California deserves to burn. I don't care about the good people who live there or how beautiful it is. THEY LITERALLY VOTED TO ALLOW SEX WITH MINORS! I hope the whole place burns to the ground.

Yea my coworker was talking about moving to either TX, Utah, or NV last night. Dude votes Dem every time and wonders why theres so many homeless people on the street. I doubt he moves one foot, because he's a huge man child and cited "Disneyland" as a primary reason to stay. I wish I made this shit up.

Nah blue collar gig that pays pretty decent. Unfortunately its something I fell into that I wouldnt be able to find outside of where im at (pay wise.) No SJW horse shit in my department, just regular joes.

With that being said, Id say 85% swing to the left politically. Its just the Californian way. Brainwashed to the max.

California sounds like a hellscape.

The libtards are relegated *to the yuppie class and welfare folks in my area.

This place is legitimately mental AIDS. No free flowing discussion, nor patriotism exhibited. I fooqin loathe here. Born and raised. It used to be half way decent, but fell off a cliff about twenty years ago.

Homeless every couple of city blocks, and these libtards are still baffled on what the cause is. "These people just need help." No theyre drug addled and dangerous.

It was so different when I was a kid, San Francisco used to be a treat to visit and get some fresh fish dishes. Now it's just .. sickening. Everything has gone downhill and I'm only one man, I'm thinking about leaving myself. All the beautiful areas of wilderness that used to be a mini vacation to visit are now either halfway dead or burned down. It doesn't even feel like home anymore. My grandparents would not recognize this place now, if they were still alive.

Homeless every couple of blocks? You clearly haven’t driven through several blocks of tent cities or gone on a bike trail lined with tents. Homeless every couple of blocks sounds like a Midwest city, not SF.

I used to live there. And one thing I know is, there is nothing you can say to a Californian that will change their mind about California being the absolute coolest, raddest place in the universe. They are extremely convinced and have adopted that word, Californian, as their primary identity. Its some weird sort of statewide egotism thing, but its real. They will not forsake this identity no matter what shit the govt makes them eat

12
DebbieinDallas 12 points ago +13 / -1

Yes, I think you are right. I live in AZ. You can always tell a CA driver even without looking at their license plates. They got an atttitude. Reminds me of the attitude people living in the UK have about their crappy health care system where you die waiting to be treated. Brainwashed. Cant fix.

5
IcculusBased9 5 points ago +5 / -0

Its weird, most people/regions are proud of their cities and identify that way. Nobody walks around regarding themselves as a Pennsylvanian, or a Massachusettsite. They're from Philly, or Pittsburgh, or Boston. Batshit crazy SF being an exception, because, once-upon-a-time not so long ago, it was a truly beautiful city, and the locals, hilariously, still retain some small pride.

7
Darkest 7 points ago +7 / -0

It's not the California way it's the LA /SF way. California is more red than blue by landmass, but those two cities are rats nests

You can’t find something elsewhere for the same pay because of the cost of living in CA. Get outta there, make 50% less, and your still ahead financially. Don’t fall into the trap.

2
SpezDispenser 2 points ago +2 / -0

Thing is, scored good housing in a nice area (outside of LA for cheap.) So getting paid good with low overhead. Riding that wave until things change.

If I were paying 3k a month for housing, id bail. Already got a home in AZ for Escape from LA scenario.

Cant shoot myself in the foot financially based off politics. At least not for the interim. :!

They want everyone to close their business due to COVID but when it comes to places they want to go to, they want an exemption for it to have it open. Hypocrites.

Let me remind you that in 1994 the majority of Californians passed Prop. 187 (Save Our State) which prohibited illegal aliens from using non-emergency health care, public education, and other services in the State of California. The law was challenged in a legal suit the day after its passage, and found unconstitutional by a federal district court on November 11 In 1999, Governor Gray Davis halted state appeals of this ruling. We are not being represented by the elected leaders. Our elected leaders cheat and steal elections. They are democrats after all. So go fuck yourself about "I don't care about the good people".

43
JediMasterGandalf 43 points ago +46 / -3

I learned long ago on T_D that there is a very callous disdain for anything California here. I scratch my head over it constantly. Voices in this community do not want to acknowledge anything worthwhile about this state, even its millions of Trump supporters.

