Sadly, it doesn't matter this ruling since the fucked up SCOTUS already ruled against the Constitution twice on COVID lockdown "rules".

South Africa is like 95% retarded-ass black people who VOTED FOR what they got.

We are not the same.

GEOTUS TWEETED THIS W, “NEXT STOP THE BALLOT HOAX!” Let’s go!!!!!!! We really are taking back our country pedes! Also I just got a 1896 senate campaign pin from Teddy Roosevelt in the mail today. It looks beautiful! Got Eastwood’s man w no name (good, the bad & ugly) trilogy too on blu ray, a vintage postcard from my college, a vintage patch from my hometown soccer team I played on, a Gameboy Sp employee necklace never sold to the public and an unopened wii nunchuck. Saturday I got a couple vintage 1910’s postcards from Japan too!

Now do any major city.

10
Modus_Pwninz 10 points ago +11 / -1

Haha, point taken but major cities are not all 95% black. In the south, yes...But places like Minneapolis the issue is more than that. Lots of blacks, yes. Bigger issue? 20% Somali - which by the way, black people do not view Somali's as "the same" as them. Most black people think Somalians suck.

At any rate, the cities are NOT America. What we need is an Electoral College that is split by congressional districts. We'd never have a Democrat President again. MN for example is worth 10 EC votes, and they'd only get 1/10 in current year.

With demographics changing as rapidly as they are, give it a couple more generations. I hold out hope but man it looks fucked.

4
Dead_Sennacherib 4 points ago +6 / -2

I hear that argument a lot, but I think it's false. Trump won 28 percent of the hispanic vote in 2016. He's projected over 35% this time around. Hispanics are much more conservative than you realize, and many of them are hard workers that own their own business. I think they will likely become a solid conservative voting base if we quit bringing them in illegally and allow them to get established here.

Demographics can change but American values must always be taught. That is what America always was and why we have people from all over, people who came to this country had a certain mentality, they are willing to leave behind everything they have, whether coming from Ireland, Poland, Korea, Japan, Jamaica and many more to come to the frontier that the United States always was. Where people in Boston loaded up their whole families and made the 3,000 miles journey west, across the great plains, across the Rocky Mountains, and thru Death Valley just because they heard a rumor that the land was loaded with gold.

We need Pro-American education back in our schools to remind people what this country is and why it was founded. And quite honestly, we need some plan where if you want to leave the country and revoke your citizenship, we should cover the cost for you and a one way ticket with a ten year ban on re-entry. If these people hate America so much, let them leave instead of staying here and destroying it for the rest of us.

2
Test_user21 2 points ago +2 / -0

Demographics aren't changing, well at least not like you think. Newcomers to the US are having fewer and fewer kids, and this has been a trend for over a decade, now.

4
-Howitzer- 4 points ago +6 / -2

You sure?

10
Modus_Pwninz 10 points ago +10 / -0

Yes. Though, I am not sure all necessary people will stand up.

I am sure some will. If we die for what is right, we die for what is right. Can't live forever either way...if you want to live in hiding and fear, go for it.

3
Wtf_socialismreally 3 points ago +3 / -0

6

magalikeumeanit 12 points ago +12 / -0

Freedom needs to eat blood or it starves.

6
DrVSGGEOTUSPhD 6 points ago +6 / -0 (edited)

Maybe if we fight hard enough now with voice and pen, we won't have to shed blood and die later.

I think the high level globalist goblins actually want a hot war. Once the lead starts flying, America as we know it is done.

While we're battling each other, the dollar will instantly stop being the reserve currency, and inflate to near worthlessness.

Chyna and a coalition of UN SCUM will take our OCONUS holdings, and probably a California as a beachhead.

Chyna will also probably take everything West of the Nine Dash Line, maybe excluding Japan.

Let's hope we can turn it around without a hot war.

5
Modus_Pwninz 5 points ago +6 / -1

This is almost certainly the current plan. They don't give a fuck what happens to the USA, so long as it falls.

