He missed the whole point! It doesnt matter if you dont go to a prestigious school or even go to college, or even graduate high school! Biden LIED about where he finished in his class and either lied or forgot where he went to school.

33
I_Keep_Forgetting 33 points ago +33 / -0

There's absolutely nothing wrong with going to community college, either. If you go to a reputable community college and do well enough, you're liable to even get scholarships when you apply beyond your two-year at a state university.

The reason a lot of people on the left aren't aware of this is because they're C-students. If you're getting average grades, there's 0 incentive for a state university to offer you partial-full tuition scholarships. Get a 3.0-3.5 GPA plus and you'll start receiving letters asking you to apply.

21
Sky_RPL 21 points ago +21 / -0

This run away credentialism is what's to blame for all this bullshit. The difference in education is what you study, what effort you put into it, and how you leverage it. Where you get a degree from can adjust these factors but it doesn't dictate them. Community, state, ivy, the biggest factor is your ambition.

I dropped out of a state school CS program. My college ex graduated with a pysch degree and $90k in debt. Guess who's better off 10+ years later.

7
80960KA 7 points ago +7 / -0

One thing that college does actually get you headstart on is industry social graphs, and Ivy League gets you into higher-tier ones. It's not the only way though.

8
Sky_RPL 8 points ago +8 / -0

That's what I meant by 'how you leverage it". Same thing could be said about fraternities/sororities, church, or family. Lots of different tools at your disposal on the way up, just gotta use them.

5
80960KA 5 points ago +5 / -0

Also industry meet-ups and conventions. A few might require you to be a "professional" to get in. A batch of business cards with whatever you want on them costs like $10 now.

Afterparties and nearby bars are where the networking action is.

3
Yawnz13 3 points ago +5 / -2

I don't think it's credentialism, but the mistaken presumption that just having "a degree" is on it's own the key to becoming successful combined with the elitist attitude that expensive school = better education = more intelligent person = more fit for making societal decisions.

11
80960KA 11 points ago +11 / -0

elitist attitude that expensive school = better education = more intelligent person = more fit for making societal decisions

You just described credentialism.

1
Yawnz13 1 point ago +3 / -2

I'm more referring to the idea that the source of the degree seems to matter more to some than the degree itself. You see that same issue in other areas. Clothing/fashion and gun ownership come to mind.

10
ClownTamer 10 points ago +10 / -0

I went to a top tier school, and thats what most of the smartest people did. I wasnt even aware you could. They saved all kinds of time and money doing the base work at community colleges.

Id be continually surprised by how many people going to college barely graduate if those same people werent complaining about their student loan debt for Lesbian Dance Theory.

6
Yawnz13 6 points ago +7 / -1

Unless you have a full-ride scholarship, there's pretty much no reason to not go to a community college first.

7
ClownTamer 7 points ago +7 / -0

The main reasons I could think of if youre going to a big name school are for the connections and networking that can happen in the dorms and elsewhere in the first couple of years. Monetarily though, youre better off starting at community college. Or in many cases just not going to college. I know plenty of plumbers and contractors that make bank and get started early and use that money to do whatever they want. Its almost guaranteed success if youre willing to put in an honest days work.

2
Yawnz13 2 points ago +3 / -1

At least for undergrad work, yeah. Once you starting getting into post-grad, doctorate, and post-doc territory, big-name schools actually have value when it comes to real educational opportunity.

For example, many D.O. (doctor of osteopathic medicine) schools lack Ph.D. programs that their students can work towards due to them being smaller and lesser known, but they do offer MPH (master of public health), MBA (master of business administration), and MSM (master of the science of management). D.O. schools also have fewer research opportunities. The flip-side is that they are less expensive on average and generally have smaller student bodies.

But a bigger M.D. school will likely have Ph.D. programs along with other doctorates a medical student can work towards. Duke for example has a J.D. (juris doctorate) program, so you graduate as both a doctor and a lawyer.

