Got no use for communists, regardless of their genitalia. Only good thing about communist women is you can fit more of them in the helicopter before it becomes overloaded.

I stopped watching Fox with any regularity when they turned their backs on Roger Ailes and Bill O'Reilly, the two guys who basically built the network. I knew then it was done.

I wish we had a replacement for what Fox used to be. Instead, we've got networks like Breitbart who are cheerleaders as much as reporters. They'll never have the impact Fox did, because people want real news, not cheerleading for their side.

Own what? Are you the OP? No. Then STFU. What a weird little hill you've picked to die on.

What difference is it to you? I wanted him to know my comment wasn't directed at him, but was a general statement on the hero worship BS I mentioned.

I'm not impressed. Correctional staff get piss and shit thrown on them every day. Welders deal with unavoidable occupational hazards that are guaranteed to cause them serious health implications later in life. Roofers work in the blistering sun and freezing cold for pennies compared to what those doctors and nurses get paid.

You don't hear about the risks taken by those or any of the hundreds of other dangerous jobs people do every day. Know why? Cause they aren't out there constantly whining about it.

Did it occur to you, before you wrote yours, that I might be agreeing with him???

I don't mean any insult to OP with this comment, but;

I'm so tired of all this faux-hero worship directed at the medical community. I guess we just add medical staff the the bullshit list of other not-very-dangerous professions that we've been forced to include in the every expanding list of 'Heros'. Teachers, truck drivers, grocery store staff, I'm sure they've added another group while I was writing the list.

Give me a fucking break. Are these clowns getting paid still? Are they getting shot at on the daily? No? Then STFU and do your job.

I figure whores will be the next group added to the 'Hero' list, since ya know, they have to risk getting the coof to suck dick for money.

Food for thought:

Pinochet didn't want to throw the leftists out of helicopters. He tried to reason with them, tried everything he could to work with them to address their concerns.

The revolutionary left is always like this. They leave you no option but to kill or permanently incarcerate them, because they are completely unwilling to compromise on anything.

Clothing, shoes, and production overrun/closeout hard goods sold at full retail prices. That is Dick's business model.

I just want to point out that there are so many of us, no initiation of violence is necessary on our part. It's totally unnecessary.

Trump supporters are the people who run this country, who allow the nation to function. We could grind this thing to a halt in no time, easily.

Leave starting the violence to the left.

Guess what? The FBI always was the American KGB. Always. Why do you think all those TV shows about FBI and other federal law enforcement agencies exist? Why do those shows seem to never go off the air?

It's literal propaganda, bought and paid for with your tax dollars, aimed at you.

Anyone who doesn't immediately know the answer to this question, needs to go spend a solid couple days reading emails in the Wikileaks trove of DNC/HRC content. Not specific emails, random stuff, but lots of it.

Why is that relevant? Because in doing so, you can develop an appreciation for the level of graft and casual corruption commonplace in DC. It's not all big Hunter Biden/China megagraft, the whole culture up there is steeped in this behavior.

Trump ruffled just as many Republican feathers in DC as he did Democrat, the only difference is that the Republicans were even more angry about it, because they were forced to keep their mouths shut publicly, lest they incur the wrath of their own voters and supporters.

He did that because he wasn't willing to play their scratch my back games, any more than he was forced to.

This whole thing is literally a movie plot. When it turns out that people who took the vaccine become sterile a few years after taking it, that shouldn't be a surprise to anyone.

'The Great Reset' can't happen unless there is a drastic decline in the global population. The people behind all of this have been saying so, publicly, for decades.

Yep. She dresses really well, and knows how to make her own style, but beyond that she's not an unusually attractive woman. She's just not overweight, which in America automatically puts her in the top 15%.

Not enough. Still way too many so-called conservatives who can't be bothered to lift a finger to support their own beliefs, if it'll slightly inconvenience them or hamper their routine.

Not trying to bust your balls, but what else is there to tell? The story has been told, plenty of times. Reddit sent in agent provocateurs to post hateful and violent shit, claimed it was us, and never gave the mods a genuine chance to either argue their case or fix the (fake) issue.

It's not a particularly complicated or engaging story, and it's literally old news.

It may be a terrible approach, but it's also the only correct answer to the question that was asked. He asked for the very minimum amount of ammo he could have. Zero isn't any ammo, so the answer is one.

I wish there was a way to show people themselves from a year ago, I think many of them would find their current, fearful self unrecognizable.

Since all this BS started, I've been doing a lot more hiking. Every time I go out, provided I'm on a more trafficked trail, I encounter other people who hastily don their face diaper. People who are walking the opposite direction. Outside. I've even seen a few who appear to never take it off. On a trail, in the woods.

I don't even bother to smirk at them anymore, the idiocy and fearfulness have gotten so tiring I just keep moving. I despise cowardice. Today, it seems that also means I despise most of my own countrymen. I find myself wondering what, if anything, it will take to wake them from their fearful stupor?

Stating it as a binary choice was a deliberate oversimplification. There are plenty of shades of grey between those two extremes; but in the end, you either buy the reasons the politicians gave us, or you don't. Unfortunately, most of the guys I've known who fell into the 'don't' category also tended to be the ones who had trouble adjusting.

This is a perfect example of why conservatives make a mistake when they reflexively trust ex-military politicians. This guy watched friends get killed in the WoT, lost his own eye to it. He basically has two choices:

  • He believes the Bush/Cheney BS justifications (Over there so not over here, blah, blah), or;
  • He believes he and everyone else who sacrificed in those wars did so not just for no reason, but for explicitly bad and unjustifiable reasons, the enrichment of certain countries, companies, and individuals

One of those choices is an easy pill to swallow, the other is so bitter that it routinely kills people from despair. People who fight in wars twist themselves into knots justifying what they did. It's just human nature.

The Democrat voters don't have any more confidence than we do that the election was managed with integrity. They just don't care.

There is no good place to go, from here. When nearly half the voting population of the country knows that the election was full of fraud, but just doesn't care because their guy benefited from it....I'm having a hard time seeing a peaceful solution to this situation.

It goes back a long, long way. The American people have been the subject of a massive propaganda campaign for the better part of a century.
