Zoom is a Chinese government owned company. You know for a FACT that they're watching and controlling the narrative. They want to make the kids into Maoists. The entire gender garbage too is going to make these kids brainwashed. It's such an important development stage that the ones in charge really understand how to get into the heads of young kids and teens to morph them into future commies.

I'm not sure how zoom exploded into popularity.

43
WishdoctorsSong 43 points ago +43 / -0

I think zoom exploded because MS totally fucked up their management of Skype and the market was desperate for SOMETHING.

21
BallsackPaneer 21 points ago +21 / -0

In typical MS fashion their attention span drifted to another, internal competing product. (Teams)

I had a week-long meeting at their Redmond campus a few years ago and it was obvious that Skype was a goner. All they talked about was Teams vs. Slack.

Ditto for the WIndows phone. Most of the kids there (yes, kids) all had iPhones or Android.

Exactly what happened. Skype sucks so hard. I swear these tech companies hire idiots who are drugged out of their minds to do the UI.

True. Zoom offered simplicity and reliability over all other products, plus thumbnails of all participants in a single screen view.

Slack is excellent. Not sure why everyone jumped to Zoom, it had/has security issues as well.

7
aconcernedtroll 7 points ago +7 / -0

Slack would have been amazing but they killed off what became screens. If you're a programmer, check it out. It's screen-sharing plus actual control sharing. So if im pair programming- I can let my coworker take control to type something and go back and forth. And it's not laggy or anything.

5

The growing influence of progressive socialists in that country had a direct relation to the cultural decadence (and cultural collapse) of Weimar society. I don't think the USSR was influencing them with regards to a policy, but they certainly supported progressive socialists in any way they could. Loss of the war didn't help either, but events like Weimar Germany have many causes.

Look up the Wiemar Republic. War reparations-strapped Germany was a cesspool of depravity (wanna pay for sex with a Mother and her Daughter? Come to Berlin!). You can see the beginnings of it now. Lots of unemployed people. OnlyFans. The Left pushing to normalize pedophilia.

The pending race war. Every degenerate sex and gender deviation known to man and then some.

There is an old chan meme, a true chestnut.

'And then one day for no reason at all people voted for Hitler.'

This degeneracy is pushed by the Left as it always is. Now they have the Technorati and Broadcast Intelligentsia and the Academics and Bread and Circus with a perverted Judiciary pushing for everything to break and fill the vacuum when the flux happens.

'And then one day, for no reason at all people voted for Joe Biden.'

China's fucked 9 ways to Sunday, not gonna happen. I've beem paying extremely close attention to China and the CCP is falling apart hard and ridiculously fast. Flooding, bank runs, imminent collapse of the world's largest Hydroelectric Dam with a potential death toll of up to 400,000,000 people, several spreading viruses, rapidly failing propoganda influence, constant and drastic in-fighting among the CCP to the point of almost factionization, International Pressure, a military that at this time most experts aren't even sure whether the PLA could win against ONLY Taiwan OR Japan, let alone this new coalition, the loss of technological capability due directly toward China's lack of semiconductor fabrication ability as it has almost exclusively purchased these from foreign National, in particular Taiwain (TSMC) and the US. 7 earthquakes in a single week, massive lightning damage, severe economic collapse, Russia essentially siding with us.

The likelihood the CCP survives until their 2025 checkpoint is almost 0%. I'd be absolutely amazed if we don't see the CCP change in form or collapse entirely by January 2022

Zoom is a company that is based in San Jose California. It’s not a Chinese government company. The problem with zoom is that much of its development is done in China. The founder of zoom is an American of Chinese descent.

8
Smilodoner 8 points ago +8 / -0

Yeah man, zoom is a Chinese company.

7
Bax101 7 points ago +9 / -2

You seem to not understand how the Chinese government works. Everyone who develops anything in China especially if they're from the mainland has family there. So they will use that leverage to make you work for them regardless. I used to work at a Chinese restaurant and the owner used to tell me how the Chinese government hired triad gang members to do their dirty work in the US to make sure they're still working for them as spies and whatever else they wanted. Especially with the rub n tugs. Most of those woman are their because their families in mainland China own debts to the government or Triads themselves.

So the owner of Zoom may not want to work with the Chinese government, but I am sure he has no choice and gave up his security's to allow spying into all the Zoom meeting inside the US to collect data. How is that hard for you to understand?

That is what we need. All classes need to be available via video/stream and archived. We pay taxes for education not indoctrination.

Also, these teachers need to be fired.

4
TheThreeSeashells 4 points ago +4 / -0

I made the same claim in another thread regarding the recording of ALL classrooms. They need to be archived and made available at any parent's request. (I'd even extend it to any taxpayer's request.) All handouts and materials must also be archived digitally and made available upon request. This way the evidence could be used against teachers and the districts in a court of law. This would probably stop most of the indoctrination very quickly. Especially if you could go after teachers directly.

https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/forgotten-study-abuse-in-school-100-times-worse-than-by-priests

This is an article from LifeSite News, which is not exactly an unbiased source but I trust them more than most mainstream garbage media of today. It is difficult to get an exact breakdown if Church vs Public School, but if you crunch the numbers from the same time periods it’s clear that public school is not safe at all, yet was exempt from condemnation.

This was just one article I found when I searched “statistics on sexual abuse in public school and church”. There are many, a lot of them go deeper than this rather short article. Unfortunately I couldn’t find anything that would serve as a quick intro for normies other than the LifeSite article, which some may object to.

Encouraging kids to not involve their parents in any discussions or activities is not far from a sexual abuse tactic tbh. I grew up going to a religious school and resented it but that was way better than having teachers try to “do the messy work of destabilizing my transphobia”. What a despicable person. If anyone is going to do “messy work” of having conversations about sexuality it must be the parents and not an effete misguided SJW messiah-complexed radical pervert who somehow landed a job as a basketball coach

26
Side-o-Beef_Curtains 26 points ago +26 / -0

It is a sexual abuse tactic, because they are grooming the children. One in ten children will be sexually abused by a teacher between kindergarten and 12'th grade. ONE IN TEN. My wife is pregnant, we are moving to a low cost of living state this month so that she can stay home and homeschool.

