I get your argument. As I stated I oppose abortion justifiably.. But I don't think a woman should be forced to have a baby she doesn't want, by the state.. It's obviously a twisted argument.. I am anti-abortion, but life is complicated..

I don't think a baby should be murdered so its shitbag mother won't be inconvenienced.

There are a multitude of ways to prevent pregnancy, starting with the 100% perfectly effective "keeping your legs closed". Having a blown out gash doesn't absolve women from personal responsibility.

I agree. But should it be a state/federal policed crime?

Short list of things that are federal crimes that don't involve doing any sort of physical harm to another person:

Possessing a machine gun without the right paperwork

Possessing a regular gun with a barrel that's too short without the right paperwork

Possessing a gun muffler without the right paperwork

Possessing certain molecules

Possessing certain plants

Not paying the government the right amount of money

Generating electromagnetic waves without the right paperwork

Using insider information to buy or sell stock shares while not being a member of congress

Running games of chance without the right paperwork

Removing the serial number from certain classes of legally owned property

"Generating electromagnetic waves without the right paperwork" sounds like cancer therapy.. do I know you?

I was going for radio broadcasting without a license.

But possessing certain cancer therapy machine components without the correct paperwork is also, naturally, a federal crime.
