we have trees in within our own intelligence agencies. just needs to stop. They conduct witch hunts on their political opponents and then urge their members to obstruct legitimateinvestigationss into their alliess

the entirety of the FBI doj and CIA needs to be purged. anybody with an I'm with her bumper sticker needs to be fired. anybody who is posted on social media against Trump needs to be fired.. anybody who shared CNN links on social media needs to be fired. there can be a zero tolerance policy. there must be a zero tolerance policy..

we're not talking about a political campaign. we're talking about the nation's top law enforcement. It needs a zero tolerance policy for insubordination and that includes members of these agencies actively attacking the presidentt

if Trump won't do it then we need someone who willl

Yet, the Meuller sham was allowed to go on, unlimited. I hate democraps with every bone in my body. What a pos, lock this asshole up for obstruction.

6
non-entity 6 points ago +6 / -0

And the asshole repubs in the senate did nothing to stop it even when it became stupid obvious what a complete sham it was. Want to hear lindsey or mcconnel talk about how much they trust and respect bob mueller? What about all the repub cucks that tried passing a bill that trump could not fire him. The problem is there are just as many cuck corrupt traitor pieces of shit repubs as there are dems, and they all want Trump gone.

5
NvJohansson 5 points ago +5 / -0

Just the pieces of shit we had to deal with in the last few years caused all this bullshit... McCain, Graham, Ryan, Murkowski, Flake, Kaisich who stuck around when he had no chance to win just to bleed Trump financially so Hillary could win and now Romney. And the worst problem with rinos is when they speak out against Trump or a policy, the MSM and the left say hey look even the Republicans said it so it must be true. Fucking dirt dirtbags.

Based on Crossfire Hurricane, you also don't have the right to resist a non legal and non legitimate DoJ investigation, either. The precedent is clear.

This is the very definition of obstruction of justice. The very thing that they accused Trump of. Only, Trump never instructed anyone to not cooperate. He only complained that the Mueller investigation was bogus - which it was.

1
rubberkidney 1 point ago +1 / -0

no no no. its only obstruction when you have an opinion on the investigation and your own culpability.

if you want to have people resist investigation and do whatever they can to hamper the process of the justice department thats totally cool.

71

37
Toughsky_Shitsky 37 points ago +39 / -2 (edited)

Andrew Weissmann .. along with former Defense Department special counsel Ryan Goodman [say] that U.S. Attorney John Durham's criminal inquiry into the Russia investigation and U.S. Attorney John Bash's investigation into "unmasking" requests by Obama administration officials targeting Trump associates show Barr is poised to "trample" written policy that no action be influenced by politics and an unwritten norm urging officials to defer publicly charging or taking any other overt investigative steps or disclosures that could affect a coming election.

They should see the Lynch/FBI/0bama Russia investigation that was meant to influence the 2016 election.

This bullshit from these lefty hacks comes because it has taken 3 1/2 years to out the truth.

Watch Billy Barr cave to this pressure.

10
PritzkersFatAss76 10 points ago +12 / -2

I really hope he doesn't.

13
Toughsky_Shitsky 13 points ago +20 / -7

Barr has already punted on 0bama and Biden (the top of the treasonous pyramid), and now Durham says that he will only be issuing a "report" sometime around the end of summer.

Same DC delay and obfuscate game that I've seen played out for 40+ years. It's no coincidence that Billy Barr has been firmly ensconced in the DC "justice" bureaucracy for 40 years .. Barr knows exactly how to run the "justice" scam.

Mueller's team has nothing to worry about.

4
aaafirefly123 4 points ago +5 / -1

I know I’m gonna get downvoted for this but I don’t want to see Obama go to jail.

I know full well that he deserves it but I do not want to see a President of the United States go to jail.

Arresting the FIRST BLACK PRESIDENT would set race relations back to even worse levels than they are now. And if you think the Floyd riots were bad just wait till you see the Obama riots, they will likely make 1968 look like a joke.

I will agree trying him, finding him guilty [thus destroying his name, reputation, and legacy], and then pardoning him {AND ONLY HIM}.

This would increase Trump’s black-appeal, Obama’s name, reputation, and legacy will be completely and irreversibly destroyed and he himself will live the rest of his life in disgrace, and we don’t have to start the list of US Presidents that went to jail.

Send everyone else to jail including Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden, but I think it would be in the nations best interest to pardon Obama.

