconian quarantine powers to establishing a planetary “mental health” regime. Last year in Western Africa, citing the Ebola outbreak, Chan claimed “global health authorities” would need to help impose “new measures such as deploying soldiers to quarantine stricken neighborhoods in Sierra Leone,” the Wall Street Journal reported. Now, after being “criticized” in the establishment press for not doing enough to stop Ebola, Chan is working to supersize and further empower the WHO with bigger budgets and more authority.

Chance of look-a-like or deep fake is reduced by the source being CBS News:

But could it be a urostomy bag or other medical device?

No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.

I don't know if the Supreme Court would rule that this applies here, though.

I notice Ben Garrison never includes Biden's "roaches" in his cartoons. I wonder if he considers the term so offensive that he cannot use it, ironically.

I can't find exactly where I read that, but these sources together come close, if you'll use your powers of logic:

Although taking vitamin D supplements may extend survival (as described above), it doesn’t lower cancer risk, according to results of the largest-ever clinical trial to assess vitamin D for cancer prevention.

http://archive.is/jG0E6 (archived because it's Harvard)

After adjusting for several known cancer risk factors, such as age, weight, physical activity, smoking, alcohol intake, and dietary factors, the researchers found that high levels of vitamin D were associated with a 20% lower relative risk of cancer in both men and women compared with low vitamin D levels.

https://academic.oup.com/jnci/article/97/3/161/2544132

In this issue of the Journal, two independent epidemiologic studies ( 2 , 3 ) suggest that sunlight may reduce the risk of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) and may be associated with increased survival rates in patients with early-stage melanoma.

https://www.researchgate.net/publication/6855504_UV_latitude_and_spatial_trends_in_prostate_cancer_mortality_All_sunlight_is_not_the_same_United_States

We found significant inverse correlations between UV radiation and prostate cancer mortality at all time points over this 45-year period.

I picked up a random book on politics written by a European, turned to a random page, and read something like, "And that is why Hillary Clinton MUST become the next president of the United States and why the United States MUST invade half the countries on Earth and why civil liberties MUST be suspended."

I think that is what they had planned.

Vitamin D from sunlight reduces the risk of cancer. Vitamin D from supplements does not. Scientists do not understand why.

The gov.uk website says the Minister for Women and Equalities is responsible for policies on women, sexual orientation, and transgender equality. A whole department was created to support the Minister: the Government Equalities Office, which had a budget of 65 million pounds 9 years ago.

No, Obama signed a bill passed by Congress (a rider on the NDAA, if I recall correctly). Also, for this bill to apply, propaganda has to be funded by the government, more specifically the Voice of America, Department of State, or similar.

It is very likely to become endemic, just like the 4 Coronavirus strains we have lived with for decades.

Wow, you're right. They want the electors for individual states to follow the national popular vote.

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/blue-states-rally-to-upend-electoral-college-with-addition-of-connecticut

Is... is that Constitutional?! It's certainly not the robust system the Founding Fathers intended. Under this scheme, if the voting is corrupted in just one state (cough, California), then the vote of many states may follow and thus the whole election. Civil war may ensue. Soros and China would love that.