No one hates Sacramento and what the Dems are doing more than I do, but so far, I prefer to stay and fight for my home state. That may someday become intolerable, but it won’t change my love of this place and the many wonderful people who live here. I wonder if the California haters here would fight for their own home states or would they simply flee when things get rough?

I’m sure someone is going to tell me to fuck off because, you know, muh California.

I understand your frustration. I too was born in California. My parents immigrated to Texas when I was a child. I was a dreamer. And although we do sometimes go back to see our extended family, I usually don’t openly volunteer that I’m a Californian by birth.

In fact most people just assume I’m an American citizen. Probably because I integrated so well into American culture.

😏😉

11
ignorant_slob 11 points ago +11 / -0

The California way was moving to a place where you were free to do as you wish. It never was about overbearing government control until the past few decades.

4
DebbieinDallas 4 points ago +4 / -0

When I was growing up a lot of tv shows were sitcoms in Calif...Americans with Brooklyn accents working in the space industry (Life of Riley), working with beautiful women (Love That Bob), people owning handguns (Perry Mason), one whole season of I Love Lucy going to Calif, Beach Boys music. Everything was wonderful in California and everybody across the country wanted to move there. If you want to see how much CA has changed, just watch some old movies and tv shows. So sad that the Commie Rat Bastard Dems took over and ruined everything. Now, none of us want to move there. The disdain we feel for Californians is not personal...it is just broken heart regret for Politicians ruining the California Dream so many of us had.

4
JediMasterGandalf 4 points ago +4 / -0

Oh, but it is personal in many cases. (see some of the replies below) Unless I personally "do something" to change it, I am instructed to "shut the fuck up."

Such infantile logic is unworthy of reply, but yours is not.

7
Ingerimm 7 points ago +7 / -0

There are many, like myself, who harbor no ill will or intentions toward the good people of California. I briefly lived there when I was younger in Concord, and still have friends who choose to live there today.

Make no mistake though. Californian politics, their politicians and the people who keep voting for some of the worst of it are a real problem.

There is much more respect given from people like me to those who stand and fight, than those who turn and flee. Eventually you will run out of places to flee, so you better learn to defend and fight for what you have and where you live lest you wake up one day with nowhere else to run.

6
JediMasterGandalf 6 points ago +7 / -1

I have no problem with anyone who wants to criticize Sacramento (meaning the State government, not the people). Hell, I do it daily.

So, if the title of this post had been, for instance "Sacramento sucks ass" I'd be right on board. It is the contempt for all our citizens that I find puzzling and troubling. Comments not caring about the fine people who live here and generalizations about the whole state being a hellscape. It's easy to paint a large state of 40 million people with a broad, antagonistic brush, but it is intellectually lazy and dishonest.

7
meals23 7 points ago +8 / -1

don't worry I get it a lot too, I start so many of my posts with "calipede here" i half considered changing my username to that

my hope is that so many lefties leave the state to spread the cancer elsewhere that we actually take the state back and fix it like Schwarzenegger could have if the steroids didn't shrink his balls

and if we gotta do things the hard way, I'm ready to don my leathers. 2 californias enter 1 california leaves

8
JediMasterGandalf 8 points ago +8 / -0

I do find the attitude here troubling but I'm too old to really give a fuck about what other people think. Occasionally I get ornery and whip out my dick, but mostly I just ignore it.

7
based_unicorn 7 points ago +7 / -0

Thank you so much for saying this. I understand the sentiment of people who think all of CA is some leftist hellhole from the things they have read about it, but that shows me they have most likely never been here or if they have, it was just to SF/LA. There are millions of based CA patriots here, and I met tons at the Minden, NV rally I went to last weekend. It sucks to see fellow pedes saying they want the entire state to burn or secede. This state has been plagued with insane illegal immigration, voter fraud, and corporations that abuse H1B visas for years. My family has lived in California for generations and I don’t want to abandon it. It may come to that, but I still want to fight and so do millions of other CA patriots.

1
edxzxz 1 point ago +6 / -5

Your complaint sounds a lot like the few stray muslims who complain about all muslims being branded as terrorists, but then we don't hear them in public railing against the perversion of their religion or misdeeds of their fellow muslims. Get out into the public's eyes and let us hear and see you standing up for real American values, let's hear about your fight to return your state to sanity, otherwise, we have to assume you're good with the current state of affairs.

is probably the elitist attitude of so many people that live there but honestly most of the insufferable people who live in california arent even from there. It just became a meme and an easy target since it has the most electoral votes and leans blue every election cycle. NVM the leaders that come from out there.