College definitely isn't for everyone. I can remember listening to freshmen whine over having to take a bare-minimum full-time schedule. Some people have talents better-suited for blue-collar jobs. Some simply lack the work ethic or are just sorry. Had this one guy in my computer concepts class (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) that would complain constantly about being lost. In his case, it was simply because he would refuse to do the work despite it being written in a step-by-step format for every assignment.

6
Sky_RPL 6 points ago +6 / -0

Friend of mine left the marines and got his first two year entry level pre-reqs done at community college for cheap then transferred to Penn State. Got a degree at half the cost. I didn't even know you could do that. Secondary benefit is that he bypassed all the parties and leftist indoctrination and went straight to the valuable classes.

5
ClownTamer 5 points ago +5 / -0

Indoctrination at our Bay Area colleges right now is off the fucking charts. Im well connected there, and have heard many a Zoom class going on from undergrad all the way up to grad and post doc. One lecture was about research, and the professor said that you shouldnt trust any source that is at all right wing. There was no real context for that, he just discounted all conservative viewpoints at random during a lecture, and most of the class was like of course! because this was at the Masters level and theyd already gone through years of that. Basically all classes now outside of STEM have that shit thrown in everywhere. Even much of STEM has it now too, though theres a lot of push back there because math doesnt care for how you feel about it.

2
Sky_RPL 2 points ago +2 / -0

CNN told me that math is racisss now.

4
ChrisSuperDude 4 points ago +6 / -2

I see your point and entirely agree with you, but let me say this. It's better to skip college in general and just go to a trade school or go straight to working a blue collar job. But if you are going to go to college, the way you lined it out and summed it up was good.

2
Yawnz13 2 points ago +4 / -2

Better in what way? You pretty much have to go to college if you want to be in the healthcare field at all, or engineering, or any field involving chemistry, physics, or geology.

3
Rayeti 3 points ago +3 / -0

Software engineers can make 50k out of high school easy at 18 if youve got the aptitude. If youre willing to sell your soul to the Silicon Valley devil you can be making 350k by 25.

-2
Yawnz13 -2 points ago +2 / -4

And how often does that happen relative to software engineers who go to college first?

2
ModsdontbanmeMAGA 2 points ago +2 / -0

Im a forman in my blue coller field im a surveyor. But if i wanted to advance to a office job i would need to get 20 to 30 years of field experience and hope my boss trains me in cad or i go to college . Even blue coller jobs need engineers , accountants , managers. College is a commies wet dream but it does have advantages

7
80960KA 7 points ago +7 / -0

You're better off paying a vendor for training or just learning CAD on your own, you're almost certainly not going to get professional level CAD skills from college alone.

0
anikom15 0 points ago +3 / -3

Were not going to get the best engineers, lawyers, and doctors in the world from trade schools.

Not just that but this is the same party that crucified one of Trump's grandchildren for simply dressing up as a Stormtrooper for Halloween and for building a LEGO White House. They also crucified Ivanka for getting a white dog for her kids. They've threatened to kill Trump's grandchildren over things every other 8 year old on the planet does. You can certainly make the argument that politician's family members should be left alone as they are soldiers in a war they have nothing to do with but if you're going to do that, you need to lay off too.

32

I like the community college dropout sniveling. That's fresh salt right there.

3
CousinEddie 3 points ago +3 / -0

Community college is really easy. Whenever I had tough classes at regular college, I'd drop em and bang out the course at a CC out during summers - while working full time. It was tiring but when you're 20-22 you can do anything.

Community college really wasn't about being a "student" or deep thought, it was "pay us $400 and we'll tell you the info. Just show up and you'll pass". Then you get the magic keys to move ahead in life.

If someone can't hack CC I'd imagine they're having a very difficult time at every job they've taken. It was basic discipline more than anything. To be perfectly honest I enjoyed CC summer classes far more than my regular college classes. I even liked my CC teachers, my normal college teachers couldn't have cared less about anyone. Very Ivory Tower mindset on academia

2
defaultuser42 2 points ago +2 / -0

Community college can be a mixed bag. I did my first two years and a community college before transferring to Ga-Tech. I honestly felt I like learned more "info" at my community college. Like you said my Profs were less Arrogant, and did care more. My Tech Profs just wanted to do mathematical back flips on the board for 45 mins to show how smart they were. Then peace out to their research that earned them the big bucks; while the TA's cleaned up the mess.