If that happens, the most important thing you can do is tell Mom and Dad. You will never get in trouble for telling us anything and there's nothing that can happen that will make us stop loving you". I know this because it's something my brainwashed daughter said about me fairly recently.

10
KekistanPM 10 points ago +10 / -0

In my district, we already had a (white) parent record their child’s Zoom meeting and file a complaint against the teacher for an anti-racist read aloud (saying the teacher’s commentary was inappropriate and biased).

The wife just bought Hulu Live. The commercials are nothing but woketard drivel and forced racebaiting in commercials. Every time you see a white man, he's either a soycuck or a big dumb goofy guy. They call it "programming" on the "tele(pathic)vision" after all. We already canceled. It's the same shitty shows anyway.

5
minibud 5 points ago +5 / -0

My wife finally noticed this just yesterday. We're watching Mad Men with ads on Amazon Prime and she finally noticed.

"I hate that commercial" (I forget which one it was)

"Why?" I ask

"They make the dad such a complete idiot for no reason, it's not even funny or anything."

So I told her to pay attention to every commercial she watches. If there's a dad/husband in it, he's portrayed as the biggest beta fucking moron on earth.

By the end of the episode she saw it, too.

2
TheThreeSeashells 2 points ago +2 / -0

They make the dad such a complete idiot for no reason, it's not even funny or anything.

They do the same to the white people (both men and women) whenever there are both white and non-whites in the commercial. My wife and I have been noting it for at least 10 years.

Netflix is free for me through T-Mobile. Netflix is also the better streaming service, because you can block shows from showing up. My block list keeps growing every time something goes woke. I have this nice family-friendly selection at my fingertips. The feature to block whatever you want is great.

3
TheThreeSeashells 3 points ago +3 / -0

because you can block shows from showing up.

So you have what...three shows available?

2
Kdiddy 2 points ago +2 / -0

Late to this, but it does feel like that sometimes. 😂😂

2
Haitianbychoice360 2 points ago +2 / -0

Will look into that. Thanks! A family member gifted me a subscription. Once I see degeneracy I switch it off. Surprisingly there are some decent shows but you have to be on a constant watch for nonsense. I notice that a lot of shows start off decent but then they try to slide in some wokeness once you are knee deep in a series. They are counting on you to be so hooked that you continue watching. That's when I switch it off anyway. ANY content that is considered "for kids" should be monitored constantly especially the ones geared for pre-teen/teenagers. Better yet, keep the kids on Mr. Rogers Neighborhood or Reading Rainbow. Sesame Street, Clifford the Big Red Dog, Arthur etc are all suspect. I'm so sick of it I may just head to completely switch to black and white TV.

3

A bit better. Although I just canceled Hulu because they did an HRC series. They are also owned by Disney though, so maybe not better at the core..

Not sure why companies need to get political.

This isn't my final answer but from what i understand online classes at college aren't any cheaper and you end up doing all the work yourself. If its all general education then go back to community college, you shouldn't have left.

13
Flipbarryfromreddit 13 points ago +14 / -1

Yeah it’s general education, I got into the school that accepted me 5 years ago and I’ve been wanting to go there ever since Bc I regretted going to community college, but facts yeah I just feel like most ppl won’t be there Bc of COVID and I don’t feel like fucking wearing a mask 7 hours a day in class!!!!!!

14
tufftoffee 14 points ago +14 / -0

I just read your edit on your original post now and yeah, ita a no brainer to stay home save money and spend time with your dog. At this point online education will end up being your only option in a few months regardless. Just like they changed the opening date of your school at the drop of a hat they can change classes to online as well.

Ive been to community college and the one around my neck of the wood was very pleasant save for some marxist art teachers lol. It saved me a lot of cash and it was definitely the way to go for GE classes.

6
Flipbarryfromreddit 6 points ago +6 / -0

Thank you so much brother, well said! You do make a lot of sense. Since they changed the opening date facts they can do a switch to online bag at moment also! Yeah community college has been nice but facts I have had at least one super lib teacher every semester too hahahaha. Yeah I love my dog a lot, and it would probably haunt me that I would disregard his final days just to chase pussy. I appreciate it from the bottom of my my heart man, god bless you- this convinced me to do online!

I would look into tech school. You need to think about the future technology like in aviation and automotive. You got cars and aircraft being built that will be basically computers. Hell passenger jets already fly themselves and most people don't even know that. There will always be a major need for them. I am an aircraft mechanic. Not always an easy task, but the pay is very high for me after 10 years. There are many options for the tech school world. I would look into it while you hangout with your doggo. Also wait til after the election to make a decision. Save your money for now and do some research.

4
Flipbarryfromreddit 4 points ago +5 / -1

Thank you man!!!!! I hadn’t considered this before, my dad had mentioned Tech School but I never gave it much thought. You make a great sales pitch on doing that, you are very convincing pede! You’re right, the world is moving to an electronic filled transportation system w less and less human requirements. It’s amazing for me to see the self driving cars and in real life that were shown on I-Robot in 2005. Additionally it’s been incredible to see the video chatting I saw on the Jetsons cartoons played on boomerang growing up come to fruition as well. I’m very proud of you for being so dedicated to your profession man, and it’s good to see that you’re doing well financially. I will 100% look further into this field. I appreciate it brother! Have a blessed morning. Godspeed 🙏🏻 spending time w my dog sounds like the plan indeed. Just curious tho- why do you think I should wait until after the election? I love President Trump too, but why would Biden have an impact on college? Bc of student loans? Going to bed now, will reply when I wake up. Thank you so much for the help guys!!!!!!!

Why would you ever regret going to community college?