7
JediMasterGandalf 7 points ago +7 / -0

I welcome criticism of the rich, elite fucks. I have as much disdain for them and their policies as anyone here. Probably more because I live here. It's the broad "fuck all of California" attitude that I'm referring to. DeBlasio and Cuomo are every bit as horrible as Garcetti and Newsome, but I don't shit all over the state of NY just because of NYC and Albany.

4
ProudWhiteMan 4 points ago +4 / -0

Well ever since 9-11 it's been more taboo to shit on NYC so California became the only acceptable target and with the growth of the tech sector that bullseye only got bigger. I've known some based callipedes and I've known people that as soon as they moved there became "californians" by being liberal duches. Most people always have biased opinions until they meet someone that breaks it.

There's a lot of good people in California. A lot of Trump supporters. But the state unfortunately, has a seemingly permanent 65 - 35 Democratic majority, owing to all the illegal immigration and liberal transplants.

And yes. California has still managed to pass a lot of good props, but they get ripped apart by the politicians.

13
HadEnoughInCA 13 points ago +14 / -1 (edited)

Think about what you said there for a minute. The votes on ballot propositions are all very close to 50-50, and sometimes taxes even get voted down or other surprising things pass.

Why are the results for ballot measures so different? Because there are too many of them and it makes it difficult to cheat on a statewide level. Instead they just cheat for their candidates who can pass as many laws as they want, so who cares about the ballot measures. The cheating is where you get these 60-40 and 65-35 results for D candidates, amd Democrat supermajorities in the state legislature, but in reality it's within a couple percent. And now they have been doing it so long that people are conditioned to believe it really is 65-35.

5
clearsighted 5 points ago +5 / -0

There's an element of truth to what you're saying, but a lot of it is also has to do with LA County (where most people live), and various districting changes, that chained once Republican-ish suburban areas with more inner city areas dominated by immigrants. We had some initial luck with the Koreans, but the young ones are increasingly woke. LA City is solid blue, despite there being a LOT of Republicans in the San Fernando Valley.

There's a lot more money and activism, which is again, partly cause all the liberal transplants. And you get Republicans staying home from the polls, because they don't think it's worth their time to vote in a national election, that's decided before most Californians get off work.

But really, it comes down to organization money, liberal transplants and immigration. And every year that goes by, more Republican voters either die or move to Texas.

Which is why they do nothing about the deteriorating conditions of the forests. Only once the smoke covers their skies do they start caring, but even then, they don’t think beyond the cause of their own smog: their auto emissions.

Their line of logic is “our carbon emissions are drying things up and warming up the planet, therefore they are causing the fires. If we stop emissions, this will stop too.”

I’ve seen a couple arguments against land management. Of course, lefty “environmentalists” are against any form of human intervention with nature, since apparently all of it is bad (which isn’t true).

There’s also misinformation about what management means in this regard, and when Trump came out in support of clearing dead matter from the forests, it of course got misconstrued as clear-cutting all trees.

One argument I’ve personally heard was that animals take shelter in fallen trees and such, and clearing the land deprives them of that shelter. Well, that’s a sound argument... if there are a handful of dead/fallen trees scattered about, as opposed to the hundreds-per-acre that a good portion of California’s forests currently have. And that’s not counting all the burn scars...

16
Forgotmyname 16 points ago +16 / -0

I have a hard time believing anyone would elect Pelosi that many times. Or Harris. I mean there had to be candidates that ran against them each election. I’ll never believe that Pelosi was chosen over anyone that many times. She is legitimately retarded.

8
HadEnoughInCA 8 points ago +8 / -0

Harris ran against another Democrat in the election, who was a total loser and barely even campaigned. They have open primaries here (top two vote-getters in the primary go to a run-off, regardless of party). So the Democrats put up a dummy candidate to try and get second place to make it D vs. D. And it worked because the Republicans also fragmented their vote with multiple candidates.

Both Harris and Gavin Newsom were appointed to their first political offices, and have been appointed or effectively run unopposed in every election since.

6
MAGAFrogInfinity 6 points ago +6 / -0

From my recollection about the last time she was up for re-election, I think Pelosi ran unopposed. Heck, if there was opposition is was likely another D cucktard running against her. Basically, It was a no-win situation for anyone wanting to vote R.