I honestly don't think anyone should start out at a big university. Starting at my community college let me learn how to college, and save money. it was less than $2000 a semester. I worked 36 hours a week at Walmart which more than paid for it, and lived with my parents so that extra money just went to savings instead of debt. Then I only had 2 years of University to pay for so my collage money lasted through, so I got out debt free.

Any person that insist to go to a big uni right away without a hella scholarship I just roll my eyes at. We both know that you just wanna go to party, and there are much cheaper ways of doing that.

1
anikom15 1 point ago +2 / -1

I went to community college before university, and always offer the advice to go that path, for a number of reasons.

The parents generally agree with me while the students sometimes do not.

21
thelepermessiah 21 points ago +21 / -0

I blame the father if the kid is a fuck up. You can say its right or wrong but I definitely dont want someone whos raised an addict to be president.

21
SheikFromMozambake 21 points ago +21 / -0

It's much worse. Joe flew Hunter around to these countries as part of Joe's giant illegal pay-for-play scheme involving the countries that are our biggest military adversaries. Joe's not just a lying dumb-ass with dementia, he's a corrupt lying dumb-ass with dementia who is a nightmare for national security.

11
FireannDireach 11 points ago +11 / -0

This. The press was trying to float the idea that Trump was a national security threat because of his debt (putting aside the idea he could liquidate some assets and pay it off - Trump is cash poor, but asset rich), that went nowhere, but a drug addict son was clearly in deep with the looting going on by Team Obama in the Ukraine, oh no, that's not a threat at all, he's totally not a blackmail target in blinking red neon a mile high.

Hunter is a red button, for obvious reasons. And, I'm glad Trump mashed that button as hard as he could. They probably had to IV xanax into Joe to get him to settle down and go to sleep after his pudding cup. Now all Joe will think about is it coming up again in the next round of debates, and in the press. Hopefully he'll pop a fuse in his head again throwing an old man tantrum over it, on top of whatever cocktail of drugs he was on tonight.

John_McFly 1 point ago +1 / -0

Insolvency is a foreign concept to far too many people.

2
KnightsofReee 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm not sure I blame a parent completely for having a kid who is an addict as the kid bears some responsibility for his own life choices. I really only would blame the father if he abused the child to extent the child felt drugs were the only way to cope or the father enabled his son's poor life choices. Biden seems to really have done the latter and that is what really disqualifies him for the presidency in my mind.

20
youhateamerica 20 points ago +20 / -0

Not to mention that was Trump being nice. I would have said "Yeah your son died of brain cancer and then your other son went and fucked his widow while he was still married to his current wife. And then cheated on her with a stripper who he knocked up and dodged child support for."

104
Sky_RPL 104 points ago +104 / -0

They don't understand. This is how trump always wins. He knows that being at the center of attention is worth more than being polite. By making this debate Trump V Wallace it completely nullifies Biden. Nobody is thinking about him, they are thinking about Trump. All they can think about is Trump. All the headlines are Trump.

This is some good business advice for any of you entrepreneurs: You NEED to be polarizing. You want people to have a strong reaction to you one way or the other. The worst thing your product can be is forgettable.

1
mishaclara 1 point ago +1 / -0

A series of things mostly being 35 at the top of my career never being able to find a mate (men dont want powerful women) and realizing they lied to me. If I could do it all over would have made babies and been a housewife. Now all the good ones are taken and I am childless and alone. I fell for their bullshit (also had an abortion because muh clump of cells only to realize it was murder - this was before unltrasounds-I knew it was murder the minute they did it-I was raped and on the pill- doesnt matter you are still killing a baby and you feel the spirit of the baby leave your body). The brainwashing is hardest on women I think. Porno, birth control, sex drugs rock and roll and abortion ruin women. I am not a prude but we need a reset on society if we are to save this country. WAP as the number one song is a travesty.