It's a tiny fraction of the price of a university and most universities have agreements with the community colleges to take students with associates degrees from them.

Smaller classes, less crazies, better schedules.

3
ASLDude 3 points ago +3 / -0

be careful regardless -- my wife teaches at CC at she's the ONLY Conservative there. Outside of the HVAC, Electricity, etc., the crazies have infiltrated there as well...

2
Killroyomega 2 points ago +2 / -0

Well yeah you should only be going to college for a STEM major anyways.

If you're doing something else just quit now.

7
MightyEighth 7 points ago +7 / -0

THIS

I have been going to school at a local CC and I’ve done x3 the amount of work since going fully online, all my teachers do is get paid to sit at home and make videos. And the school gave them the option of going back on campus in fall and you know what all my teachers chose to do?

Take a wild guess.

2
DrNilesCrane___ 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah I agree that a lot of them are super lazy and will just disappear all semester which is absolute bullshit. However here is some context:

I teach at a college and they gave us the option to go back... However it involved:

-splitting your sections into smaller sections for "social distancing" so they'd only be in class once a week, or in some cases once every two weeks

-while teaching, also running a zoom meeting for those not in attendance. I don't know if you've ever used zoom but it's not really a set-it-and-forget-it type of thing

-of course masks, all day long

-sanitizer everything before and after use. I teach in four different classrooms so that would be fun

So I chose to go online because I thought it would be better for my students... No remember which day they are in person and which day they are zooming, no wearing face burkas... I'll still be up on campus, but livestreaming each class from my office, as close to normal as possible

6
ArmyWife 6 points ago +6 / -0
  1. Talk to your parents.
  2. Find out if you can defer attendance and not loose money from the preferred college.
  3. If you can, Return to community college & save money.

My post grad college looks impressive but all the real work was done at CC & state colleges.

4
Kdiddy 4 points ago +4 / -0

5

4
freedom_bigly 4 points ago +4 / -0

What year will you be, sophomore, junior, senior? What major? What's the job outlook in that field? Do the credits transfer from CC to your other college - be careful here, check, call the admin office, and double check. What's your financial situation? There are a lot of other variables.

4
DrNilesCrane___ 4 points ago +4 / -0 (edited)

(adjunct) College professor here. I'm telling everyone to skip college or go to community college. I don't even care if it causes the universities to fail. It's going to be so half-assed that it will be a waste of your money. It's a scam anyway as it is, but especially with the Kung Flu hullabaloo

Good luck kiddo

Of the many things I come across on the internet that redpill me, or piss me off, I don't think anything has made my jaw drop like these tweets. This fucking piece of shit is admitting that he's openly pushing bullshit on his students that he knows parents wouldn't approve of, and that his authority should take precedence over the parent's because of his perceived moral superiority.

I knew education was fucked, I've known for a long time, and I'm not one to really be very dramatic over things, but this is hands down one of the most insane things I have seen in my life. This tweet alone is worthy of a revolution that tears down the entire education system.

Protect your children, pedes. Don't expose them to this blatant, insane indoctrination for the purpose of "socialization"; most of the kids going to these public schools aren't so great that it's worth socializing your kid around their whims anyway (thanks to their parents, of course).

Reject the modern world with every fiber of your being.

Would be wise to check social media for your children’s educators to make sure they aren’t like this tweeting individual from the link (don’t want to “gender” them!). Twitter is a garbage collector and anyone using it should either be promoting a business or feeling ashamed of themselves.

These people (things?) are not even slightly embarrassed to say that parents need to be subverted if kids aren’t going to be racist homophobes, even though destroying a child’s trust in their parents might be the worst thing you could do from an educational perspective. Completely agree with your post.

17
PhilipeNegro 17 points ago +18 / -1

People are finally realizing that too many of our institutions need cleansing, and it's not a matter of weeding out.

Sometimes the forest must burn to start anew - it's why I left advertising. I loved the business, and had a little cloister of people who worked for me who got it, and my team did great work. Eventually the business catches up with you. I was given the choice to produce a disgusting, degenerate, woke campaign for a major corporation, or sell back my measly points and leave the firm. I chose to leave, took the money and ran, and have never been happier.

And I wish nothing but ill, unhappiness, and death on those who stayed to poison the minds of Americans, willingly and obligingly. Because they enjoy doing it - as these teachers all do.

76
baggerts 76 points ago +77 / -1

I am a teacher at a private school. From my perspective, any endeavor that seeks to go around or hide from parents is poisonous. School boards need to be empowered, the department of education needs to go away, and the teachers union looks to be getting what the steelworkers union got - their fondest wish. My wife works in a public school, my Father worked in a public school, I have many friends who work in the public schools. These are all good teachers, but all of them are constantly saying " I feel like I should speak out about these abuses, but I'd be fired"

ailurus 55 points ago +56 / -1

As a community college prof, I only partially agree with you. Yes, not everyone is like this, but they are a growing issue. Example from my school:

Back in May, faculty were having a discussion about what we wanted to do in the fall in terms of online/in person/etc. One english professor literally says that she feels we should shut the whole school down for a year (due to the WuFlu), and the college should pseudo-fire teachers so they can collect unemployment but also be able to easily rehire all the faculty after the WuFlu has passed. Less than a month later, this same professor is marching at the head of a local BLM protest. How someone can mentally reconcile "this is so dangerous we need to close everything for a year" with "I must march in this protest" I've no idea, but that's what it was.

41
Shadowreaper07 41 points ago +41 / -0

You've already answered your own question: "To collect unemployment ... without risk of actually losing their job"

I.e. Profit; via cheating the system.

There doesn't need to be rhyme nor reason to a leftists mantra when occupying two seemingly conflicting positions when you would consider that they will follow anything that allows them to profit without actually doing anything.

It is, by nature, a parasitic ideology which requires a host. Therefore it requires someone else to be earning money such that they are not required to work themselves. (I'm not against Trump and his 8%, but I did consider that this sort of attitude would arise among leftists that 'stand to profit' by playing the system).