And who knows maybe we can strike a deal where he gets a presidential pardon in return he rats everyone else out.

1
Toughsky_Shitsky 1 point ago +3 / -2 (edited)

You are right.

.

.

DownJeb!

If we don't apply justice equally, then it should not be applied to anyone .. next stop, anarchy.

If we want an ordered society, we must be willing to gorge the sacred cows of first black preezy, if that preezy is a traitor .. which he is.

2
aaafirefly123 2 points ago +2 / -0

I understand how you feel, but Aaron Burr committed treason and he was pardoned. Believe me I know that he deserves to go to jail and I’m not saying don’t punish him, but I don’t want to start the trend of arresting US Presidents.

If Nixon didn’t go to jail then neither should Obama.

Like I said he might be useful if we can strike a deal where he rats on everyone else in return for a pardon.

I’m willing to trade Obama if it means taking down Clinton.

If he refuses then he goes strait to jail.

0
Toughsky_Shitsky 0 points ago +2 / -2

I still think a traitor in the US Presidency needs to serve some time, no matter how many fellow scumbags he gives up.

How would you explain it to your kids, otherwise? How do you tell your kids that one person, at the highest level of our gummint, is above the law .. after he betrayed our country?

1
aaafirefly123 1 point ago +1 / -0

I would tell them that for the sake of national unity and for the good of the country we let 1 man go in order to imprison 100.

Also this is why I said he needs to be tried, convicted, and pardoned to show that he is not above the law.

1
TexasJack 1 point ago +2 / -1

What Barr said is that the investigation so far hasn't turned Obama or Biden into target. Nor is it likely to. Biden had no authority as VP and Obama is smart enough to not directly incriminate himself.

I'm not aware of Durham saying that he will only issue a report. If you have a source for that, please share it.

-1
YourOwnGreatGrandma -1 points ago +4 / -5

Dude stfu. You know nothing about Barr or any of this for that matter.

I can guarantee you he is not going to “cave to the pressure.” You’re just legally-illiterate and wouldn’t know an ally when you see one.

2
Toughsky_Shitsky 2 points ago +5 / -3

Nah. I'll keep posting my opinion on what I see happening, and what I've observed over 40+ years of watching DC cover-ups.

0

Say whatever you want. You don’t know wtf you’re talking about though and you’re a fool betraying an honorable AG.

0
bill_in_texas 0 points ago +3 / -3

The facts are, Barr has whiffed on EVERY SINGLE criminal referral sent by Congress against Democrats. He was super excited about imprisoning Roger Stone for lying to Congress, but it's really weird how none of the proven coup participant liars, and none of the proven Kavanaugh liars who got neatly gift wrapped, already documented and researched criminal referrals went to indictment. I mean, not even one, not even by accident. What are the odds? We all SAW perjury happen! We saw it!

Indictments: ZERO.

And Barr specifically said 0bama and Biden weren't even going to be looked at. He told us that up front. Right off the bat. Nope, no need to even investigate them. I mean, it was perfectly OK to investigate Trump's 2nd grade choir teacher, and investigate the guy who made his taco bowls at Trump tower, to try and dig up dirt on Trump, but we most definitely won't be investigating anything that might soil the good names of 0bama and Biden. Not gonna do it.

1
YourOwnGreatGrandma 1 point ago +1 / -0

Not what he said. He said there’s no implication at this point that Biden and Obama committed “crimes.”

Crimes are actually things you have to prove. Not just rant and rave about on the internet. It’s a lot harder than you wannabe lawyers pretend it is.

4

Okay, folks. Let's slow the roll on "obstruction of justice". This knobhead doesn't work for the DOJ anymore, he draws a paycheck from MSNBC. He can "urge" DOJ workers all he wants, he's in the private sector, his words hold no weight, and nobody in the DOJ has to pay him any mind. This is just a op ed piece that's just more nonsense from people with no power or oath of office for their conduct. He's a civilian. He can urge anything he wants, from the public.

"Justice Department employees," they wrote, "in meeting their ethical and legal obligations, should be well advised not to participate in any such effort."

Bill Barr: LOL.

Go ahead and try to resist those federal subpoenas. A judge will issue an arrest warrant and force you into court to explain why you ignored it, then make you respond to the subpoena.