3

NJ did ban in person voting, got a letter in the mail about it a week ago. Only special cases or people with certain disabilities can vote in person. Everyone else has to vote by mail, and we'll get turned away if we go to a polling station

89
GEOTUSMAGA 89 points ago +90 / -1

Since it's a fed judge, wouldn't it automatically mean the same for any state's orders?

IANAL. I'm also not a lawyer.

Obama's appointed judges had no problem making their individual illegal alien decisions apply to the entire country.

1

Yeah didn't Trump get his federal travel bans blocked over and over by a political hack of a Hawaiian judge?

At some point, it makes no sense.

60
Bidens_leg_hair 60 points ago +60 / -0

No. Only applies to the jurisdiction. It does set precedent though and if another jurisdiction contrasts it then it should go to supreme court

34
kag-2020- 34 points ago +34 / -0

Exactly. Common law dictates you can use this to argue your case outside the jurisdiction but activist judges can still REEE at which point you have grounds to bring it to the SC which is unfortunately in the Communists favor.

25
Bidens_leg_hair 25 points ago +25 / -0

Right. Activist judge rulings also get to be immediately applied across the country with no fight

10
RocksCanOnlyWait 10 points ago +10 / -0

There are two aspects: Right to assemble and right to occupation (including operate a business).

On assembly, the unconstitutional part for PA is that it was overly broad and the restriction would not accomplish the stated goal. Restrictions on assembly must be narrow and specific.

On freedom of occupation/run a business, the unconstitutional part for PA was that it was based on an extra-legal term of "life-sustaining", which was applied arbitrarily by the administration.

If you have standing, i.e. you have been directly affected by either, then read the ruling and see if the details apply to your situation.

3
NormaJeanRocks 3 points ago +3 / -0

Someone did here in Illinois, Judge ruled in his favor, fat fuck Pritzker is fighting it kicking and screaming....going all the way to the Supreme Court, whenever the hell that might be.

10
NewUser1758 10 points ago +10 / -0

If the supreme court holds wucold restrictions constitutional, they should be brought to tribunal and held to account for their crimes.

Anyone with the ability to read knows that nothing in any of these orders is a constitutional power of any government in this country.

9

Hawaiian Judge precedents under Obama, mean that POTUS can do whatever he wants for jurisdiction anytime a federal judge rules in his favor anywhere.

12
Bidens_leg_hair 12 points ago +12 / -0

No. There’s another part of the unwritten law that states the president must be a Democrat to hold that power

6
DoubleBased 6 points ago +6 / -0

Democrat is not a requirement, adrenochrome is.

1
Necrovoter 1 point ago +1 / -0

That rule only applies to Cis Democrats and Cis Republicans. As someone who transitioned from being a Cis Democrat when he was younger, and now identifies as a Republican, the unwritten rule allows POTUS 45 to hold that power.

A golf buddy is pro trump but registered D and received FOUR ballots already. PA needs to ignore these clowns, they speak for Philadelphia and Pittsburgh and that's it.

22
ADAM_SCHITT 22 points ago +22 / -0

5

OGTD1 72 points ago +72 / -0

Yea where the fuck was this six months ago before we were forced to give up our liberties? Judges have no balls to take on these endless “Emergency Powers”

58
NazisWereSocialist 58 points ago +58 / -0

Judges should be required to immediately review emergency powers.

31
Destineed369 31 points ago +31 / -0

That should be the first step to implementing emergency powers.

24
AngryWriter 24 points ago +24 / -0

It should require judicial approval like a warrant. And specifically, NOT like a FISA warrant.

2
GravityBounce1976 2 points ago +2 / -0

Great suggestions.

6
umopapsidn 6 points ago +6 / -0

I'd argue first step immediately after. You don't want rioters burning down your buildings for months before your state can implement the order.