These types of people are parasites; and this is coming from an Ex-Teacher (now in the Private Sector).

No, you are in the minority. The vast majority of "educators" are liberal and insert their bias in the classroom and engage in liberal indoctrination.

2
Horst_Nordfink 2 points ago +10 / -8

Where does your evidence for your assertion come from? Social media, or experience? If you have formed your opinion based on posts on social media, you need to broaden your perspective.

Any conservative teacher that dares to challenge the left publicly will be cancelled by the mob. The only teachers who openly post on social media are those who have the favor of the left wing mob.

By your logic, Joe Biden is likely to win the presidency. After all, the vast majority of voters are liberal. I heard so on social media, so it must be true!

15
DadliestWarrior 15 points ago +15 / -0

https://www.dailywire.com/news/how-politically-biased-are-universities-new-study-james-barrett

This is for universities but I would imagine this data remains atleast somewhat consistent across the grades. It might not, but id lean more into it than away from it personally.

2
Horst_Nordfink 2 points ago +6 / -4

College and K-12 are completely different animals.

I teach 7-12.

11
DadliestWarrior 11 points ago +11 / -0

Sort of. Its the profession of education. Ill put it this way, I would be more surprised to find even 30% of public educators to be right leaning based on my experience as well as information ive come across over the years.

2
cmndr_pepe_spacefrce 2 points ago +2 / -0

Then why are conservatives free to talk in say the OR but not in K-12 classrooms? The woke mob absolutely is in great deal the teachers themselves. They know woke teachers are in the majority, which is why teacher is the most prevalent occupation of rioters being arrested.

0
Horst_Nordfink 0 points ago +4 / -4

In my experience, the liberal radicalization and indoctrination of students does not begin until they reach University.

When they reach University, parents lose their right to access their children's transcripts whenever they want, thus cutting them out of their children's education.

Parents have so much insight and control over what goes on in k-12 right now. I honestly don't think parents realize just how much power they and the school board have.

At my school, the board can make decisions that radically change the structure of our school and the materials we teach with. They are even more powerful than the administration. This is completely opposite at the University level.

8
DadliestWarrior 8 points ago +8 / -0

Interesting, a vast majority of my teachers were woke idealogues and that was 15 to 20 years ago. The local school district has spent the last 5 years calling its staff and attendees racists and heralding in woke inclusion training in the form of mandatory power points to the tune of millions of dollars.

Naturally the property taxes climb to help fund the revolution. This is happening in red flyover territory. These initiatives are not at all reflective of the community in which they are being launched yet theyve managed to seemingly rest completely control of the school district.

There may be some based districts here and there, primarily located in very rural spaces, but, like I said, I would be shocked if the woke left wasnt in control of atleast 70% of the students K-12.

3
vinnychase 3 points ago +3 / -0

Anecdotal but I graduated Highschool in 2015 and what u/SellTheSun says is 100% accurate for my case atleast. And I lived in a rural area

3
SellTheSun 3 points ago +7 / -4

By your logic, Joe Biden is likely to win the presidency.

Huh??? That's quite the reach.Your reply also assumes that I get information from social media and attacks that strawman.

I don't use social media. I know many teachers, my mother is a teacher, I have children, I've interviewed a LOT of schools, looked into many teachers, this is a topic I've spent quite a lot of time on.

What I've found is that teachers for the most part are losers. People that couldn't cut it in the private sector and the best they could amount to is mastering an elementary school level of knowledge, and the ability to pass that simple knowledge on to little children.

Not surprisingly, this group overlaps with being majority liberal.

0
Horst_Nordfink 0 points ago +3 / -3

What I've found is that teachers for the most part are losers. People that couldn't cut it in the private sector and the best they could amount to is mastering an elementary school level of knowledge, and the ability to pass that simple knowledge on to little children.

I know three teachers. All of them left the classroom for other professions not because of the kids but because of the culture and bs. One was from ss Chicago. They are good people and I’d be proud to have my kids in their class but I see what’s left and I am not impressed. Our local (city) elementary lost 12 teachers in one year.
Our school board member openly returned my email stating that there is “systemic racism.” Without too much detail the subject was about forced “integration” because my neighborhood is “racist.” We made an economic decision to live here and work for what we have. These are not people who will have the minds of my children.

13
BarbaraManatee 13 points ago +14 / -1

A system designed to push good folks out. Former teacher here. Now just teaching my own.

13
Ragnar_Danneskjold 13 points ago +15 / -2

Be that as it may, the fact is your entire profession needs to be destroyed utterly and the foundations broken. Only after that is done could perhaps some of the good ones reapply to be a new sort of teacher in an entirely new system. Homeschooling should be the primary method of teaching children moving forward, and maybe some former teachers who aren't Marxists could be tutors. Small neighborhood schools that service 1 or 2 blocks at most and are directly overseen by the parents of that neighborhood should be the other method. Go back to single room schools with a 1 to 2 dozen children at most, with neighborhood fathers and older sons mowing the laws, fixing the AC, doing repairs, etc and neighborhood mothers and older daughters caring for and watching young children, making the meals, corralling the kids while the teacher teaches. Some of the former public schools teachers who aren't Marxists could also apply for positions in that sort of system.

But either ways, the fact that some of you might not be guilty does nothing to change the fact that the Public Education System itself is truly and utterly guilty and broken and cannot be fixed. It needs to be destroyed and replaced.

4
MegaMagaMan13 4 points ago +7 / -3

or you could actually be vocal at school board meetings. Organize a group and protest. Gather evidence and sue them.

Leftist groups have been doing this for DECADES while conservative parents just went "hurr durr guess I'll just pull my kids and go to private school".

And now private schools are turning into the same thing. You want real change? GO TO THE SCHOOL BOARD MEETINGS AND BE HEARD.

