2 hours from now:

Trump is unreasonable, asking for drug tests and ear piece checks and not allowing for breaks. We will not validate his campaign so we will not be participating in debates with him.

I was watching it live and haven't been able to find it again... I desperately wish I could because it would be a clip that would age well.

I was watching that live and was pissed/confused on why they arrested the driver of the white car, but the black truck and green mustang were ignored... Drove back to the protest and started blocking traffic again.

It was a serious WTF moment for me... I'm so sick of all of this.

He'll take a page from DeWine's playbook... (False) positive on a rapid test and then negative the next day.

There was a video from portland one night of a guy sitting on the curb screaming like a little girl "HE HIT ME IN MY PEEPEE!"

Still one of the funniest ones I've seen.

I never thought I'd be that heartless, but I am.

I cried because I hit a bunny but laughed hysterically at the bike cop running over the guys head. And I was rooting for more people to get hit in LA last night.

It's just so stupid at this point... Maybe a few need to get aerioualy injured to wake them up.

That drives me nuts... I've taught my kids to go out of their way to be kind but the school takes it overboard. I literally have had to work with them in sports to make them be aggressive because they're afraid of hurting someone and getting in trouble.

I was actully proud of my oldest for throwing an elbow when the ref wasn't looking a few weeks ago.... The other girl had been pushing and shoving and not getting called for it. She settled down some after the elbow from mine and an "accidental" kick that sent the ball right in her face.

Be kind is one thing, but stop teaching kids to be a doormat.

If it was an 8th grade football team the boys have probably been playing together for a while and the parents probably are pretty close. They should have done something to help.

Most of the team parents at my daughters schools have decided that we don't need masks at soccer games, and minimal distancing. The kids are supposed tonwear masks and be distanced on the sidelines when they're not playing - not happening. There's no way we're going to ask a kid coming off the field to put on a mask.

If everyone refuses to comply what are they going to do? Arrest us all? Shut us down? Most of the league has already said that if we get shut down we'll just have some friendly games and use pinnies instead of uniforms. How are they going to stop us?

It's like he had to put his hands up and process it for a minute before he could speak about it. He definitely hamdled almost perfectly... He gave no ammo to the media to use against him.

Although it was kind of a dick move from the reporter... She had to know that he hadn't heard yet. I'm sure she was looking for some sort of celebration from him.

I saw it and yelled something to the effect of "fuck yeah, RBG died" to my husband across the house. And then had to tell my kids not to repeat it... And that's not generally an appropriate way to react to a death.

Not my finest parenting moment.

KnottyJane 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah... I just had to explain to my kids that "Fuck Yeah she's dead" isn't something we normally say when someone dies. Oops.

"I'm a better person than you are because I'm so afraid of this virus that I live in fear and do whatever my government tells me to!"

The number of times I've been shamed and called names for not buying in to the covid hoax anymore is unreal... I'm just a horrible, evil grandma killer because I don't wear a mask unless I absolutely have to, and I've even hugged some of my family and friends in the past few months!

My daughter has been having horrible headaches and was referred to Neurology at the big Children's hospital here. We've had 3 telehealth appointments so far... And all of them said "I can't do a complete neurological exam on video... We need to see her in the office but schedule a telehealt visit with this doctor first."

So I call to schedule the office visit... "We're not doing new patient office visits until October because of Covid." So.... We're on a waiting list.

Telehealth is bullshit. Beyond frustrating.

I have a degree in Psychology. I used it for a few years, worked in Crisis Intervention and corrections, but burn out is real. They don't teach that.

I would have been better off with a different degree, but since I'm homeschooling now it's not much of an issue. I keep looking at Cyber Security but I haven't pulled the trigger yet.

I'm in a very red area so I have no problem wearing my Trump hat around here, mostly at kid's games. I know who the libtarded parents are (there's only a few) so I make sure to west it when I see them.

I do on social media as well.... I know everyone says FB is trash but there's a certain joy in posting facts that contradict with the "orange man bad" memes.

Aside from most of Hamilton County as well.

But most of the area around here is super Red... You can't drive 2 miles in any direction without seeing a Trump flag or sign.

I've seen exactly 2 Biden signs in the areas I've been to in Clermont County.

I'm with you! My kids won't go there either.... But we do play that football team.

I wonder if I can get our school to fly the flags when we play them?

Not politically motivated my ass... Then why mention it?

I think this is probably right. She may have gone to bat for the boys to begin with and been shot down. Power didn't do anything until the pressure was on.

KnottyJane 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yep. I didn't vote for her. Her kids are the same age as mine and play the same sports. I knew she would be a disaster on the board but she kisses enough asses that she squeaked by - 14 points. Luckily there's a couple of good 'ol boys on the board too that do pretty good at keeping her in check.

KnottyJane 7 points ago +7 / -0

Yep. If they were my kid I'd be pissed about the suspension but glad they didn't back down.

2
KnottyJane 2 points ago +2 / -0

That's what I think, especially since one of the kids dad is a police officer. It's ridiculous.

I saw a someone trying to get a group of people together to stand outside the stadium at the next game (since our commie mayor is limiting crowd size) and fly all kinds of thin blue line and red line flags.

I'd love to see it!
