But I do agree, fighting ChiComs and prosecuting corrupt politicians seems impossible, even for Trump

He has for sure but we’ve been screaming about this for years now with little to no action. Before you’d just be shouted down by our own side with “Its a free market! Start your own site!” I’d like an Executive Order on this and Federal elections since the Supreme Court basically just ruled an illegal EO can stand for years till it’s undone in the courts.

Teds done nothing in many more areas

Why this is a losing argument (and logical fallacy). There are infinite areas in which Ted has done nothing. Crayon legislation. Legislation on how much pepper goes in to guacamole. Legislation on the direction that toilet paper factory's main doors must be facing.

Let's change 'legislate' to pee.

Trump's peed on a lot of other areas. Ted hasn't peed on many more areas. Because Ted hasn't peed on the moon, Saturn, Uranus, every star, nor has he peed on my ear, or the poster on my wall. But there is a discrete, finite number of things Trump has peed on (or in).

So.... I'm just making a funny. Logically, what I say is true... but I hope you at least chuckle a little and know I'm not attacking you. :-)

TheMAGAnificent 9 points ago

Research is fine, I'm looking for RESULTS

what's changed since May 25 when that article was posted?

Conservative voices are still being silenced

T_D just got completely banned

Twitch removed Trump

Twitter is censoring Trump posts

Facebook is banning conservative ads.

Companies are pulling from conservative programs (like Tucker)

Those are things that have happened since May 15. Those are results, and they aren't ones we wanted.

Where are Trump's results in this field? I see a post by his daughter hinting something big is happening. I hear rumor of some "engine" that can talk to his voters. But at the end of the day conservatives are getting hit and we aren't making any waves in this particular area: conservative voices and spaces online.

Do I believe Trump and Parscale are fighting? Yes I do.

But I also see this fight is harder than we thought.

7

TheMAGAnificent….. You say you're looking for RESULTS...??

How ironic, you also claim the fight is harder than we thought.. What have you done to advance MAGA & MAG.

Have you attended rallies? Have you donated your valuable time? Have you tried to change the minds of your Liberal/DemocRats?

You speak as if POTUS's work should be solving your simple problems..

He has China the CCP to deal with, and he is still fighting the Chinese Plague.

He manages a useless Congress and a shaky Senate that slow walks his agenda.

Trump Suspends H1 Worker Visas Till The End of 2020. etc etcetera......

8
Pray_The_Rosary 8 points ago

My take on this is that Trump didn't expect the swamp to be so big and powerful. Thus he didn't expect the need to rule with an iron fist. He has done a lot for America and I think his main goal was to restore our economy and make our country competitive.

He did make draining the swamp one of his main goals but I think he expected to drain the swamp fairly quickly with only a handful of corrupt people. The reasoning behind my conclusions was his speech at Tulsa. He admitted that he didn't expect the swamp to be this big.

And he won't "take the kids gloves off" due to the fact that he likes to have each department do a job instead of the president doing everything. If the DOJ, FBI, and GOP had any integrity then this would not be an issue. The swamp would have been drained long ago but unfortunately Trump is pretty much alone in the White House.

I understand exactly where you're coming from but hope this sheds some light.

2
booblitchutz 2 points ago

Boy is this true. In Don Jrs book he talks about how isolated they were at times during the campaign. The GOP wasn’t there either. It’s not like when democrats win the presidency and they have a full cabinet of replacements ready to hit the ground day one. Trump has had to build this all with a small team. He’s got a lot of support from us but he could have used support from his party and he really didn’t get enough of it and that was on purpose.

6
Macatho 6 points ago (edited)

The time to get a hold on this shit was from 2017-2018 when Republicans had the House, Senate, and WH. Trump tried pushing things like health care and got screwed by the likes of Paul Ryan and John McCain.

Now Trump can’t do anything heavy handed heading into an election along with a Dem House and a Republican Senate that doesn’t have his back. His EOs also get shot down by liberal justices.

All we can do now is hope (vote) Trump for re-election and that down ticket is enough to get some senate and house seats. Trump is letting the world burn in an effort to scare/anger conservatives into voting.

19
theeyeshaveit 19 points ago

Macatho, everything you said is WRONG.

First, Trump cancelled NAFTA and had to redo the trade agreements so America would get its manufacturing base back. Then Trump had to go to war against CHINA. That little country that bribes both sides of Congress, the Media, Sports, and our Universities. You know the one? Without that, nothing else matters.

Sometimes I wonder if some people here are shills, or just whining because they don't know anything. Trump has an entire UNIPARTY against him. Both sides of Congress. Not just the Democrats. No other man can do what this man has done, and is in the process of doing.

Show some respect.