Fauci did say masks are useless, that people only wear them to make them "feel better" about themselves and that only sick people should wear them (see the 60 minutes interview).

Hunter did get thrown out of the military for doing cocaine (many articles about that)

Joe did call members of the military "stupid bastards". He's on tape.

The woman who he chose as running mate was one of the first endorsers of the Green New Deal (and he endorses it on his campaign website). She was also for getting rid of private insurance.

And he did do that Unity platform with Bernie. Which is really radical (I read it).

7
scurismi 7 points ago +7 / -0

The CDC says masks are useless unless they are N95: https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/eid/article/26/10/20-0948_article

Nikola_S1 0 points ago +2 / -2

From that link:

In community settings, however, cloth masks may be used to prevent community spread of infections by sick or asymptomatically infected persons, and the public should be educated about their correct use.

2
American-Patriot 2 points ago +2 / -0

But they have no sources to back that claim up. They do however, have many studies andnsiurves that show masks are ineffective in stopping a spread.

I just dont see them looking at it that way. I think its more about the actual work and having to do multiple tasks with consequences if not done correctly. Bussing tables you gotta do it right and quick. These basement dwellers are total losers who want handouts. On top of that the actual job application process would be too hard for them to get through. Of course I cant generalize Im sure there are some that feel its beneath them but I would expect that more from a different type of person and one who strives for more in life.

I'm sort of like a real life cartman.

I also like torturing people by making them sit through the cringest movies I can find. So I am a cringe connoisseur also. In case you were wondering which movies inflict the most pain on the viewer:

Neil Diamond's version of "The Jazz Singer", Basket Case 3, Zardoz, Macabre, and Spice World.

1
nmipede 1 point ago +2 / -1

I just found Basket Case 3 online and watched some excerpts. Then I found the trailer for Zardoz. Sean Connery must have been flat broke to agree to act in that.

That's ten minutes of my life I'll never get back.

Have a great morning.

I just don't have the same enthusiasm that you do. I felt like the debate was a shitshow and that the format really made it difficult for Trump to discuss all of his accomplishments

3
KellyTurnbull73 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yeah I agree. Trump missed some chances to set the record straight. I mean, he didn't even push back on that "very fine people on both sides" lie. He could have easily pointed out that he condemned white supremacists in that same speech.

Very frustrating.

1
MemeWarBoot 1 point ago +1 / -0

He probably didnt remember specifically which speech it was from. Hes given so many since then and denounced white supremacy so many times that it was safer for him not to do something ultra specific, lest he be murdered by the media for the next week for getting it wrong.

And also- didnt Trump basically tell Biden to give him the name of a white supremecist group to condemn?

3

Yes. He said give me a name, Biden mumbled out Proud Boys, Trump repeated it, and then told them to step back, stand by.

The forests have leaves and dead trees on the floor for many years, you say? No shit! It's called decomposition, and it allows the trees to continue to fucking grow lmao

Holy shit these people are so retarded. They don't even know that forest management is a thing. No wonder California is in flames every year.

46
JamesSunderland 46 points ago +46 / -0 (edited)

Part of the decomposition process is natural forest fires, which are being suppressed year after year. If they don't have any controlled burns all that fuel piling up is a disaster waiting to happen.

edit: Not only that, but some trees need periodic fires into order to help germinate their seeds: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1pp5k9tbM_Q

They say they want to take us back to pre industrial age but I dont think they really understand what that means.

They picture some modern renaissance fair esqu utopia where food falls from the sky and everyones a princess.

In reality, the renaissance was still labor intensive and quite dirty for common folk.

10
commies0ride0free 10 points ago +10 / -0

4
WellDoneWithKetchup 4 points ago +4 / -0

There was a forest ranger at Jockeys Ridge a couple summers ago who had a little information table set up stressing the importance of forest management & controlled burns, & how NC's ecosystem depends on it. I assumed at the time it was probably to educate people on the subject because of President Trump bringing up Commiefornia burning out of control because of poor forest management. It was actually really interesting.

