I 100% trust Rudy. That being said I do sometimes wonder if there was a better man for the job this particular time around. But at the same time, he’s a hard man to discredit or make look bad. Literally all they had was that pathetic Borat made up video

I trust Rudy. He’s one of the only ones that has supported Trump from the beginning and has been fighting hard

That’s my question, can they be overruled? My understanding is that it takes only 1 Senator and 1 Representative to stop the certification of results. If they don’t budge, can they filibuster the election results?

Yeah I imagine his plan is to say HE Ha a disease and has to resign. Not that he created a disease. However the dude clearly has dementia so who knows wtf he’s thinking. I’m sure the plan is to install Kamala and then call us all racists for calling out the fact that she fucking sucks hickory smoked horse buttholes

Can the one senator and one congressman be overruled if they refuse to budge? Or is that all it takes to send it to congress to decide?

If Loeffler and Perdue don’t start fighting for Trump he shouldn’t even go fuck them

I’m perfectly fine with Trump having the military step in and seize machines and run an investigation, trials, etc. knit I am not okay with anybody ripping up the constitution

I doubt it. Not explained like that. The people here are not calling to disregard the constitution and have the military hold second elections. That’s fucking nuts. And then when the liberals do the same exact thing down the road and we have two warring armies fighting for elections you’ll be saying it’s unconstitutional. Trump has everything he needs to win without ripping up the constitution

Disregarding the constitution and sending the military to have special elections is literally Chinese communism. You sound like a lefty look in a mirror. We don’t win by abandoning the principles that the founding fathers created for the country. I can’t even believe this is a controversial subject.

If electors are cast aside, each state gets one vote. If that doesn’t work then Congress chooses the president. The founding fathers planned for this. I trust the constitution otherwise it is OUR duty to fight back and reclaim our country

Then it’s us to us the people to March and fight it and take control of our government again. We start recalling legislators and government officials. But we don’t abandon the constitution

I’m not okay with it and no one should be okay with it. We should follow the constitution. States choose. 1 vote per state. Per the constitution. Trump still wins. Supreme Court would have every right to shut down a second election. I don’t want the constitution ignored when it favors me. Follow it always.

I’m not saying the military can’t step in. I’m saying no to a second election. I want Trump to win. I don’t want a second election. I want to follow the constitution. I am perfectly happy to see the insurrection act used or the military get involved to ensure that the constitution is followed. Just as I think the SCOTUS should get involved and judge that the election was fraudulent, I also think they should shoot down any idea of a second election because their job is to follow the constitution. Each state gets one vote. Trump still wins

There is nothing anywhere in the constitution or allows for a second election. What the constitution does specify in great detail is the process in which a president is selected when something like this happens. We will never get a re-election. It would go to electors to defer or cast faithless. Or ultimately Congress

Yeh the way I understood was that he wanted to look at the website and see for himself that her vote wasn’t counted and that what she was saying was true. Because it sounded like they can see that info. He seemed pretty pissed off about it to me