9
wholesomekangz100 9 points ago +10 / -1

All of them are. This brainwashing bs has been gone on for too long and pussies like you protect them. 1 in 5 professors openly identify as Marxists. Only 5% even identify as conservatives. So yeah, it’s not minority. It’s an overwhelming majority indoctrinating the younger generation

-1
Horst_Nordfink -1 points ago +4 / -5

So why not join your local School Boards? Do something about the problems you see instead of throwing blame, and bitching about it on social media?

If I openly confronted these views in public, I'd be out of the job. I'm not an idiot. I'd rather keep my job so as to continue fighting this battle in the classroom.

If you really gave a damn, you'd join me and become a teacher.

I think this is great. I think parents are really about to find out how much their $13K/student/year government schools suck ass. A lot of them will see that they can easily do a much better job. This will normalize homeschooling, and it may even tip the scales against teacher unions and in favor of charter/private schools and school choice in general. The scam that is the US primary education is about to be blown wide open.

19
OGTD1 19 points ago +19 / -0

People are finding the benefit of community (basically a handful of families grouping together) through this whole thing. The parents split time teaching one day a week. Bring back neighborhood small schoolhouses!

7
Isolated_Patriot 7 points ago +7 / -0

This is what a number of homeschool groups do, but it can be quite hard to find such a group of likeminded people, depending on where you live. Hopefully this whole incident will drastically increase the number of conservatives homeschooling and this type of group can become the norm in the near future.

7
Isolated_Patriot 7 points ago +7 / -0

With as few as two families, you can alternate days to teach. With five, you can have a very efficient system (though the number of kids might be approaching difficulty).

You have a group BBQ / get-together every sat, which is your 'teachers meeting' to discuss the upcoming weak. You organize who has is better with which subjects, so the workload is easier on each parent. A whole week to prepare one day's lesson plan. You can all discuss and identify problem areas for each individual child, and work together for a solution as easily as a dinner discussion.

At this point, each parent only needs one single day of the week off to do the schooling. Both parents can work if they choose, and both can even try to get that day off, if you have close to ten kids or something.

It's an incredibly efficient system, with a great return ratio on time spent for the parents, along with great social opportunities for the kids and the parents. It brings total schooling costs to the floor as well, each family can focus on school supplies for their assigned subjects, or you can divide all costs fairly.

Up till now, there just has not been a critical mass of homeschooling parents high enough for this system to work in more than a few specific areas. With enough people homeschooling it absolutely could become the norm.

13
booblitchutz 13 points ago +13 / -0

That’s been the net out for me. Before wuflu I thought home schooling was not possible for us, but we did it (basically) for months and it was fine. My kid liked it, my wife liked it, the only problem is I can’t opt out of the goddam school tax.

Honestly these creatures are lower than animals. They're demons.

Exactly right. These beings have no soul. They have sold it to the devil long ago. Liberals who are kids are idealist and haven't seen the real world yet. Liberals who are adults are possessed. Every adult liberal is always completely off their rocker.

Have you seen that video from a few years ago of professor teaching students to "smash the fash" and go against the law, because "white supremacy"? This is no surprise. It happens in major American colleges. My cousin has been programmed this way, there's no getting him back.

Reason number 1001 as to why to homeschool or private school.

8
booblitchutz 8 points ago +8 / -0

I know a private school teacher (Christian school, to boot) who is a raging leftist and a pot head about to turn 50. She has nothing but contempt for religion and her community. So you know, I wouldn’t get too high on the private school idea.

6
LordPurringtonII 6 points ago +6 / -0

It’s fairly easy to weed that sort of thing out by reviewing your kids curriculum. Strong emphasis on primary sources and basics are usually indicative of a based education. Start seeing history books that cover up the enlightenment or coddle kids in math/sciences, might be time to pull them.

5
booblitchutz 5 points ago +5 / -0

Agreed. I guess my point is trusting that private school won’t get you an ideologue as a teacher is misguided. Even with a based curriculum you don’t know what commentary the teacher is putting on things.

1
the_archivist 1 point ago +1 / -0

Tracked down the employers of many of the authors. Private schools are not safe.

My 9th graders read and respond to a news article in each class and the discussions we have are really important.

Why the fuck are you reading news articles in junior high? Is that school now? "Ok class, here's what's on CNN.com this morning, let's talk a look..."

8
UhtredRagnarok [S] 8 points ago +8 / -0

With the shit CNN say, it'd be easy as fuck to brainwash kids into the version of reality CNN peddles. This is dangerous in magnitude

7
booblitchutz 7 points ago +7 / -0

When I was in high school we had this thing called “Channel One” which was a TV show we had to watch during class time featuring kids reading “news” and commercials for candy and acne medications. I don’t recall how warped their view of “the news” was but I’m sure it was extreme. This was early 90s

16
PAfem4Trump 16 points ago +16 / -0

Keeping content of materials away FROM parents, siblings, etc. is going to present a problem to their teaching if online studies continue?? oh my.

That sounds like the go ahead to make it mandatory for parents to audit all classes on line or in person........... or better yet get sex education out of all schools and replace it with common sense math instead of common core. Kids should learn about sex literally from the birds and bees on their own at their own pace.

Children of sexual abuse learn about sex at someone else's behest and it does damage instead of teaching - no matter how good the grooming: these teachers are abusing the child who is NOT READY for their "sex education" and the children are a "captive" audience. I personally can't see the difference in sex education at age 5 and grooming.

8
booblitchutz 8 points ago +8 / -0

I’m opting my kid out of the sex Ed in public school, I think. I don’t want that coming from some awful teacher with a perverted agenda. It needs to come from the parents.

1
PAfem4Trump 1 point ago +1 / -0

We learned from each other when we thought the time was appropriate: by we I mean siblings and friends (best friends to this day). Did we have all the answers?? Nah, but we learned as we needed to. Parents only gave hints to us, we had to find answers from someone we knew that knew. Our family doctor was a good source for the technical stuff- my oldest sister got all the scoop and taught all of us.