13
Alois2121 13 points ago +13 / -0

And these people pretend like hurricanes and forest fires never happened before the industrial revolution. Biden actually talked about hurricanes going through our neighborhoods every year as if it is a problem that can be solved.

Fun story. Mom and dad live in California in a big city. They live in a gated retirement community. The other day a coyote tried to run off with their little dog 5 feet from my dad in their front yard. It was hiding in a bush and hunting in all of the yards we found out later. Now anybody sane knows that when animals lose fear of humans and display aggression towards humans it's a serious problem. The animal needs to be relocated far from people to save it's life. When they called animal control they were told in the state of California the coyote has as much rights to the land as they do and they need to learn to coexist. So dad watched john wick and shot the coyote for fucking with his dog.

To be fair that meme was born out of James Woods not realizing that the context is only talking about the USA, so they only showed USA fires.

That being said, as a Canadian who has gone through some bad wildfires I can tell you this year we have fuck all for fires thanks to properly managing our forests.

Se we used to do the Commifornia method of not doing anything and fighting fires the moment they pop up then we got a fire too big to fight and we learned we need to just let shit burn until it gets close to infrastructure.

7
Eric-CIA-ramella 7 points ago +7 / -0

That part of environmental education is not taught in schools - rather common core reinforces the fantasy that we are responsible for taking care of "mother earth", completely omitting that destruction, natural fires, el Ni簽o la Nina, melting ice caps and extinction are all PART of how the world takes care of itself.

This. I explained to someone I know "so he uses the tax code to carry forward losses to go against his taxes but still has billions in assets? He could pay those loans today with a snap of his finger if he wanted to, it's just fiscally advantaged to let those losses carry forward."

Followed with "You know that I do the exact same thing with my stocks to avoid taxes right? I sell the skunkers in December in order to offset my profits then buy those back in January, most of the time those skunkers go up in value and I profit on them, only to repeat selling my bad stocks in December. One year I sold my stocks at such a huge loss I paid $0 in taxes and had some losses leftover next year, then I bought those back and made a huge profit next quarter"

Oh I'm in Canada too, he was confused if he should like it now because regular joes like me (and their grammy's pension plan) do it, or still hate it cuz Orange man and USA inferiority complex or something.

What does wood do when it dies? Dries out.

Chris Wallace is a democrat puppet. The Proud Boys are not white supremist, their leader is black/hispanic. Wallace forgot to ask Biden to condemn antifa and blm, the ACTUAL group responsible for the burning, looting and murder in this country

68
Facebooks 68 points ago +68 / -0

I dont think Wallace forgot at all he had a bunch of gotcha questions ready for trump and non for Biden

36
FUCK_DemonRATS 36 points ago +36 / -0

I wouldn't be surprised if Wallace slipped Biden the questions ahead of the debate just like Donna Brazile did with Hillary. I also wouldn't be surprised if Biden had an ear piece and was being told what to say. He was actually able to hold a conversation without stumbling as much as he usually does

17
Lysah 17 points ago +17 / -0

He was definitely reading a lot. Whether he was given the actual questions or not, he came prepared with canned answers about every major topic that it was obvious they'd ask about. And you could tell that every time he started to lose his train of thought he'd look down and see his next talking about and just drop whatever he was saying and move on with his classic "the thing about taxes is, two hundred, three-fifty....look, the thing is, PEOPLE ARE DYING EVERY DAY"

6
VinnyMAGA 6 points ago +7 / -1

And I noticed the second he walked away from the podium with Jill, a girl in a yellow dress rushed up to the podium and grabbed his notebook before anyone might see it.

8
cuntard 8 points ago +8 / -0

none, and his vp pick continues to fundraise for them

8
Finsnfeathers 8 points ago +8 / -0

Exactly! Whats the body count on proud boys vs BLM? Huh Wallace?

1
FUCK_DemonRATS 1 point ago +1 / -0

Not just body counts, but destruction as well. Antifa and BLM have caused over 2 billion dollars worth of damage by burning down buildings and cars, and looting stores. Proud Boys have NEVER looted or burned anything down. Yet Cunt Wallace asks Trump to condemn the group NOT responsible for todays destruction. This will backfire big time on democrats. If they keep telling people that Antifa is just an idea while they keep burning down their businesses and harassing them at their homes, people are gonna be pissed.

