As soon as Lin Wood took Kyle's case, the media stopped slandering him.

Funny how that works.

DrBJTester [S] 73 points ago +73 / -0

It's not that funny, but your point is razor sharp! The lying asshat presstitutes were geared up to spread the narrative like the propagandists that they are. In this case there was video of what happened. Between Lin Wood and the truth this is going to go a completely different direction.

AR platform sales just got another boost.

Based_Trumpster -19 points ago +25 / -44 (edited)

This is bullshit. Lin Wood did not take Kyle's case. He virtue signaled some bullshit on the internet to glory-grab without actually doing anything. In the end he claimed he got John Pierce, who's a money manager not a lawyer, to "assemble a defense team," but even if that's true Wood is not one of the lawyers.

Spez: I was totally wrong. Sorry pedes. https://thedonald.win/p/GvTrqBRn/x/c/16ZE4emBpn

Rightquercusalba 51 points ago +52 / -1 (edited)

You don't know what the hell you are talking about. Lin Wood is not a defense attourney, he specializes in defamation lawsuits. His "virtue signal" helped bring attention to the fact that this kid needs financial support and a defense attourney.

Pierce is literally in the name of the LAWFIRM that is now representing Kyle. Muh Money Manager.

Lin Wood helped assemble the legal team and secure funding account for his legalfees.

Go ahead and keep trash talking Lin Wood, useful idiot.

Now Kyke has a defamation lawyer at his back so he can battle the fake news media and keep them from tainting the jury pool.

Based_Trumpster 39 points ago +40 / -1

Shit, I totally fucked that up.

ModernKnight 13 points ago +14 / -1

Kudos for recognizing an error and correcting. It's nice to see on the internet every now and then.

Thefirstgay 11 points ago +12 / -1

You took the thoughts out of my mind.

doodaddy 1 point ago +1 / -0

Hmm. The media is just another form of a mob. Change my mind.

DrBJTester [S] 58 points ago +58 / -0

"Only in a truly clownish world can a man who is being chased by an armed mob not fire a gun in self-defense after exhausting his duty to retreat."

This is going to be a red pill to rival Sandman and hopefully he will get more money from CNN and the leftist media for lying about him to the point he was charged with 1st degree murder. This 17 year old patriot stepped into the breach to stop a riot when the police didn't! The rioting mob tried to kill him repeatedly, they failed.

PraiseBeToScience 36 points ago +36 / -0

Biden himself implied he was a white supremacist. That's gonna be a juicy payday.

He may have been just obscure enough to wiggle out of it, but you can still file suits.

DrBJTester [S] 16 points ago +16 / -0

Missed that in yesterday's news dump thank you pede. Sometimes the memes just write themselves our meme masters will draw blood from Creepy Joe with this. Reading his minders hatespeak is going to sink the his floundering campaign.

Italians_Invented_2A 9 points ago +10 / -1

It won't redpill anyone, because their argument will be that he went to a riot peaceful protest with a scary assault rifle to cause trouble.

Based_Trumpster 13 points ago +13 / -0

He's going to have a jury of his peers from Kenosha county, which is solid red country and does not encompass the shithole Milwaukee.

Mexicola1976 13 points ago +13 / -0

So what to they call "protesters" who cross states lines from 100's to 1000's of miles away, armed with gasoline, guns, knives, baseball bats, skateboards, and axes?

Paul_Revere 6 points ago +6 / -0

They call them "civil rights heroes."

DrBJTester [S] 7 points ago +7 / -0

Not everyone but more and more folks are seeing behind the media lies fren.

Keiichi81 2 points ago +2 / -0

A "military-style assault rifle". Didn't you get the leftist NPC language update?

BronzeSovereign 2 points ago +2 / -0

My counter to that argument is, why did he try to run away from the aggressor before resorting to shooting him?

If he went there with the intention to shoot people he wouldn't have tried to peacefully resolve the conflict first.

Paul_Revere 3 points ago +3 / -0

"Only in a truly clownish world can a man who is being chased by an armed mob not fire a gun in self-defense after exhausting his duty to retreat."

Fuck that shit. I don't recognize any "duty to retreat."

DrBJTester [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

It's not a duty but it is an extra step in trying to avoid violence. Personally I think you have it right, but understand folks wanting a peaceful resolution.

Archimedes 2 points ago +2 / -0

You should depending on your home state's laws.
I live in Pennsylvania and we have a "stand your ground" law.