3
Destineed369 3 points ago +3 / -0

If our politicians had any propensity go create legislation or even emergency powers that have some sort of sunset to them I would agree. They don’t give back the power the liberty we let them borrow on our behalf.

19
thisisatestof2 19 points ago +19 / -0 (edited)

It should be limited to say 15 days and it will expire unless the legislature Votes to continue it If the judge says it is legal. From that point on any changes the governor requests must be approved by the legislature and voted on. The legislature should also be required to vote on if the orders stay in effect every 15 days.

Also, if either a judge rules it is Unconstitutional or the legislature refuses to approve it past it’s 15 day mark, the governor is prevented from issuing a similar executive order on the same topic/issue for 90 days.

11
tufftoffee 11 points ago +11 / -0

Some states already have people running who are considering implementing something like this in the future, like AL

9
T2R0U2M0P 9 points ago +9 / -0

That's how our state constitution is written here in WA. But when you have a dem governor and a dem legislature, they don't even bother to pretend like they're following our constitution. Take note, America...

3
NormaJeanRocks 3 points ago +3 / -0

I know its listed in my state as the Governor can only issue Executive orders for 30 days, is that all states too? But somehow that turned into 6 months and not shit has been done to stop it.

31
Neuro_Con 31 points ago +31 / -0

Pretty sure the judges have to wait for cases to be brought to them. They don’t proactively enforce the law or defend the constitution.

8
booblitchutz 8 points ago +8 / -0

Except for judges in counties that are enacting COVID restrictions without a case. I really only know of this happening in Texas, but I'm sure it's happening all over.

County after county in Texas judges have been rolling out mask orders, stay at home orders, etc etc.

4
Neuro_Con 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yeah. That’s because the title “judge” in that case is a misnomer. That’s what they call the person in charge of the county. They are really a county Mayor, and not a judge in the judiciary

3

Nobody forced anyone to give up their liberties. The people chose (as a whole) to surrender their liberties.

25
lixa 25 points ago +25 / -0

Well yes and no. Lots of people rolled over yes. But a few who tried to exercise freedom were arrested (guy playing ball in park with kid, hair salon owner opening, bar owner opening, etc)

15

7
ProdigalPlaneswalker 7 points ago +7 / -0

fake fisherman didn't assemble himself

3
DocOne 3 points ago +3 / -0

People were thrown in jail because most people rolled over. I hate to say it but take a lesson from the left. The cops wont stand up to 100 pink hairs lighting fires, what would they do if a million patriots said fuck off and meant it? But tyat takes guts and the acceptance of possible consequences and it turns out most people, even (and maybe especially) "patriots", prefer safety to liberty after all.

2
lixa 2 points ago +2 / -0

I totally agree. It has to be some concerted effort though. That highlights our lack of organization actually.

6
MouthAgapeForBLMJizz 6 points ago +6 / -0

Well except for those who were arrested and put in jail for it.

Another Pede already pointed that out to you as well but you’re choosing to ignore it 🤷🏽‍♂️

2
DocOne 2 points ago +2 / -0

(as a whole)

1
MouthAgapeForBLMJizz 1 point ago +1 / -0

Can you elaborate? What do you mean?

3
DocOne 3 points ago +3 / -0

Some people choose to fight back. Sometimes taking a stand has consequences and those that take a stand deserve support. If the majority of people, or even just the half who value their liberty all did the same this shit would have ended after the first "15 days to slow the spread". But even most of those who claim to care about freedom cave in because it's easier. It's trading liberty for safety.

1
Wtf_socialismreally 1 point ago +1 / -0

The country voted for these people. That's what they mean.

2
farstriderr 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeahhh.....just steal your food without a mask on because every grocery store refuses you service. Also get fired from your job and be unable to find another because they all require masks.

4
DocOne 4 points ago +4 / -0

If enough people said fuck off then it wouldn't be an issue. The stores would cave. I don't have a mask, the stores here "require" one but nobody says shit once you walk in and I work at a MAGA af office that never even considered requiring them.