6
lefty295 6 points ago +6 / -0

That was not "forgotten", Wallace was debating Trump for Biden tonight. The fact he would even ask that question is unbelievable. Trump literally just made the KKK a terrorist organization. Isn't it funny how "white supremecy" is an ideology you must denounce every 5 seconds, but antifa is an ideology also apparently... that never needs to be denounced? Antifa is an ideology that can't be argued against, but he pushes Trump to denounce some made up bullshit that isn't even relevant? A group he's denounced over and over again?

2
PeaceByStrength 2 points ago +2 / -0

The funny thing is Biden mumbled it first.

Clearly a clever idea from his campaign probably into his ear.
Could've slandered Trump harder, the proud boys are a rather small group that will play this smart now.

35
pelosis_liver 35 points ago +35 / -0

The big lie in the question is that white supremacists are behind all the violence that were seeing. Im fine with condemning white supremacists but were talking about the violence that were seeing in real life. It is left wing hate groups!

Neptunes_rings 11 points ago +12 / -1

2 more debates. It would benefit us all for him to show up instead of getting beat so bad they don't let him.

8
USA1 8 points ago +9 / -1

? This was probably the one misstep.

Debates are about sound bites and memes. This was one they got - and its strange. It can be fixed easy.

14
Neptunes_rings 14 points ago +14 / -0

He was asked to disavow Proud boys and he won't do it. Nothing wrong with them. They're more diverse than antifa. This same shit happened in 2016, everyone forgets, they ask him over and over to disavow but never hold the same standard. That's just playing their game. You can't stump the trump, wait and see.

12
lefty295 12 points ago +12 / -0

That whole exchange was so damn stupid. Biden "can't denounce" antifa because it's an "ideology"... so wallace immediately pivots and asks Trump to denounce another ideology? One that isn't relevant to the conversation at all?

1
PeaceByStrength 1 point ago +1 / -0

There was no misstep. He said stand down. There a lot of questionable right wing groups they could've attributed but proud boys is hard to label as white supremacists. This wont have mich legs and if they keep goong for it the Antifa counter is easy.

14

I think his refusal was coincidental or accidental. That whole moment was bungled.

8
Crockett 8 points ago +8 / -0

It was a mess, and that's not good.

Trump says clearly gearing to make a clean and simple condemnation. He wanted to make his point about left wing agitators, but Wallace kept interrupting him. When pressed again, Trump asked for who specially he should condemn, and was going to, but at that point for the first time Wallace brings up Proud Boys, who are neither white supremacist nor militia. Trump stumbled because that's not who he was expecting to say something about, then the whole point was lost in cross talk and Trump went back to talking about left wing violence.

It all happened because Wallace was a shit bag, but Trump misplayed, and it'll be the new fine people hoax, for sure.

5
icanhazaspergers 5 points ago +5 / -0

It already is. People are blowing it up. Like I said (here or elsewhere, I can't remember), the cross I bear is I'm like the only Republican empath on earth. Soon as he said "stand back and stand by" I thought I was going to have a heart attack. I just had an immediate, gut feeling that the vultures were going to have a field day with it. Even if he did a feature-length film explaining in irrefutable detail what he said in Charlottesville, they've still got this. Hell, I think even Proud Boys tweeted "we're standing by, Mr. President" or something similar right after he said it.

1
PeaceByStrength 1 point ago +1 / -0

Nah he was like whatever cause the proud boys rarely go on attack.
In a sense proud boys are a meme and not an actually violent group he risks being associated to.

13
BillionsAndBillions 13 points ago +13 / -0

I latched onto it, too. The question was also regarding "right wing" militias. Step back, and stand by.

10
324jl 10 points ago +11 / -1

He said that the "Proud boys stand back and stand by. But I'll tell you what, I'll tell you what, somebody's gotta do something about Antifa and the Left. Because this is not a Right-Wing problem, this is a Left-Wi... [Biden interrupting.] This is a Left-Wing Problem"

https://youtu.be/ofkPfm3tFxo?t=8593

He wasn't telling them to stand back and stand by, he was stating that is what they already do.