I believe Wisconsin is still a "duty to retreat" state.

Kyle was trying to retreat in both incidents.

Paul_Revere 1 point ago +1 / -0

I live in Pennsylvania and we have a "stand your ground" law.

So do I. I know.

I believe Wisconsin is still a "duty to retreat" state.

I believe so, but I don't think I was making myself clear. My point is that, regardless of Wisconsin's idiotic laws, I don't recognize the concept of "you have a duty to retreat" when threatened. If it were a choice of being killed or worrying about an invented "'duty' to retreat," I'd choose to stay alive.

Choppermagic 31 points ago +31 / -0

The same people who were posting "shoot all pedophiles" were attacking a 17 year old kid for shooting a pedophile

DrBJTester [S] 17 points ago +17 / -0

Of course they were! These are the folks that say Tom Hanks can't be a pedophile it's another "vast right wing conspiracy theory". Bill Clinton is a rapist, he ditched his secrecy service detail to go to Epstein's Pedophile Island. Harvey Weinstein is a rapist, everyone knew and because he was useful to the Dims he got a pass.

If you are a powerful Dimocrat there are no rules, no law you can rape, molest or sniff what ever and who ever you want. The press will provide cover.

jealousminarchist 18 points ago +18 / -0

This is so they don't get sued for as much as the rest of MSM that went on a 24h-long "white supremacist" narrative.

DrBJTester [S] 7 points ago +7 / -0

Because that's the truth that fit the narrative of the DNC, the media didn't even blink that it was a lie.

jiujiujiu 7 points ago +7 / -0

Free him now!

Spark-001 6 points ago +6 / -0

The NYT is worried that rioting is hurting them but it's too late, they've played with the fire for too long.

DrBJTester [S] 5 points ago +5 / -0

Not just fire, but smoke and minors too. Now we expect them to lie, so the new woke isn't LeftWingNut nonsense it's normies that know "peaceful protesters" don't carry guns, molotov cocktails, high powered lasers and fireworks that seem like fire bombs. We see Antifa as for what it is a domestic terrorist organization. BLM is transgender commies that make just calling them racist completely inadequate.

the_mcgee 4 points ago +4 / -0

Could it be they don’t want to get sued into the ground? Or maybe they know what follows if Kyle doesn’t get justice and we all become Kyle.

deleted 4 points ago +4 / -0
DrBJTester [S] 4 points ago +4 / -0

Linn Wood (Sandman's attorney) getting involved is my guess, but once the pressure starts from the hard core leftists somebody getting fired is a possibility. It seems most likely that we are seeing the ship of Dims change course towards focus group polling. Normies don't like mob violence, murder and mayhem highlighted with the flames of arson. No matter how many times the media claims it's just peaceful protesting.

rando_calrissian 3 points ago +3 / -0 (edited)

Wait what? Honest reporting from the New York Times? They just reported facts without regard for how it affects their favorite narratives? What century is this?

No wait, they didn't They all but imply the shootings were unprovoked.

DrBJTester [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

NYT didn't report the truth on purpose it was just a byproduct, now they are looking a legal troubles of their own. It's a good result.

First thought is to laugh, but on reflection you probably are right pede.

NYT Has a Blind Squirrel Moment!... (footnote: The stories Author soon to be Fired - Let go)...

DrBJTester [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

That's fair, but for the old folks that remember when the NYT committed journalism regularly it's easy to think they opened up a can of act right.

That's just silly now that we live in 🤡 🌎

5121313 2 points ago +2 / -0

Going from "Committed Journalism" To now being the "Largest Producer of Toilet Paper" in the world. Must have been the ingredients listed on the back of that can. (imported from Chyna no less). Have a Great Weekend! ; )

WaffleBiscuit 2 points ago +2 / -0

I never thought I'd say this, but good for them? They got it right?

I'm having trouble processing this right now.

DrBJTester [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

You aren't alone, this has my head spinning, if a mob keeps trying to kill you but fails you get charged with murder.... That doesn't seem right.

UhtredRagnarok 2 points ago +2 / -0

I need a link to the NY Times article, I need to share it af nauseum on twitter. Probably because I'm not American, most NY Times content is locked behind a pay wall

GreyKnight 2 points ago +2 / -0

That is because they got a lot of it from Elijah Schaffer and other people.

ThomasGiferson 1 point ago +2 / -1

So, the NYT took a stronger position than the GOA. Fascinating.
