I’ve seen some posts that are pretty critical of the site and wanted to suggest that we remember to be kind and tactful in our feedback.

This is a wonderful haven from shittit and, while it might not be perfect, at least it’s here. Too often, projects never see the light of day for fear of criticism or that it isn’t good enough yet.

Anyway, I expect the creators have high expectations and a vision for the site as much as any of us do.

That said — and I understand the irony of suggesting this here — I think it’d be a good idea to give people a dedicated place to see feedback/ideas from others and submit their own (if it’s new).

For example, this could happen through jira, github, Aha, Trello, or whatever else. Mainly, I think this is a good way to avoid duplicate feedback by seeing and supporting ideas that already exist.

Anyway, I’d be thrilled to pitch in to make this happen. If that’s through money or effort, I want to help support the creators as well as this amazing community.

Thanks for listening. You all rock.

The site has already evolved since it opened only 2 days ago. For example lurking now allowed.

All the pretty features will be here soon. There is a lot to building and maintaining a site like this. Thank you mods and Shadowman for putting this together!!!! I am certain that Reddit was planning to close T_D at a strategic time, they have been neutered by this winsite!

Well stated. I'm impressed, the site feels.....homey, right down to the blinking eye!