4
BillionsAndBillions 4 points ago +4 / -0

I guess that'd be another way to understand that, but the way he said it sounded like a command. Wallace wanted Trump to condemn them, but it seemed to me like he told them to step back and stand by, knowing they're more than happy to do something about the left-wing violence, this isn't the time, yet.

2
PeaceByStrength 2 points ago +2 / -0

It's comical to choose the proud boys which are hard to spin as racists. That's why Trump readily told them to stand down.
It's not some out of control far right anti gov type group that next week kills black people. They will actually stand down.

I've never seen anything remotely 'supremacist' involving the group, as a whole.

But of course the idiot Biden / Wallace duo tries to label them supremacists, and wants Trump to denounce white supremacy for about the millionth time, because they are conniving idiots.

Three individual fries and you were sweating like Joe Biden in the kids play area.

8
rooftoptendie 8 points ago +8 / -0

wendys has semi shitty fries. The level of crisp is good, and the cut is good. Some are soggy and some are crispy and that's great. But the salt doesn't adhere to the fries properly. so they are always either oversalted or completely undersalted. theyre not consistent.

Now them dairy queen fries, those are my kind of fries. They put something on em, and I dont know what it is, but it is crispy and delicious and I suspect it's a mix of potato starch and crack. Whatever it is, I love it.

Colonel_Chestbridge 5 points ago +5 / -0

Five Guys fries are the shit. Overpriced as hell though

2
VinnyMAGA 2 points ago +2 / -0

But they give you a very good amount. The Cajun fries there are great!

2
Wtf_socialismreally 2 points ago +2 / -0

Kinda makes sense. Sea salt can be stronger, especially if they used flakier salt, and workers were probably not properly trained in how to actually, you know, season with it.

4
Brucesky420 4 points ago +4 / -0

Not even McDonalds would put this much salt on their fries

6

Aren't the Proud Boys just "radical" (Read as : actually fucking doing something) MRAs?

5
Sky_RPL 5 points ago +5 / -0

The average MSNBC watching liberal thinks that the proud boys are shaved head neo nazis responsible for all the violence in this country. It's insane but the propaganda is super effective.

In 2016, these people didn't just lose the election. They lost the war.

Most of them have never really experienced loss. They have never held a job that involves lifting anything heavier than a laptop. Their schools emphasized validating them, never educating them. Their only tools of persuasion are shame and snark. They replaced thousand-year traditions with pop-culture fads. Instead of having children they adopt pets. For many of these people, the mere sound of a firearm would destroy them.

The fight is over. It ended. They just haven't realized it yet.

This is a rly good point I often forget. 2016 broke these people and its going to take years for them to put their psyches back together and for many they will never recover.

There is always some imaginary Trump defeat match up they have when Donald demolishes their political shell they prop up there.

Its a coping mechanism of losing.

Heard the same crap fan fiction about Bernie destroying Donald since 16.

5

Can be interpreted in many ways but I'll say this: Chris Wallace exposed himself a little there, because he didn't continue to press Biden to shit on AntiFA after getting Trump to make a statement on Proud Boys.

Was Dr Fauci not against wearing masks back in February? FFS talk about gaslighting - the left and media makes it seem like that's crazy talk

6

Trump also constantly put Biden on the defensive against his own party (the topics of police, "Green New Deal" etc).

BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

1
Crockett 1 point ago +1 / -0

Honestly I think that was where Trump did the most damage. It was not a great debate for anybody, but the shiniest lining is that I think he might have scored driving a wedge into the Democrat party. Biden did a shitty job distinguishing himself from the radical left, but he did make it clear that that's what he was trying to do, which is the worst possible thing for him to have done. Radicals might fear he has a spine, moderates might realize he doesn't, and he's planted a minefield for himself going forward. I don't know if democratic disgruntledness will matter this election, because they'll all vote for him anyways, but the cracks are there.