All I'm hearing is "it's more convenient to give in".

1
Keeptherepublic 1 point ago +1 / -0

In Cali it is likely they would have found him guilty no matter what because it is a state of tyrants and pussies. He plead guilty to felony assault and has 3 years of felony deferred adjudication. If he gets a parking ticket before 2022 he will go to prison for 20 years.

You can see the wiki bullshit in action happening in real time. Some random IP just added the following in an edit about the decision:

"controversially citing the widely-repudiated Lochner v. New York"

They just had to add that in the article. I haven't read the judge's decision yet, but I find it highly unlikely that his order relied on Lochner. This filthy little wiki operative just really wanted to put "controversially" and "widely-repudiated" in there.

I use the "I have a disability (too much freedom)." line.

7
berson129 7 points ago +7 / -0

Do they challenge you?

2
Two_Scoops__ 2 points ago +2 / -0

They're not supposed to. I had one restaurant try to ask what my medical issue was but everyone else shuts up

3
Hempbeard 3 points ago +3 / -0

One time I had a store clerk return with "I have a medical condition too" after saying the doctor's line.

Can't believe she said it. Like it's a pissing contest or something.

2
Pomilui 2 points ago +2 / -0

One punk girl hair dresser did, and I walked out saying "I'll figure something out."

I went to my based barber closer to home.

SPEZ: That's the only time I've been challenged after saying that my (freedom) disability prevents me from wearing a mask. I've received silence 5-9 times and, "Thank you, sir." once (at Walmart).

3
berson129 3 points ago +3 / -0

Wow I have the same disability actually

Same here in Allegheny county. Walmart did not even have someone at the door.

2
Krysdavar 2 points ago +2 / -0

Ours does (has a fake boss man at the entrance, with a counter too, with one (person with counter) on the exit door as well. Right now, was there this past weekend LMAO! Walmart in Cumberland county (PA)is licking so much leftist in-line march. Funny thing is, Cumberland county is mostly (excuse my french) WHITE. Not only white, but middle-upper class suburbia WHITE lol. I Don't get it, walmart is STILL using one entrance/exit no matter where I go. Damn Grocery store gets more packed people, and all they do is spray the check-out belts. Walmart does not spray their check-out belts at all lol oxymoron much? Walmart Morons.

OK I feel a little better now getting that little bit of info out. And this was from PA to VA, to TN and MS (from vacation a few weeks ago)...alllll Walmarts are the same BS. Sorry for rant, hope it made sense!

Wisconsin's shutdown was already ruled unconstitutional by the WI Supreme Court. It would be nice if they ruled the muzzle mandate unconstitutional though.

1

Right, now we have the rogue democrat city and county mayors, executives, health departments putting the thumb on the economy and the citizens. I appreciate the red pilled sheriffs that refuse to enforce their mandates, but businesses have to worry about having their licenses to do business revoked if they don't comply.

7

Texas has several thousand lawsuits filed across the state against cities, counties and Cuck Abbott, yet still nothing. It's been months because many of those suits were filed back in the spring. If we can get them to the Texas SC, they will strike down this tyrant BS but I haven't seen any news about it lately.

Now arrest Wolf and Levine for negligent homicide (PA title 18). Levine removed mom from nursing home early on. They put the sick BACK IN.....arrest them now.

31
ThisTrainHasNoBrakes 31 points ago +31 / -0

Yup, they all should be tried for clear negligent homicide. In the case of Levine, his action of pulling his mom out is particularly important because it shows his intent. So I feel he should be tried for premeditated murder of his fellow statesmen.

7
RocksCanOnlyWait 7 points ago +7 / -0

You can't sue or prosecute government officials for being complete idiots. Being an idiot isn't a crime.

There's potential to prosecute Levine, as stated above. His action of taking his mom out of a nursing home at the same time as implementing policy of moving COVID patients to nursing homes shows that he was aware of the impact of his policies.

