If there is a Senate trial, does Cocaine Mitch have the authority to put the same restrictions (i.e. witnesses, questions, closed hearings) on the Dems that Shifty did on the Republicans in the House?

I don't think the Democratically controlled House can dictate what Senate Rules are.

The question is how much flexibility will Mitch have in setting the rules, since this will be an actual trial.