2
bill_in_texas 2 points ago +2 / -0

Depends on the judge. The judges that ordered the en banc hearing on the Flynn case, for example.....think THEY will issue arrest warrants and force the coup plotters into court to explain anything? Think the Hawaiian judge would do that?

non-entity 2 points ago +2 / -0

Nope, which is why a reset is needed. Unfortunately 1/2 of our population is either too stupid or too cucked to understand what has happened to our judicial system.

2
Jnobes7 2 points ago +2 / -0

Read the bottom line... "he has a book coming out explaining how they could do more for Russia investigation" jesus.

2
seismic 2 points ago +2 / -0

Notice how Barr delayed until right before election so any indictments can’t be tried before january and lawyers can now use the ‘too close to an election’ excuse. When Barr said investigation would conclude ‘end of summer 2020’ I lost hope.

2
Gmama2 2 points ago +2 / -0

So lemme see if I have this right, when Trump complained a made-up pack of lies was a made up pack of lies that was obstruction, (even though he handed over tons of documents, etc) but it isn't obstruction to cooperate with an investigation to find out who made the country suffer through Russia etc.?

2

Nothing to hide here folks, move along.

Note to all of you griefers. He wouldn't be saying this if investigations weren't happening. Now please go back to your regularly scheduled "muh strongly worded letter" copypasta.

1
tinkesquire 1 point ago +1 / -0

He is saying this to sell his upcoming book about the Russia investigation.

2

Hey can anyone link me to the docs that came out recently that showed pretty black and white that obama spied on trump campaign??

2

So now they don't like investigations? LMAO

2
fkn_lost_my_password 2 points ago +2 / -0

Oh wow, that's almost like something he'd say if he was worried about getting implicated in some sort of investigation. 🤔

Weird how it doesn't apply to them....

Andrew Weissmann: "There are 90 days until an election contest that will almost certainly pit President Trump against former Vice President Joe Biden."

Notice how easily he slides in the "almost" certainly? Does he know of some reason why Biden won't be running that hasn't been revealed yet?

1
arresthillaryclinton 1 point ago +1 / -0

Obstruction of justice.

1
DinosRFake 1 point ago +1 / -0

Like they aren't already. Anyway, I'm really not sure that lawyers should really be saying this kind of thing. You know, because constitution.

This is all good fun though. I like that they have basically uncloaked, and are showing us in real time that, actually yes, there is a cabal of maniacs running the show. So now we know. Well, normies don't know, but I was a normie at one point too, so even that can change.

Also, that surname. They really need to get some WASPS on board, just to mix it up a little. Maybe the WASPS run the show in the background, who knows?

Just so the new guys are informed, Andrew Weissmann was the guy really running the show in the Special Prosecutors office. Mueller just sat at a desk and signed forms that were put in front of him by the staff. He didn't make any decisions. He was just a figure head.

Weissmann was also in charge of several previous bad prosecutions. He and Flynn's attorney, Sidney Powell, have butted heads several times and Powell considers him to be the most corrupt federal prosecutor in our lifetime.

He also no longer works for the government as he landed himself a cushy job as a law professor at an Ivy League law school right after the Mueller Report was finalized.

1
thxpk 1 point ago +1 / -0

He scared

1
pray4peace4 1 point ago +1 / -0

Said the sleazy lawyer who had to resign from the DOJ before Barr could take action against him for abusing his authority & being part of a conspiracy to overthrow the government.

1
bill_in_texas 1 point ago +2 / -1

Take action? You mean like throwing him a nice retirement party and speaking effusively about what a great guy he is, just like Barr did for Rosenstein? I'm sure Weissman was OK with missing out on that 'action.' I'm sure he's enjoying his federal pension, for years of faithful service to our country, right now.

Andrew Weissmann, a former Justice Department official who was known as Mueller's "pit bull"

Didn't see much pit bull from that guy, personally. He was just an asshole who had to bend the rules and break the law to look like he had some teeth...seems like a petite chuahaha

1
RedPilledPreacher 1 point ago +1 / -0

Weissman is a piece of shit and deserves the full weight of justice applied to him.

Dammit! These prosecutions will upstage our pre-election book releases.

1
YouEnglishNotSoGood 1 point ago +1 / -0

Last line of the article “Weisman has a book coming out in September explaining what more the mueller investigation could have done” to fake a crime by Trump. Every line preceding that one is bashing Barr for allowing Durham to report his finding a before the election. Idiots.

This guy is part of the Mueller gang that might be indicted. He really should STFU.