2
booblitchutz 2 points ago +2 / -0

I guess it depends on the level of trust that you have. I think my kid will take it well from my wife and I. I worry about the “extras” the teacher can slip in between the curriculum. This is a very sensitive subject and children are very vulnerable, especially when they make such a thing of it. Even the “best” teachers have opinions I find wrong. Just not worth the risk.

1
PAfem4Trump 1 point ago +1 / -0

Can you go to a public school and opt out of sex ed.?? Something for my grandchildren to look into here in PA ; for their children to stay in their local schools but let them miss the indoctrination to any type of sex would be ideal.

2
booblitchutz 2 points ago +2 / -0

I don’t know about PA but here in Texas you can

15
NOTWOKE 15 points ago +15 / -0

Since when does a child need to hide from mom to do algebra? To study geography? To learn about acids and salts and reactions?

I'm hoping that as we speak these people are getting their names sent around parenting groups as a warning of what to look for.

This all started back in the 70's I was kicked out of class cause the teacher had twenty people to choose from and only 10 people could be picked, to be the only survivors on earth, I know some of you had to take this test, and once the teacher read my answers, she questioned me on each one of them, then she asked why I didn't pick the black football player I said he couldn't contribute to the people. (what I picked was biologists, doctors nurses scientists engineers mechanical people farmers and the rest were woman for breading and repopulating sorry ladies it was for population growth, come to find out she was married to a black football player I was sent to the office, nothing happened though. Never send your kids to public schools. Private, Catholic, or Homeschooling only. Kids go to school so they can learn math and science, not liberal bullshit like racism, or LGBT propaganda.

7
Almagest 7 points ago +7 / -0

This is the scariest thing I've read on here. Because it involves kids and these people thinking they have some secret divine knowledge about gender and social issues that they must impart unto students even if the parents might not be okay with it.

All these teachers with "she/her" and other gender identification ideology on their profiles should be investigated.

1

Teachers, like lawyers, are a dime a dozen.

It's rare when a teacher makes a significant, positive impact on a kid's life.

I think about 2/3rds of the kids who go thru public schools in this country maybe have one or two teachers they remember from their days of schooling that changed the way they learned or think for the better.

But most have little to no impact. And those ones certainly do not put kids and their education first.

As a PT Professor, and FT in my field, I find other professors nuts. They honesty blame parents for everything.

I got into a pissing match on R/Professors because I didn't agree with their narrative/tweet of “no wonder your kids are rebelling, you sheltered them and now they are meeting diverse people” The other professors couldn't wrap their heads around how the frontal lobe is vulnerable until about age 25, and how it is good to have good caring parents!

I now teach on Zoom (I have full control of the classroom, not China) and my students have been able to be vulnerable, They have discuss innermost feelings, more than I would have expected in online learning.

My students are also adults & I could care less who else is listening. (Usually cats, dogs, and small children)

5

This is the most disturbing thing I've seen in a while. All this discussion about how they can't secretly be force feeding kids leftist bullshit about race and sexuality because parents might see it. Fuck off .

5

These Commie fucks don't want to be in school but want to collect full pay and benefits. The teachers unions fought for this and won, but the unintended consequence these over rated pieces of shit didn't realize is that parents will be home as well and see the indoctrination of Marxist ideas and sexual deviancy they're preaching to kids everyday. They look at parents as the enem and not as partners in learning. Teachers are the enemy and this will wake a lot of people up to this.

5

5
GreyGooseDown 5 points ago +5 / -0

This has been coming up in college as well. Professors want to teach in the dark. Sorry not sorry, many of you are public fixtures and therefore scrutiny may be given to what you say and do. Enjoy getting your wishes and not having school go in session this fall.

Decouple from brainwashing "teachers" Decouple from brainwashing "television" Decouple from brainwashing "tech companies"

Today's teachers should be replaced by intelligent and unbiased computer programs and virtual classes by "world class teachers". Current teachers should be given new roles as easily parent monitored/audited assistants for the upgraded system. They should be easy to fire and hold no power. The parents and taxpayers should hold all the power. The kids should get world class and valuable educations.

It's never been easier to find your own entertainment, no need to have it prepared for you by cable or Netflix brainwashing.

Seek out tech competitors, there is plenty of content, it's the wild west, enjoy it, it's freedom!

As a teacher, this shit makes me RAGE. On the one hand, I get some of it. Some parents are insane and derail everything.

Parents who suddenly inject themselves into lessons and "helping" their kid when I'm trying to get students to think critically and come up with the answer on their own. Parents who jump on the screen and interrupt a lesson because the work is "too hard" for their student. Parents who have some complaint about another student from something that happened outside of school, so of course lets call it out while I'm teaching the whole class.

And of course the highly liberal parents who will accuse teachers of abuse because they DON'T talk about critical race theory, or because I would even dare to mention the names Columbus or Washington.

On the other hand, these teachers are massively in the wrong for encouraging victim mentality, pushing for students to explore their mental illnesses, and indoctrinating kids into these far-left theories.

Parents are always welcome in my class. If you have a problem with something I'm teaching, please wait until after class and I would love to discuss it with you.

4
Lockherup2020 4 points ago +4 / -0

tough to determine the biggest scams going but public education and college have to be among the biggest.. think about how much money gets funneled through this machine, where it's going and what its output (dumb commies) is. this is worth fighting another revolution over much less the race war and covid scams. throw healthcare on top of it...

have two kids, public schooling in a red turning purple area. they are smart and wise about the bullshit of the world in spite of a very blue bunch of teachers. This is where active parenting is critical.