1
westrock2000 1 point ago +1 / -0

Only in the last couple years has her retardation really been openly on display. The legacy media controlled the flow of information. So if you weren’t listening to conservative talk radio or watching Fox News, you likely always got the “strong independent smart woman” narrative, much like Barbara Boxer and Diane Feinstein got.

But the spread of “alternative” news sources coupled with her TDS means that lots of people saw the videos or the gifs of her tearing the State of the Union speech, or her getting caught at the salon. Or telling people to go to Chinatown.

A lot of these people think California is one giant liberal wasteland.

They don’t realize the majority of the state is conservative except for in the inner cities.

And I’d say even in the inner cities, you have pockets of voters who like Trump, but they’re also dependent on the government handouts.

4
patriotic-noodle 4 points ago +4 / -0

You just described what it's like to be from New York. The upstate (which comprises like 85% of the landmass is pretty conservative and rural. Yet, anywhere you go outside the state people assume you're Long Island or Brooklyn trash, and if you're in the south they treat you like you're a fucking asshole regardless if you like Trump or guns, or anything conservative. But how can you blame them? The people from NYC are a disgrace.

Years ago, I just threw my hands up and decided to not even mention I was born there. I got too tiring dealing with it.

So i'm the bad guy because i don't want to prop up a pedo supporting state. California has made this bed for years. The "good people" have let this behavior go unchallenged for long enough. You can call me a leftist all you want but i don't subscribe to tribalism. People are judged individually.

It's interesting seeing the extreme left lumping groups of people together and we call them hysterical and callous. And then here have people here on the other end doing the same thing.

We should be better than that and stand together as Patriots.

5
ashulll 5 points ago +5 / -0

I find it disgusting that this is the top rated comment. I'm SUPER conservative and I have my complaints with the law they have in place. But this just isn't true. Why do you insist on playing the lefts games by lying to people and not letting them decide for themselves if it's wrong or not. The law that was in place before this allowed the judge to decide whether or not a person goes on the sex registry for vaginal sex, as long as they were within 10 years of each other and the person was over 14. I don't agree with this, and that's a valid conversation to be had.

The ONLY DIFFERENCE between what the law was and what it is now is, they've included oral sex and anal sex in that law. In other words, it's NOT legal to have sex with minors, that hasn't changed. The only change is the judge is allowed to determine whether or not that person should be put on the sex offender registry. Before this change, that law didn't apply to gay people because guys don't have a vagina and can't have vaginal sex. Therefore, if someone was gay and this happened to them, the judge had NO choice and they had to be put on the registry.

Again, I highly disagree with this. But you're straight up lying and I won't stand for that bullshit. I can't stand people that lie for their political gain, we need to be better than that. You used the word "literally" but you literally don't know what that word means.

I think you're missing something. A lot of the fires are burning inland where all the Republicans live. And for the record, the people of California did NOT vote for sex with minors. That was an insane law passed by the Democrat super majority in the California assembly. Republicans couldnt do anything to stop it even if they wanted to. The GOP is a minority in California and cannot do anything to fight back because of voter fraud.

We actually didn't. Our state legislators did. They virtually gerrymandered (via mail in balloting) republican strongholds in orange county in 2016 and stole the election giving themselves overwhelming power. They literally cheated this into law because the republicans don't have the power to stop them. Orange county and northern CA lawmakers used to be enough to put and end to this kind of fuckery.

I don’t think you’re right about CA “allowing sex with minors.”

It is still illegal to have sex with minors in CA, I.e. the illegality of statutory rape is unchanged as a result of SB 145. Sex with someone less than 18 y.o is still illegal (felony or misdemeanor depending on the age difference/acts/level violence, this is dictated by the California penal code which is completely unrelated to the SB 145). SB 145 give judges increased discretion on who must register as a sex offender (again, not whether they have a criminal charge brought against them). Currently, the law in CA already allows judges to do this for vaginal sex; if there is no more than 10 years between the ages of the individuals involved, the minor is 15 yrs or older and the sex was non-forcible/violent (i.e classical statutory rape). SB 145 expands judges discretion to include oral and anal sex acts w/ all of the additional caveats i.e. non-forcible/violent.

Judges can still review the facts and conclude the individual still needs to register as a sex offender despite meeting all the criteria.

Perhaps the law should take away the discretion from judges for vaginal sex. That’s a reasonable argument, worth exploring. But the law does not “legalize sex with minors.”