6
Lenny_Kravitz2 6 points ago +6 / -0

Odd that they call Proud Boys white supremacists when one of the leaders is Hispanic and they have members of all races in it.

Then you have an actual racist, like Richard Spencer, endorsing Biden...

6
FireannDireach 6 points ago +6 / -0

The Great Salt Lake in Utah just tweeted "Damn, that's a lot of salt."

6
Mynamesprivate 6 points ago +6 / -0

My brother was hyper focused on the white supremacy thing. I told him how he designated kkk as terrorist, desegregated his golf club, got an award from the naacp, deported a living nazi, and then the US embassy moving to Jerusalem. Oh, and left his 2000 pres run when he found out david duke was a white supremacist. How do i make him see whats going on?

2
Lemonadeon 2 points ago +2 / -0

Show him clips of President Trump denouncing white supremacy on other occasions, further illustrating how out of touch the questions was.

2
Mynamesprivate 2 points ago +2 / -0 (edited)

I showed him the very fine people hoax, as well as designating kkk n antifa as terrorist groups.

Edit: i also screenshotted a few things from here as well in support of Trump, havent given it to him yet, but if he wants to continue ill have more evidence. The problem is hes focused primarily on healthcare, thinking that socialism isnt gonna kill him. He also has a "bias chart," with the guardian and AP at the top. I found wikileaks emails that quite a few ap reporters attended a dinner, found evidence that the guardian is screwing over assange, but id like something more concrete before i start peeling that subject back.

1
PanderjitSingh 1 point ago +1 / -0

Maybe ask him to demonstrate President Trumps supporter for white nationalists. If he thinks it true he should be able to do that.

I love how none will acknowledge Biden flat out said he wont answer the question if hell pack the court or end the filibuster. To me, that was the highlight of the debate. Its very clear... everything is so clear. I cant believe people gobble the Dems shit up

Meanwhile: *crickets about riots/looting/antifa

Yes. The lying is annoying especially when its the kind of lying that supports actual violent racist hate movements like BLM/AntiFa.

That sub is shit. They banned me because I said CNN was on cable and therefore had no broadcast license for the FCC to suspend. Can I have a fake T_D with an extra side of weak sauce please

Thank you for offering to fix this u/jamesgalb. This site even has the best Reddit mods!

4
jamesgalb 4 points ago +4 / -0

WHat is the username? I can fix.

We aint claiming to be a bastion of free speech, but we are trying to hit the normies where they are in high density...

3
icanhazaspergers 3 points ago +3 / -0

Same as here. Techwabbit originally posted a thread about how why doesnt the FCC yank CNNs broadcast license. After telling him they didnt have one, he linked me a page on fcc.gov where the FCC had granted them a license to use GMRS radios (essentially walkie-talkies for live events). Techwabbit then told me I was being a dick because I was splitting hairs and I was banned.

Thank you very much for offering to fix it. I appreciate it very much but I imagine if he sees me again hell ban me again so I dont know what to tell you to do about that.

It is, according to Wray. He should have been fired ages ago since he doesn't seem to live in reality.

4
CannaFreedom 4 points ago +4 / -0

You know what? I'm really tired of these faggots acting like they are so above anything. Like presidential debates haven't always been a shitshow. Somehow Trump interrupting Biden is just unheard of craziness as Biden does the same. So tired of double standards and manipulation. Also, he's already condemned white supremacy multiple times. Holy shit these same tired lines of racist sexist antigay are really getting more and more annoying.

4
Alpha_plus 4 points ago +4 / -0

That's a good reality check of how many on the left saw the debates. I've actually been seeing more criticism from the shill right about Trump's performance than the left.

Remember who the shills on the right are pedes.

4
Alois2121 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yes leave the rotting garbage on the forest floor because the trees need it to grow. Better that the entire forest burn down as a result. Fucking moron.

2
DeepWinter 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah they missed the part that in order for that rotting garbage to, you know, rot in the first place it needs sufficient moisture, fungus, bacteria, and other living elements to break it down.

California is so bone dry - due to bad water management policy by the governor - theres none of that!
