These people asking questions were not "undecided voters". They were DNC mouthpiece and ABC was carrying water for them. Media is the enemy of the people.

4

Which is why I am worried about the blanket hate on Jews. Not all of them are bad people. Many are just simply misled, just like a lot of minorities.

2
BiglyCovfefe 2 points ago +3 / -1

The teams have been divvied up pretty simply. It looks like the privileged and entitled Jews are for Biden, and the hard working scrappy Jews are for Trump. Trump needs Jewish supporters because it's a group of people who have factually had a way worse go on this planet than black people (way more years of way worse oppression, and 1/3rd of them were exterminated 2 generations ago), and yet, they thrive. This was made possible by focusing on the family unit, education, and hard work. Jews are basically ineffective, self loathing mouth pieces for the left, and savage redpilling warriors on the right.

We love our shoes, they are important. Too even think otherwise means you want to genocide all shoes. Please pay no mind to any genocides of other apparel, only shoes are important for they are the chosen apparel of God. Not your God, Christ wore sandals, is a heretic, and shoes teach their children Christ boils in Hell in a vat of shit. But please, keep spending money on shoes and shoe related industries.

Shoes staff most of the editorial boards and senior corporate positions in all 5 worldwide media conglomerates. Even Telemundo has a majority shoe staffing at its top echelons. Also, despite being less than 3% of the population shoes represent 46% of American billionaires. Shoes also control Hollywood and the pornography industry.

Yet if you point out that maybe shoes have concentrated too much control and work for their own self-interests over the common interests of Americans, often in a very hostile manner, i.e. stealing Navy nuclear secrets and selling them to the enemies of America, only to have the American Shoe PAC run a years long lobbying campaign to get their spy released, well, you are anti-footwear who wants to destroy all shoes.

And if you bring up the historical FACT that over the centuries shoes have spread foot fungus and been kicked out of 109 nations for athlete's foot, you are a Nazi.

Anyone who's lived in a city and tried to use the highways anywhere near where a US President has traveled by motorcade knows exactly what POTUS is talking about at the one minute mark. Unlike Clinton and Obama, Trump understands the average person and knows they don't like sitting in traffic anymore than he did before becoming president. POTUS is the opposite of his Democrat predecessors like Bill Clinton and his haircut on the LAX tarmac..

Well, I'd say cut them some slack. By the time they're watching these propaganda, many of them are stressed out after long hours of work. In that condition your brain is like mud, making it pretty hard to pay attention and process information with your intelligence. They would've detected the lies and seen what those lying dog faced pony soldiers are up to if they watch the news when they're refreshed and energized. Those news networks obviously know this very well and take advantage of their tiredness.

It is very reasonable to me that she is just a not so smart woman who consumes MSM and assumes there is some level of diligence, honesty and accountability. Basically, the way most people thought 10 years ago.

As she enters she is "helped" in the formulating of her question or what have you and this is what happens. I'm not sure this is enough evidence to call her a terrible person like people are doing in this thread.

It was either genius or complete retardation to ask the question directly.

The DNC wouldn’t let him clear the air and say this is a complete lie.

We know it is garbage and someone asking the question to reiterate it is garbage would be silly for an opponent to ask.

It didn’t seem like a Biden fan fare so who knows why it came up. Was it stupidity or debunking? Only a 556 can be the judge.

21
Lenny_Kravitz2 21 points ago +21 / -0

I agree. That was probably the worst format to ask that question because they gave Trump all the time he needed and wanted to answer that question. And the the followup question by George was even better since Trump hit on some pretty solid points that resonate with most Americans (the they called Trump a warmonger and he is giving everyone nothing but peace).

19
N7fury 19 points ago +19 / -0

Of course they weren't. Only the left will think this was a legitimate and fair event. POTUS knew it was going to be rigged against him but he still did great. Low information voters who have probably only seen clips or soundbites of the president got a chance to actually see Trump and it put pressure on Biden. Most of the people with tds have never even watched a Trump conference.

12
Lenny_Kravitz2 12 points ago +12 / -0

I think that is why Trump was more than willing to do it. ABC's audience is heavily Dem or left leaning independents. Allowing Trump to address the questions and answer them for however long he needed to, was a major benefit to Trump.

Trump hit every point he needed to hit and I think the Dems lost a few voters from it.

I've had so many people complain about Trump firing people left and right after praising them earlier. I'm like, "You've never had to negotiate things, have you?". Its the Art of the Deal 101, and GUESS WHO WROTE THAT BOOK?