Personally I think the age window should be significantly reduced across the board, from 10 years to 3 years for example. SB 145 increases our reliance on the judges to make the right decision— I think there really isn’t a “decision to be made,” so to speak, when it’s a 23 year old having sex with a 15 year old. But again, I think that should apply to vaginal sex as well, which it didn’t even before SB 145.

The fact that illegal aliens get anything for free in this country is absolutely bullshit. They should have to pay out of pocket for everything, really they should all be deported but if they’re going to be here they have to pay their own way

15
muy_libre 15 points ago +15 / -0

What is the $25 billion that the criminal aliens get? Is it healthcare? Housing? I legit don't know. I'm on the complete opposite side of the country and don't really pay attention to commiefornia politics.

15
lerm4comptroller 15 points ago +15 / -0

From FAIR:

Nearly half of those expenditures ($12.3 billion) result from the costs of K-12 education for the children of illegal aliens — both those illegally in the country and those born in the United States. Another major outlay ($2.1 billion) results from the need to provide supplemental English language instruction to Limited English Proficient students, many of whom are children of illegal aliens. Together, these educational costs are 57.1 percent of total expenditures. Other fiscal outlays result from the costs of medical care ($4.0 billion), public assistance services ($800 million), administration of justice functions ($4.4 billion), and general governmental services ($1.6 billion).

It's mostly the free public education they get for their kids. I don't know about where you live, but even around myself we could probably close about 10-20% of public schools if not for the illegal aliens and I'm on the other side of the country, nowhere near the border.

We overbuilt our education system based on just a few unusually large generations, at the insistence of our stunning and brave teachers. This is why teachers unions suddenly can't stop talking about how great illegal aliens are, btw--either the illegals stay, or up to a quarter of them lose their jobs.

9
Wehavelawsforareason 9 points ago +9 / -0

I work at a county hospital in so cal. At county hospitals, we take care of all the uninsured patients, including illegal aliens. I’d say that about 60-75% of the patients are illegal aliens. They get their whole hospital stay paid for by the taxpayers of California. If they need surgery, our taxes pay for it. If they are on a ventilator for 3 months with multiple surgeries, our taxes pay for it. I worked all around the hospital. In labor and delivery, I’d estimate that approximately 75% of the deliveries are 100% in Spanish and it’s a 19 year old who just crossed the border 2 weeks ago and now she’s dropping her anchor. Her whole delivery or c section is paid for by our taxes. If her child requires NICU, our taxes pay for the whole stay. Just for the NICU bed, it is $13,000 a day, that is just for the room and not including any medications or therapies. Our taxes pay for it. When I worked in pediatrics, there would always be some young mother of 6 with a Gucci purse and newest iPhone, and her kid has a tablet while our tax dollars are paying for her kid to stay there. Meanwhile, that mom has no job and just lives off of the government assistance that she gets for her 6 kids that then grow up and say “fuck America” and fly Mexican flags. And then you have the Hispanics and asian people who live here and they know they can abuse the system, so when their grandma from Mexico needs surgery or gets sick, they bring her across the border to the hospital to get all of her medical for free, and then take her back once she’s fine again. I wasn’t political at all until I started working this job and saw where all my taxes were going.

Leasing is a thing.

1
PinochetIsMyHero 1 point ago +1 / -0

It happens a surprising number of times. We lost another C130 in Australia last year. Canada had to stop operations for a while and inspect their Canadairs because of a similar crash with them. This is what happens when you "extend" the life of a worn out aircraft, otherwise headed for the scrap yard, for an extra decade or so just so that you don't have to buy a replacement.

3
Siteless_Vagrant 3 points ago +3 / -0

I was going off of this. https://i.maga.host/g9zbHYF.png

Is there a reason that one wouldn't work? Do we always have to default to spending the maximum amount possible for EVERYTHING?

And you linked a C130. That particular one was made back in the 1950's. Keep it apples to apples.

1
PinochetIsMyHero 1 point ago +1 / -0

The retrofitted clapped-out 737 was made in the 1970s.

Up to you whether you want to risk firefighters' lives on an aircraft that would have gone to the boneyard if someone hadn't decided to keep it flying just a couple of years longer as a disposable tanker.