4
Kerra_Holt 4 points ago +4 / -0 (edited)

Found this in a .docx called "White Logic, White Methods"

Nevertheless, a belief is not a fact, and we should question how and why we> believe something to be real. We must demystify aspects of currently accepted notions of racial statistics by showing the extent to which this research has been shaped by extrinsic factors such as the interests and social position of particular scholars/researchers and debated issues long since forgotten. The views and social position of researchers have a lot to do with how they interpret racial statistics. As our example with the "effect of race" discussed above, researchers reach beyond the data when they interpret their statistical results. Data do not tell us a story. We use data to craft a story that comports with our understanding of the world. If we begin with a racially biased view of the world, then we will end with a racially biased view of what the data have to say. Data may indeed speak to some users of statistics; how ever, it only speaks to the rest of us in the voice of the research.

I don't know about other people, but I don't send my kids to school so they can be taught how great trannies are or how anal sex is performed, I send them there so they can learn math, science, and English to become productive members of society. This literally makes me want to start a movement to completely rid the schools of teachers unions and ban the teaching of this Marxist garbage.

They are destroying families by indoctrinating children in their radical ideology. They think they are doing the right thing and so give themselves permission to go against what they know are the parents' wishes.

3
20MagnusKonrad20 3 points ago +3 / -0

The wall of leftist ideas is flimsy and cannot stand to scrutiny.

I too would like to blame this on outside influence, but this is a rot from within. Post-modernism, socialism, communism, pedophilia, perverted ideals of morality - take your pick. Ultimately I feel that it is what you get when a society ultimately strays too far from God for too long. It's strange to see myself type those words, as in my youth I always dismissed my elders who said the same thing, yet here I am now with two young children ready to enter school and this is the shit I see.

I'm not totally surprised though. In the past i had read accounts regarding children being able to express themselves in school environments in ways they couldn't at home and how important that was for their social and identity development. This was usually regarding LBGT status. This is probably how "caregiver's" get their "transphobia" et all "destabalized" - get more easily persuaded kids to lean in to leftist ideas or even come out as LGBT to their parents and force those parents to choose.

"We have your kids now, what are you going to do? Disown them?

3
bubblegummy 3 points ago +3 / -0

They are activists disguised as teachers. They really don't care about our kids. All they're doing is turning the kids into useful tools for the commies.

3
sustainable_saltmine 3 points ago +3 / -0

I've been thinking about this too. Re: pronouns I was going to ask students via survey who I could use their pronouns in front of, but what if caregivers view that survey and students aren't out to them yet?

YOU DONT ASK PRONOUNS! ITS THAT SIMPLE! KIDS DONT GET TO PICK THEIR PRONOUNS.

2
SininStyle 2 points ago +2 / -0

Why don't the parents know? Why are you helping to hide it? Why is it "your little secret"? Nothing more than grooming like a pedo. same tactics. This approach has them hiding everything like a thief hiding from the cops.of course the teachers are the heroes. come to me my children we will protect you.

horror movie levels right here.

That's even creepier than I imagined.

Get yer kids out of public schools, People. If you cannot manage that, and it IS difficult for most folks, then do that datalogging, do record those things even if you must do it by videoing the screen.

Some of what they discuss is straight up child molestation, interference in child custody, grooming....pedo shiite.

'Parents are dangerous', they say..... mess around and find out I reckon.

And we wonder why so many of them are out playing speed bump in the roads or looting purse and hair care stores...

These “educators” have god complexes. They actually think the 8 hours a day they have with our kids will undo their entire life outside school.

Be good parents to your children and they will understand that the bullshit they are being fed in school is exactly that.

My kids hear anti-gun crap all day at school, yet they have been shooting since they were 6 years old and love the time they spend with dad and pap shooting.

Good parents are the antidote to social justice infected curricula.

Raised my eyebrow immediately and before my child could do it, I looked over the material and low and behold, it’s about race. How we are all different but in the end the same. Nope. Nope. Nope. I write to the teacher on how my daughter WILL NOT participate in this and to find an alternative. If no alternative is found, I have a nice alternative for my daughter who’s in third grade.

Please someone explain to me how a public funded government entity got to set up a union?

Mummabear20 3 points ago +3 / -0

As I have said on a similar post, the language these people use is similar to that used of child sex offenders when grooming children. Very concerning and a good argument for home schooling. I don't live in the US but our schools aren't much better.

Science Teacher in that archive : "Parents are dangerous."

The schools need to be defunded. Yesterday would not be too soon.

Everything virtual means we don't need hardly any of you, move to China... you bastards!

3
Vetinari 3 points ago +3 / -0

The most disturbing part of this is that these people are under a delusion that what they are trying to do is GOOD.

Imagine the level of their own indoctrination, in this system, that is needed in order to believe, that the fact that parents want to make sure that their children inherit their values, is something bad.

They fully and honestly believe that it is morally correct and justifiable that they, instead of the children's own parents, should be the ones who instill values and form their character.

It is the duty, responsibility, and the highest privilege of every parent to carry out the moral education of their children to the best of their ability. Parents aren't just incubators... we want to have a FUTURE WITH FAMILIES NOT COMMUNES.

The fact that this is, in any way or shape, a controversial opinion, shows you just how far the societal value system has degraded in terms of the belief in the value of the FAMILY UNIT.

To parents, if you are worried about this, all windows Pcs have screen recording inherently built into its functionality. Turn it on and record before the day begins if you are worried about stuff like this.

4
HiddenDekuScrub 4 points ago +4 / -0

Maybe that's why the schools started issuing chromebooks... 🤔

1
exorthderp 1 point ago +1 / -0

I am not sure what school policies are on the chromebooks, but if students are able to add extensions, there are screen recorders in their extension store that are free!

As a parent of a 23 yr old victim I can't state this enough, this is real and I wish this was exposed earlier. As parents we chalked it up as a teenager being a teenager and rebelling. We all did it, skirting the rules, breaking the rules, saying things to push buttons. Then it never stopped, the phase never went away and the wording changed. We were now oppressors, the enemy. The same people signing the loans for college. Same people working 65hrs a week to cover additional costs. Same people offering free room and board were the enemy. We cleared the way, paved the road. No job just do well in school and will make sure you get everything ya need. I barely made it through highschool and we were always told college leads to riches. This is wrong, this is a lie. Kids shouldn't be in college, adult sure but not teenagers. Does nothing but create a life long bill for most.