10
stratocaster_patriot 10 points ago

Amen pede. We are supposed to be the rational and sober people. You don't get everything you want just because you want it. If we vote a revolving door just because we are not 100% satisfied then the cycle will continue. The fact that Trump hasn't aged despite being the most attacked President since Lincoln is something the likes of which we have never seen. He's in a lame duck session so let's be patient, re-elect him and we will get happier but let's not expect the guy to undo 100 years of horseshit and a government that is corrupt top to bottom.

There are a lot of shills here concern trolling. Trump has done a ton with RINO's and Dems literally grabbing his legs in an attempt to stop him. The fact that he's got as much done as he has shows how much he has been trying to do.

Can only do so much when most of the government is fighting against you.

4
shipoutofdanger 4 points ago

no, he is not wrong. And neither are you. You are both correct, in fact.

Everything you talk about is ECONOMIC, which is 100% within Trump's purview as they are trade deals he has authority over. He has done an amazing job with the economy and trade warfare, along with his brilliant team - Lighthizer, Mnuchin, Ross, Navarro, et al.

Macatho is talking about social/cultural/domestic policy, of which we have had little to no progress, and any progress we do have is thwarted at every turn by leftists in power, and sometimes by RINOs.

3
Macatho 3 points ago

Gatekeeping MAGA by calling people who may have a difference of opinion than you “shills” isn’t doing Trump or anybody here any favors. The gatekeeping is way more prevalent than any real perceived shilling.

3
Lysah 3 points ago

Don't think it's gatekeeping, he literally said

Sometimes I wonder if some people here are shills, or just whining because they don't know anything.

In this case, for example, it's hard to tell if you're being intentionally disingenuous or if you actually think Trump should be sending THE MILITARY after CIVILIANS. Sure, WE know there are riots happening, but most people don't. The media is insisting it's just "peaceful protests" and the headlines would absolutely read "Dictator Trump sends THE MILITARY after PEACEFUL protesters, does his madness know no limit?"

If you think Trump should be doing anything other than exactly what he IS doing - telling governors to handle it themselves and promising federal aid if they need it - you are either a shill or you have no idea what you're talking about, exactly as the above poster said.

If that last sentence refers to the riots, you should realise that Trump is under tremendous pressure. not upset at all. It's 100% true. Nobody here is blind to the painfully obvious.

But while the House is Leftist controlled, the institutions are all Leftist controlled, and we "technically" control the Senate and Supreme Court... they are held hostage by the Left...

Ain't shit getting done.

The sad truth is that something like Breitbart is the only effective tool that Conservatives have.

AFPAC is becoming effective in holding Con Inc to real principles.

OANN is growing in influence.

But that's about it. Republicans in power, for the most part - aside from maybe, like 2, aren't even bothering to do shit because they know it will die in the House, and because many of them would lose their financial support if they did anyway.

1
stratocaster_patriot 1 point ago

One man can't do everything especially with a House stacked against him and constant investigations, covid, riots, etc. He has picked and chosen his battles. Trump is at least talking about it and may act in his next term. Your point is valid and this is a bit of a cop out maybe but who has done one single things about it in decades? Certainly not the GOP. At least we finally have one person in office who at least mentions it.

1
SpiritOf76 1 point ago (edited)

Trump has a lot of fronts to fight on at one time. Hell a lot of his time in office has been spent just trying to stay in office while traitors continually try to oust him. Imagine if the GOP really had his back.

they do. Even after that super creepy "Ted is the chosen one!" religious ceremony with his dad on stage... where they put their hands on Ted's head and he falls back into their arms.

He lost me with that.

I still like the guy, and enjoy his arguments, but wouldn't vote for him unless I had no other choice. Bear in mind, he was my choice before Trump came along.

Trump has changed the Presidency forever. I never want to see another politician holding that office, personally.

1
Weremoose 1 point ago

So who in 2024?

Don't say Don Jr

1
shipoutofdanger 1 point ago

not Don Jr. but I don't discount him. I prefer Eric to Don, if you are really asking.

I personally don't see anyone who has the gravitas of POTUS. Many laugh when I suggest Vince McMahon but I'm serious. He is very based, Christian, and obviously a business warrior.

Maybe Larry Ellison (Oracle founder). He supports Trump, and supports Steve Bannon still. Sure he's a tech oligarch, so that counts against him. But he in untouchable and gives zero fucks.

There is a guy named Dennis Washington from Montana who is another self made billionaire in the materials industry who is super based and Christian and conservative. He's too old though, in his '80's I think.

I love Chuck Woolery but he's too old.

Dana White? Too young and cocksure, but he is a Pro-America fighter for sure.

Steve Mnuchin is too much of a Wall Street weenie.