Even from just watching The Apprentice you learn from Trump that you have a different team configuration for any given mission, interchanging chess pieces to maximize efficacy and efficiency. It constantly changes because it's mission-dependent/specific. And Trump obviously has dozens of major missions going on as president, using different people for different things at different times.
It's terrifying to think that he's the only one who is being a president like how a president ought to be. The weakness and cluelessness of Obama (who I voted for) or Bush is just staggeringly disturbing.
And who the fuck to do we have to replace Trump?? There's nobody else on the planet who is that experienced and savvy. Scary. Maybe his daughter Ivanka, as first female president, with Trump as her advisor.

The way he answers is actually kind of perfect, he answers very non-linear, and jumps around quickly, so its very difficult to cut a comment of his short. You basically have to play him to the end to get an understanding.

That’s probably why they normally do the memory hole thing or attribute quotes off camera. Because it’s very rare they can edit a live clip of him saying something they can paint badmy.

That would prevent a lot of people in major cities from controlling politics, but it could also damage U.S. land because the Democrats would go rampant on city expansion to try and keep up, which would also end up causing the states to cry for federal money, which any time Democrats had power would vote to give.

SWORDofLIBERTY 4 points ago +4 / -0

or... hear me out... we actually invoke the our anti-communist laws, and then limit the voter pool?

1
Wtf_socialismreally 1 point ago +1 / -0

We would need new anti-communism laws, because the only thing we actually outlawed was the communist party -- and being members of it.

This has left a gaping -- truly massive -- loophole that communism has been allowed to exploit under the name of the Democrat party.

We should have actually outlawed the ideology, really.

Will Biden ever do one of these? Guy never leaves his basement except out of desperation to make some low energy speeches. Never takes any challenging questions. Never puts himself in any heated situation. It's just going to make the debates harder for him when the gloves come off and he's done nothing but dance around an empty ring.

23
thisguy883 23 points ago +23 / -0

He will, but it has to be a Zoom conference and he has to have his prompter.

You will never see him in a setting like Trump being asked gotcha questions. Ever.

Unless a podcaster does it.

I would PAY to watch Biden be grilled in a town hall on YouTube hosted by Joe Rogan or Tim Pool (Preferably both).

And i use those 2 because they consider themselves to be Liberals. If you have someone like Crowder, Andrew Clavin, or Ben Shapiro, then people will see it as an obvious set up.

12
Wtf_socialismreally 12 points ago +12 / -0

A panel of 3. Joe Rogan, Tim Pool and Tucker Motherfucking Carlson.

Two more liberal types and one conservative type. I would put Tim Pool a bit closer to center now, even if he says some stuff or doesn't QUITE get some things sometimes he is very pro law and order

Not sure why POTUS agreed to do this.

None of those "undecided voters" were actually undecided. They were plants with anti-Trump "questions" (statements) fed to them by the Biden campaign.

Not to mention George the Clinton stooge was hosting the damn thing.

First it was the Axios interview and now this clownshow.

It's simple -- it's also addressed in the Art of the Deal. (Story about how he claims Trump Tower will be the tallest building in NYC -- reporters run out and find out the facts and determine that it will "AKCTUALly" be only the "third" tallest skyscraper, and now he doesn't need to spend millions for advertising because it's already been advertised for him). Half the battle is publicity essentially. Good, Bad it doesn't really matter.

He manipulates the media constantly. Remember in 2015? He was on CNN, FOX, MSNBC, Morning Joe, etc. They tried to make him the pied piper candidate but what it did was the exact opposite. By doing these prime-time sit down interviews, he forces the media to put him on air. He exposes more people (even non-voters) to who he is.

He's known how to play this game for decades and that's a big secret to his sauce. Check out some other excerpts from Art of the Deal.

“good publicity is preferable to bad, but from a bottom-line perspective, bad publicity is sometimes better than no publicity at all. Controversy, in short, sells.”

"On the press: "One thing I've learned about the press is that they're always hungry for a good story, and the more sensational the better. It's in the nature of the job, and I understand that. The point is that if you are a little different, or a little outrageous, or if you do things that are bold or controversial, the press is going to write about you."

" [F]rom a pure business point of view, the benefits of being written about have far outweighed the drawbacks. It's really quite simple ... The funny thing is that even a critical story, which may be hurtful personally, can be very valuable to your business.

Essentially -- you can't be known and have your ideas heard if people don't know you and see you. This is in essence why Biden has no support and super low enthusiasm. The people voting Biden are massive Trump haters and consistent hard line Democrat ballot voters. But he's not convincing 'new' people to join his coalition.

Great comment. Quality comments like that are my favorite here on this website.

To add to what you said, there have been smart and angry anti-Trump media experts in the last year or two who have calculated that Trump literally got BILLIONS of dollars worth of FREE media coverage/airtime, during the 2016 election cycle. They say it's despicable that the media was so 'complicit', in that any other candidate would have had to pay BILLIONS but Trump got it for free. They didn't give it to Trump for free because they like him. They gave it to him for free because he essentially forced them to, by feeding their for-profit business machines with millions and millions of eyeballs who wouldn't otherwise be watching.