TL;DR this public discussion is only the tip of the iceberg. Get involved, or get them out. As a parent, as the enemy, this is real and it is happening.

I get that some parents are assholes - but this is a whole different can of worms. This is wanting to block the parents out because they don't want them to know what they are teaching the parents' kids.

That is fucked up - I highly encourage everyone who doesn't homeschool (although homeschool if you can) to record these meetings. It's very easy and there's a lot of free software to do it.

All I can say is they are teaching kids to be slaves while Im teaching mine to be a master.

I know a lib prof who teaches a science class. He has 5 students enrolled, and he's worried that they'll drop his class altogether if they cannot put more people into it.

The "woke" professors are starting to reap the karma they have sown.

I have hated teachers when I went to school. They were pieces of shit then, only now they are mostly pedophiles. Punch a teacher in your lifetime. Its fun, trust me.

It's well past time to pull your kids out. These are sick sick brainwashed people. The public school system is a cult. They hate the parents and try to turn the kids against them.

"Helicopter/snowplow parents".

The mindset that types these words into a phone is...horrifying.

I made a conscious decision to not have kids, for reasons I won't go into. I regret it sometimes. But when I read things like this, I'm resolute I made the right choice, because I don't know what I'd do if I found out a teacher who had my child in their clutches said something like this.

Teacher says: "I've been thinking about this too. Re: pronouns I was going to ask students via survey who I could use their pronouns in front of, but what if caregivers view that survey and students aren't out to them yet?" Not only is the entire "pronoun" thing effed up, but she refers to parents as caregivers. Homeschool your kids. Even if you have to make some big financial sacrifices.

2
Pedeberrycrunch 2 points ago +2 / -0

Thank God for homeschooling.

2
Dong_McBong 2 points ago +2 / -0

Public education indoctrinators worried their curriculum will be compromised by "caregivers listening in"??? Why so secretive?? Socialized indoctrination should be abolished. Public indoctrination facilities and their operators damage children in secret with gender confusion and racism. Parents or "caregivers" should be monitoring what these socialist creeps teach every day. If schools are closed and virtual, the facility requires less funding. Less funding means less taxes from residents and govt. Remember "teachers" haven't been forced to live on a 60% income subsidy while still being responsible for 100% of their monthly expenditures like the rest of us. DEFUND THE SCHOOLS

2

I still don't understand how parents voted for the types of school board members, who in turn let these types of teachers, get their jobs.

This is proof todays teachers think they have a mandate to raise and mold your kids with complete autonomy and immunity. And if you get involved, you're a helicopter/snowplow parent. Additionally, there's some subtle evidence they use their captive time with children to manipulate and propagandize them. They have zero right to privacy with your child and zero right to with hold information from you. They have zero right to be involved with your child on matters of sexuality. I wouldn't even be surprised if pedophile rings are suffering from a lack of victims due to their "sources" being unable to alert them to which ones are vulnerable to being groomed or trafficked. In fact, it just occurred to me that there are teachers involved in this. If you have a child, when school reopens, consider putting a body camera on them. talk to them about what their teacher is telling them. Better yet, home school them.

2
operator1214 2 points ago +2 / -0

While I'm sure most of the instructors are of a certain type (cough, Marxist), I can see where this could be a valid argument. You could have a Marxist parent going after a republican teacher. The Adventures of Tom Sawyer got pulled with the help of parents...

2
Smurfection 2 points ago +2 / -0

The primary concern of the teachers is outing transgender youths via pronouns or surveys about pronouns.

I just have to ask, in all seriousness, who the heck do these teachers think they are? They're devising ways to do an end run around parents. How ashamed, humiliated and screwed are parents if they suddenly learn a year or two after the fact, that their child was being unofficially officially known as the opposite sex by all the teachers, students and administration in the school but all of them withheld that from the parents? How would you feel if you found out right now, your pre teen son or daughter was transitioning and everyone you entrusted your child to was basically conspiring to keep you out of the loop? What if your sixteen year old was receiving puberty blockers from a school nurse or being counseled by a school counselor and all of this was going on a year or two behind your back?

Of course you'd still love your child and you'd try to put aside any anger or hatred because you'd be forced to go through the public school system and you'd be forced to "go along" with your child's transition because you'd be powerless and realistically, it would be pretty much a done deal unless you packed up everything and moved away. However, I really have to ask, how much are these teachers really protesting students from being outed and how much are they actually encouraging the gender transition? From the comments, I'd say the teachers are encouraging stealth gender transitions.

I teach for an online charter and this can be a problem but it's not for the reasons these assholes are trying to claim. We all know they are afraid to be found out for the liberal indoctrinators they are.

Time to blow up the public education model so cherished by the left. Let the states do what they do. Why do the feds need to be involved in direct funding? Provide incentives, perhaps (not exactly how to execute that) but it was never in the founders' design to provide a "free" education for all.

And if one state does a better job than another, more power to them! As Reagan said "vote with your feet" referring to anyone who dislikes the way a local/state government handles it's business.

These teachers are the lifeblood of the commie propaganda machine. IF they get their way and the Dems get the civil war they are openly advocating, you know where to start.

It's sad, I hoped (and still hope) I never have to see it but these Marxist slime are so emboldened and so strategically stupid when it comes to action that I think they are going to try and start a war, since their attempts at provoking one haven't worked yet.

My 10th grade son just started school. His English teacher sent out an email of books parents need to purchase for the semester. One of the books is Persepolis. This book talks about women being whores and prostitutes and more. Inshut that down quick with the teacher. This week they are learning about Mexican fiestas. I'm at my witts end. What does either of these have to do with English class.