3

GulagDweller 40 points ago +40 / -0 (edited)

Wolf and The Thing Levine never maintained the restrictions based on science, if they had, they wouldn't have killed thousands of nursing home elderly. The most fragile among us. Nursing home deaths in PA accounted for around or above 80% of the total deaths due 100% to these two hack fucktard stooges.

14
Keeptherepublic 14 points ago +14 / -0

Correct. They had some bs red yellow green plan to reopen plan. Since most went yellow in like May. I can't find any info on it.

14
Pede3 14 points ago +14 / -0

The definition of 'permitted' green activities changed multiple times as well. Restaurants may be able to open at 50% indoor dining on Sept 21 if they agree to self certify, but can opt to stay at 25% or takeout only.

Wolf has to be feeling some pressure. He needs tax revenue from an open economy. Dems own businesses, too.

4
thisisatestof2 4 points ago +4 / -0

Just like Connecticut, we were supposed to enter phase 3 in June As long as certain metrics were met in the state of Connecticut, which they were. Then all of a sudden just before that date the governor comes out and says well, while we have met the required metrics for me to proceed to phase 3, I am in definitely delaying it.

2
Keeptherepublic 2 points ago +2 / -0

What do you mean self certify?

3
Pede3 3 points ago +3 / -0

I'm not a lawyer, but the restaurants have to sign a document agreeing to follow a certain set of restrictions, like not serving alcohol after 10 pm. Maybe the consequences are more severe if you self certify then violate the agreement? Restaurants are still given the option to not sign, but must stay at the current lower occupancy.

6
NYC_4_Trump 6 points ago +6 / -0

Are you telling me there isn’t science that says Churches are dangerous beyond 25% capacity, but gyms are dangerous beyond 33% capacity?

4
Meme_Refugee 4 points ago +4 / -0

They also didn't even maintain the restrictions based on what they said. The initial reopening criteria were so impossible to hit that Wolf just arbitrarily started opening things up. He's such an asshole.

2
SheepleMaster 2 points ago +2 / -0

It was impossible to make these decisions based on "science" because science is repeatable experiments. No one had proven lockdowns worked so there was NO science. It was some assholes opinion to lock down, nothing more.

"Pennsylvania has documented 140,842 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 7,869 deaths since the beginning of the pandemic."

What they don't tell you is that almost 70% of those deaths occurred in nursing homes, homes that mass murderer Wolf required to accept Coronavirus patients even if there weren't proper facilities for quarantine.

16
ailurus 16 points ago +16 / -0

PA has a population of just under 13 million. My condolences to the families of the dead, but 8000 out of 13 million is ridiculously small. That means one death for every 1625 people in PA. That's what the whole state was shut down for. Even if it was general population instead of nursing home focused, that's ludicrous.

9
ReligionOfPoop 9 points ago +9 / -0

"But if we didn't do the lockdown, it could have been worse!"

Your counter argument that you can't argue against because...well, we can't go back in time, can we?

Dennis Prager called that out from the start. No matter how little or how much death was truly caused from the China virus, it would be "because lockdowns saved us from more."

5
thisisatestof2 5 points ago +5 / -0

I will be curious how many people died from things like cancer, car crashes, etc. Since they begin keeping track of coronavirus deaths.

2

11

Wolf and co. belong under the prison for what they did to our nursing homes. A good start I guess.

11
MAGAWookie 11 points ago +11 / -0

So what does this mean? Can we stop wearing the fucking masks?

5
RocksCanOnlyWait 5 points ago +5 / -0

According to the ruling, it means:

  • No lockdowns again. They're unconstitutional.
  • in PA, limits on assembly from pandemic rules are removed. They were overly broad.
  • There is no such thing as an "essential" business. All business can be open.

The ruling only has effect for PA, but its likely to expand across the nation with additional suits in other states. Also, it will be appealed, possibly with a stay.