P.S. If you've read Art of the Deal, a must-read is Art of the Comeback. He says that one is his personal favorite of all his books, even though Deal was the bigger $ success.

While I agree, it went so well for Trump. He answered so well and said so many things Americans agree with and it is the one opportunity he has to breakthrough to many people who literally only get their news through these biased sources like ABC and so on.

Trump destroyed them with his answer and how he trailed off talking about the whole disaster of the Middle East was just phenomenal.

18

Practice makes perfect. He knows it and we know it.

The only people who dont see it for what it is, are >90 IQ brainlets and Dems.

16
Slash78 16 points ago +16 / -0 (edited)

It makes him look Presidential.. he took the best they could offer and they couldn't phase him. If he didn't do at least one mainstream network's election pieces people woulda called him a coward for not doing it. George is one of the biggest hacks working so it was good for Trump to take him on. And honestly he outdid George quite a bit.

It reminds me a lot of what Nixon did in 1968; he did a town hall on ABC straight up with all kinds of people there and had some zingers to respond back to. Humphrey meanwhile had one with more biased questions and answers and mainly raised money through telethons which is what Dems love.. big difference. He didn't look strong besides due to the fact he was the incumbent VP then; sorta like how Joe was in 2016. Joe's doing the same thing; running off that rep despite not offering anything of purpose.. Trump's more straight up.. the better image by far.

I thought Trump handled himself perfectly here. A few too many 'take a look at's maybe, but otherwise solid and on point. Joe couldn't have brought up as many point and been on topic in a billion years.

15
Wtf_socialismreally 15 points ago +15 / -0

Trump can rant and ramble and sometimes it's hard to follow, but it's always ranting and rambling on about points that make sense, he gets his points straight whereas Joe just mumbles, has a gaff or seven every interview he does with or without his teleprompter and has trouble keeping even one point straight.

Trump comes across as sharp with a mind that races as fast as mine, which is something considering the age gap between us, and he seems to want to make 5-10 points at the same time when ever he talks on camera, to counteract everything the media tries to say.

11
PDXTrumpSupporter 11 points ago +11 / -0

It's actually a brilliant form of communication, branching all over the place, because most of the time he actually ties up each branch by the end.
But it isn't conventional and it can seem spacey.
But if some leftist like an AOC spoke that way, the media would spin it as charming 'right-brain' communication.

3
Wtf_socialismreally 3 points ago +3 / -0

I'm not sure I would even view it as spacey at all, but maybe that's because -- like him, apparently -- my mind races a mile a minute in every direction.

It's one thing I actually do have in common with him, and that only humanizes him more for me.

rentfREEEE_since2016 30 points ago +30 / -0 (edited)

That's the beauty in all of this. He's not afraid to go in to the lions den and take these fucktards on head to head. Joe or Kamala or Hillary would never do something like this. Trump has balls, and they hate it because he flops em on the desk and says, let's compare. He's standing there smiling while they are freaking out.

This is how most older Democratic women are that I meet in real life. Either they are flat out loony tunes and are all about conspiracy theories or lack basic unbiased knowledge, or they are cunts like this woman and try to lecture you or judge you. Both are annoying as hell.

I got into it with one loony tune at work back in March; she tried insulting Trump with the lame phrases and I was like "Umm, you do realize your hero Barry didn't bother to replace and increase the face mask and medical item stockpiles back after the swine flu in 2009 right?" She tried the fake news BS and showed her a link to stats about it.. she knew she lost and couldn't handle it. It was so cute. She had no courage or decency to apologize either.. not that I would have accepted it to begin with. What a loony tune.

sun_wolf 10 points ago +10 / -0

By the way, Stephanopolous is lying (as usual) when he says Trump said McCain wasn’t a war hero. That is not true. Trump said he preferred people who don’t get caught. That is a different statement, and an obvious joke, and a counter punch to McCain’s attack that started it, when he said all Trump supporters were crazy. Trump said his supporters are not crazy, they are very good people, very patriotic people. Then the host insisted Trump say McCain was a war hero and he said fine he is a war hero. The whole reason McCain had his “hero” status questioned is because the media was using that as unquestionable credibility for the “Trump supporters are crazy” statement. As if being a war hero gave McCain some kind of authority to make that statement without being challenged. And let’s not pretend that the media didn’t treat McCain like absolute garbage when he was running against Obama. The whole narrative is a lie.

3
astro_eng 3 points ago +3 / -0

Trump does not care. He is just showing that he is willing to go anywhere and take questions from anyone. Unlike his opponents. This was a winning strategy for Trump as his 65 million supporters will already vote for him. He wants to make sure to pick up another 20 to 30 million.
