57% is sad. So many dipshits in this country now

Hence the importance of patriotic education. There's still a way back.

CakeStryder 14 points ago +14 / -0

100% this. Patriotic education is the ONLY way we get back.

The bigger news is 43% of American's are useful idiots.

We lost the cold war, the subhuman communist vermin won and are now murdering, burning, and looting in board daylight without punishment

Never trust a poll. I find that all polls' methods are questionable.

Mandatory military service at 18 years old should be getting 57% given the current health of our country.

RoughWaters 29 points ago +29 / -0

Only 57%?

lasmejoresmaga 19 points ago +19 / -0

GOD I know. We need that to be at least 85% or higher. The longer we wait the quicker it’ll fall below 50%.

We are literally reaching a point where half the country thinks it does not deserve to exist and they think this is what makes them a good person.

At some point I'm just going to get tired of fighting for the well-being of these morons and just try to find a way to carve out a life away from them.

At some point you stop feeling bad for the American people getting oppressed by the elites, and you start to think that they deserve everything they get.

We lost the cold war

Only 57%

That's sad. America as we know it is fading away

Couldn't agree more. Our family summer trip this year was:

  • Valley Forge

  • Gettysburg

  • Washington's Crossing of the Delaware (that bridge is narrow!)

  • Philadelphia

  • D.C.

  • Jamestown

Hopefully with his ban on this critical race theory BS, we can start stemming the bleeding.

11
Phil_Selway 11 points ago +11 / -0

It's only a ban on federal agencies promoting it or wasting money on programs about it. Schools are still free to indoctrinate.

Schools receive federal funding. Cutting that would be disastrous for an endless string of metropolitan school districts, the largest source of this virus.

I disagree. Patriotism is right wing in 2020, so it really isn't vague.

PM_ME_UR_VIVIAN 5 points ago +5 / -0

The other 43% needs deported yesterday if we’re to survive as the United States of America.

2
MAGAbeast2016 2 points ago +2 / -0

It’s critical. Kids don’t even salute the flag everyday or sing pledge of allegiance in class.

Fuck yea, patriots exist! Go ahead, just sense! While it sadly is not common sense it is what the country needs.

I'm mostly siding on the side of agreeing, but with some nuance. People should be independent thinkers, and a big part of what makes us so great is the freedom of speech and thought. I'm hesitant of the idea that schools should play any role in propagandizing the students, and telling them what to think.

To that end, I'm much more strongly in support of saying public schools can't use funding to push ideologies or banning certain kinds of anti-americanism. This especially true if something can be proven to be objectively false. I would definitely support banning critical race theory from public schools. It's no different from having classes that are specifically intended to be pro-Republican or pro-Democrat, or pro-Christian, or pro-Muslim. These are ideologies that people should be free to choose, but not ones that schools should be pushing on people.

40% of Democrats agree and yet they keep voting for these anti-american zealots. They have no idea what their own political party stands for. Put down the NYT and look around!

It's sad that education reform is rarely talked about. The lack of education is the main cause of America-hate agenda.

Imagine how great this country would be if it was at like 90%.... And the media didn't lie 24/7

43% cucks confirmed.

Be careful what you wish for.

If you give federal government right to teach you kids patriotic values it will be the same tool later to be used by people who you don't want to teach you kids.

Good news is only 30% disagreed. 14% were undecided. It should be at least 70% in agreement though. 57% is a scary low number, but at least it's positive