Mask mandate was not part of the lawsuit.

2
MAGAWookie 2 points ago +2 / -0

Judge Based Stickman!

8
jamrs 8 points ago +8 / -0

IMPORTANT: https://pittsburgh.cbslocal.com/2020/09/14/gov-tom-wolf-coronavirus-shutdown-orders-unconstitutional/

“This ruling does not impact any of the other mitigation orders currently in place including, but not limited to the targeted mitigation orders announced in July, mandatory telework, mandatory mask order, worker safety order, and the building safety order.”

Also, the gov is trying to get a stay while they appeal the case. It's crucial that they lose.

5
Pede3 5 points ago +5 / -0

This. Nothing changes at the moment. PA pedes have been down this road several times now when the state legislature tried to overturn Wolf's rules. I hope this time is different and we can go to the bar or restaurant to celebrate without Plexiglas and the kids can go back to school, but we need to see what develops now. Wolf has to be feeling the pressure, though.

3
jamrs 3 points ago +3 / -0

3

This is different. Federal judge > state.

The state legislature passed bills, but did not have a veto-proof super-majority and Wolf sure as hell won't sign those bills.

Various aspects of the lockdown were previously appealed to PA supreme court, which said, "Nope, we're okay with Wolf stomping on the constitution."

2
rbobjones69 2 points ago +2 / -0

Absolutely right, that POS Democrat dominated PA supreme court sided with Wolf every time. Like with civil rights matters of the 50s and 60s, we look to the federal government to ensure our rights. This never would have happened without Trump

6

5

Lawyer pedes: Practically speaking, does this mean anything? Or is it like Heller vs. D.C., where you’d never know that the plaintiff actually won?

9
NYC_4_Trump 9 points ago +9 / -0

Lawyer here: it sets a precedent for PA. It may also have an affect on NY/NJ/CT. Jurisdictions usually look to one another for guidance if they don’t have a proper case in their own jurisdiction.

More importantly: I see this as the beginning of a flood of lawsuits in heavily locked down states. The people are fed up. The governors lost their arguments around riot season.

2
Cyer6 2 points ago +2 / -0

As I mentioned above, I know Texas has had thousands of lawsuits filed across the state since the spring. Hoping this precedent starts to move the ball.

3
mateus 3 points ago +3 / -0

It all depends on who's suing. In the PA case, four counties sued. (That's right, in those regions where your county executives are elected, they'd better not be liberals.)

Those saying that NY should be next, apparently aren't aware that a federal judge DID rule--three months ago--that NY's restrictions on houses of worship were unconstitutional (Cuomo: crickets). In that case, however, the suit was brought by religious organizations.

Given the wording of the judge's decision, his NY ruling may have been more comprehensive had a suit been filed on behalf of counties.

1
RocksCanOnlyWait 1 point ago +1 / -0

Actually, the judge's ruling says that the counties aren't valid plaintiffs (counties are entities of the state and therefore can't sue the state). However, the suit was joined by several citizens, which allowed the suit to continue.

This ruling applies to everyone to the extent that the details of the case are the same.

1
mateus 1 point ago +1 / -0

I read that, and it didn't change my main point, which is that this suit on behalf of all resident citizens rendered a far-reaching decision, unlike that in NY, brought only by religious entities.

My other point was that lower-level governments, regardless of standing, won't be suing for relief from governors' draconian edicts when they, too, are run by liberal Democrats.

3
antimatter 3 points ago +3 / -0

The article ends acting like the rulling is meaningless by citing when the the indoor dining capacity goes up to 50. THIS JUST STRUCK IT DOWN! Are these rulings toothless? Wtf. This isnt the first court case won, yet i havent seen any actions to reverse enforcement.

1
RocksCanOnlyWait 1 point ago +1 / -0

The article appears to be wrong or misleading.