1
Pilotmtb 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah except that has never happened to a 737. That happened to a former military plane and the reason why we started to do metal fatigue inspections

1
PinochetIsMyHero 1 point ago +1 / -0

We've been doing metal fatigue inspections since the 1950s when the British figured out that square corners on windows didn't work. That doesn't mean that you catch all of them before they crash.

Former Boeing worker here, BTW (back before the company got bought out by McDonalds-Dugass).

1
XxxRDTPRNxxX 1 point ago +1 / -0

How absurd.

I hate how lefties act like free shit for illegals is an investment. They literally call it that. But when you debate them, it becomes obvious they don't care if there's ever any return on that investment.

You tell them illegals cost X amount of money, they will come back and say "reee they pay sales tax"

You tell them, illegals have at least 2 kids on average and send them to public school where it takes 10k per year, per child to educate them.

They will say "That's an investment, they will grow up and pay taxes". Do they even know or care how long it will take those kids to pay back their $120,000 K-12 education by taxing their Walmart paychecks?

Then ask them if you think the kids should be able to get welfare while they grow up, and after they grow up. Of course they should! They are citizens, and they "pay taxes"... So go ahead and keep adding to what they cost.

But it's all okay... It's all great... Because you can say that technically a tax was paid, therefore the government got money.

1
james43552352345 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yup, exactly. For CA, specifically, their progressive democrat state lives and dies based on what the rich people in CA do and the tech industry does. Most of the taxes are paid by the wealthy in CA and CA still manages to have a lot of wealthy people living there. Based on what I can tell, CA voters are pushing harder and harder to tax the rich in CA even more. The big wild card is what the rich decide to do. If we want CA to collapse quicker then we need to get the rich to leave CA and same for the tech industry.

2
XxxRDTPRNxxX 2 points ago +2 / -0

Pay your fair share! They say..

Morons don't realize Jeff Bezos could buy citizenship at St Kitts and Nevis for $250,000 and then have his new country issue him a passport that lets him fly to any country in the world.

You gotta be retarded to think the wealthy are just gonna sit still and let you take all their stuff.

1
james43552352345 1 point ago +1 / -0

Exactly! I have friends that work as private wealth management firms as CPAs. These wealthy people are international people. They usually have vacations homes all over the world. They just decide to put their roots down in CA and CA benefits immensely from that but the rich aren't dumb. They're willing to pay a certain amount but even the most liberal democrats will jump ship if the taxes are too high.

My friend says these rich liberal democrats act like republicans when they're talking to him. They're interested in tax strategies to minimize their tax liabilities. If they get a tax assessment, they want to fight it in court and so on.

It just boggles my mind why the rich, especially the super rich, lay their roots in CA when republican states are so much more reasonable with everything.

I love reading how the feds have given $142.4 Billion (non-inflation adjusted) to Israel but want Ohio & Kentucky to figure out how to pay $900M to replace the 55yr old bridge that links the two states & carrying traffic from Michigan all the way to Florida (172,00 vehicles/day) on I-75/I-71. Meanwhile chunks of it have fallen onto cars traveling on its lower deck. America FIRST goddamn it.

Ever wonder why so many of our "representatives" have dual citizenship with Israel? It's because they're traitors selling us out to them. On the subject, dual citizenship shouldn't be a thing double so for a representative.

Consider, at any given time there are 1000 US citizens serving in the Israeli military yet no one calls for them to automatically relinquish their American citizenship for signing up to die for a foreign government that spies on ours

They should give up their citizenship if they're fighting for a foreign nation. I don't give a damn if they were born here.

The infrastructure in this whole freaking country has been ignored for far too long. Infrastructure budgets and set-asides are constantly being raided for other pet causes. Roads, bridges, tunnels, culverts, dams, sewers, electrical grids - all in various states of disrepair.

It’s okay, it’s just the American people’s lives we’re risking here. We need that money (that we’re borrowing in the first place) elsewhere for things like “transformative change” in the middle east. /s

California is a failed state. What happens to neighboring countries when a state fails? Refugees is a given but what else? We need to start planning.

To the Americans still in California: Get out while you can or prepare to defend yourself without law enforcement. Organize or get out now.

CL-415 scoops are only 25 million a piece, so 1000 for 25 billion of them would have extinguished the whole West Coast overnight..

I'm convinced that the fires are a way for them to claim an emergency disaster, and then they're abusing that somehow.

You mean the next time a series of arsonists set fires to the already dead trees in your area
