Option 1 : detox under supervision, halfway house, job

Option 2 : mental health section and mandatory residential treatment, away from the city

Option 3: leave town or be locked up for vagrancy

Pick one, we're no longer allowing you to create alcohol, drug, crime and prostitution riddled favela in this country. The free ride is over.