The ruling states that occupancy/attendance limits have to be specific and narrow. Additionally, any limits on business have to have due process and be crafted to do the minimal harm to accomplish their goal. So they could enforce a 6ft rule, but their 25% capacity rule is garbage.

HERE'S THE OPINION:

https://assets.documentcloud.org/documents/20388728/wolf_fed_ruling.pdf

It does NOT extend to the mask or distancing order.

It DOES extend to the business closure and gathering (Church & worship) orders.

Churches and businesses can reopen under this decision unless there is a stay or reversal on appeal to the 3rd Circuit.

1
nds19 1 point ago +1 / -0

Disappointed that this seems to set a precedent for masks and "social distancing" though. Communist control terms like social distancing do not belong in the US.

Couldn't be happier about this though. What Wolf did to the lives and livelihoods of those in the state , treating them like subjects with complete disregard to their futures, is unacceptable.

This is why Trump getting 200+ judges confirmed to the federal bench is so important. We need another 200.

Eat shit, Wolf. Eat shit, weirdo healthcare tranny.

I’d rather drop dead of the China fly than live in a communist hellhole deprived of all fundamental liberty. If you value not getting China flu above everything else, you have the individual right to stay home on your own will.

Duh. Obviously. The real question is why did ANYONE comply?

What does the Hawaiian Judge think about that?

1
saco 1 point ago +1 / -0

Now save us in new york. Cuomo has destroyed my community; it was barely surviving before china virus and now he has shuttered everyone's businesses and they will not come back. People moved out and people found new jobs. He terrorized tourists with his stupid 14 day quarantine and police surveillance so they never came. I have no clue what will happen when this is over.

1
McFatty7 [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

What will happen is that all your Blue Voters will vote in Red States, and then Cuomo and other Blue States will demand a bailout.

Aren't all these lockdowns only "legal" because of the various "Emergency Powers" provisions of the various state constitutions? These powers may have made sense years ago when politicians were more restrained by morality, common decency and respect for liberty and the Constitution. But, today, emergency powers are just a big ass loophole to enable tyranny.

I think that all emergency powers provisions need to be gutted from all state and federal constitutions. Instead, stiff penalties (jail time) should be clearly prescribed for any government official for imposing "emergency" orders. If the politician really believes his/her action will save millions of lives, then their possible conviction and sentencing to prison should be a small price to pay for the noble act of saving so many lives. But, it will make them think twice (or three times) before issuing stupid orders.

Let's not talk about doing this to cities or your state. We can just DECLARE that this applies to every city and every state, and start behaving that way. If somebody complains, you can say "the federal judge ruled it's unconstitutional the other day." This is how it's done. We cannot wait or expect or hope other government institutions do things for out rights, we have to declare our rights and simply exercise them. That's how to maintain our constitution and constitutional rights.

Not the USA , but take a look at this shit:

https://rairfoundation.com/coronavirus-scam-quebec-premiere-caught-on-hot-mic-laughing-about-masks-watch/

How many now have been caught violated the covid orders they inflict on us? It's all a joke to them, so why are we being forced to comply with restrictions on our rights overa virus with a 0.04% fatality rate?

Yeah I knew this since day one. Source, I read the US Constitution and speak English.

Yeah, it is unconstitutional like so many other things. That won't matter when that panel of oligarchs pulls out it's poetic license and reinvents the meaning of words as a matter of convience.

Good luck even getting there. Our legal system is like a political plinko machine and the coin to play is bankruptcy or financial ruin.

If a tax is a fine, then assembly can mean stay at home and your head can mean under thier boot.

Chicitybendah 1 point ago +1 / -0

Trump appointee presided over the case. Another win for the Trump train.

1

Its about time we got some pushback against the tyranny.

1
SteelDriver 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's about time.

On a personal note, apparently I've been banned from the Hill. I have strong opinions but I am never rude to others online, so my ban is a first for me and is kind of humorous. If their sensibilities are that delicate, I can see why they are so pissed about Trump. :D