I really like that Pastor Darrell Scott guy. But I don't think he has much of any international business experience. Pastor Darrell Scott with Don Jr. as VP? That's a killer team.

This is just off the top of my head.

I side with Rand Paul like 95% according to ISideWith, and have read all his dad's books, but Rand just does not have the CHARISMA or PERSUASION needed for the job. Unfortunately. He's more of a useful "thorn" and more well-suited for longform debate educational talks.

10
Everquest4Life 10 points ago

Sadly agreed. If we don’t win it all means nothing. Can Rand win a primary against other republicans? Maybe. Can he beat a democrat who does nothing but cheat and slander 24/7/365.25? No.

6

Rand Paul said NO to the wall on the southern border. That 5% we don’t agree with him on is BIGLY.

Too “principled” for his own good is why he’ll never win a national election.

I think Cruz is just glad he isn't president. Let's not forget, they were setting him up on a Russian collusion path too when the left still didn't know who the nomination was going to ultimately be. Everything they've done to Trump, they would have done to him. I think if anyone else would have won and faced the same attacks, they would have resigned by now.

I do wish he would do more. He owes it to Trump, because without the distraction of TDS, all these Republican asses would be getting the full focus of the lefts rage. And what they really need to worry about is when Trump's done with his two terms, because they will do it to the next candidate too.

Here's the problem. All these congressional republican dick sucks will whine and cry about this sort of thing-- but deep down, they don't want to really do anything about it.

Why?

Because, they want to be able to use these weaponized tools for their own ends. It's all too seductive. Why fix the IRS, when perhaps some day, you can use it to persecute your own enemies yourself?

Why fix the alphabet agencies? Leave them be, and you can poison your opponent's ground and crystal ball their toilets.

Same reason when boomers wanna cry about crypto currencies. "How can they allow something like this to exist? Don't they wanna tax it?" Weird. Why would a bunch of politicians and government bureaucrats be OK with an untraceable means of moving money around? I just can't figure out the motive there!

Weird!

19

I dont trust him one bit

14
PinkoTheClown 14 points ago

Yeah, did everyone just forget his dirty tricks during the primaries?

27
Herecomedatpresident 27 points ago

Of course we didn't but he had a redemption arc and is now Lion Ted and no longer Lyin Ted. You must be new here.

15
muy_libre 15 points ago

Yeah it's almost like he was a politician trying to win a Republican primary in 2016 or something... I forgive him completely, as he's one of the most based senators we have.

15
2016again 15 points ago

Plus he stopped talking like a preacher. I like Ted. Don't like that fake preacher cadence.

10
muy_libre 10 points ago

I agree. I think losing to Trump was the best thing for him.

Lion Ted > Lyin' Ted

2
DRKMSTR 2 points ago

Especially since there were so many ticking bombs Trump had to defuse. Cruz would have only been able to defuse about half of them.

We need someone to shotgun policy and get things done, Trump will do that, then a ridiculously smart politician like Cruz can come in and uphold and defend them through being technically correct....the best kind of correct.

2
JusLemmeSeeAlready 2 points ago

Now that you mention it, his cadence does sound less unbearable these days.

I knew there must have been some genuine enthusiasm mixed in with the “Dahnald”-saying shill-apologists, but that cadence got in the way much more than it should have because I’m kind of an idiot.

Hope the redemption is genuine for Lie Undead.

1
shipoutofdanger 1 point ago

I can't find video any longer of the whole ceremony Ted and his dad did with "the evangelicals" where they anointed him "the chosen one!" and he fell back in their arms like some schlock you see on bad TV

11
flashersenpai 11 points ago

Don't be dramatic. He votes properly the majority of the time (no one can beat Rand Paul), he submits good bills for consideration, he spreads the right message. Perhaps someone from Texas will have criticism of his efforts at the state level, but to say he doesn't have our back or that he doesn't do anything is silly.

He's a senator. A single senator. He can't pass laws on his own. He isn't an executive who can write EOs or directly change executive policy. He isn't a judge who can rule on a particular case.

10
Sandman441 10 points ago

It's why there needs to be term limits.

9
MSgtUSMCRet 9 points ago

I'm all for term limits but we need to outlaw lobbyists first or they will have even greater control of the deep state.

2
Capitalism_Fuck_Yeah 2 points ago

Cannot outlaw lobbyists. If you outlaw them then they will just turn into non-profits who send people around as professional protesters.

So effectively lobbyists with extra steps.

1
shipoutofdanger 1 point ago

need to outlaw lobbyists and outlaw PACs and outlaw Public Sector Unions and outlaw Foreign Aid (which gets funneled back into leftist PACs).

Let them foot the bill of their extra steps on their own.

In fact, since Congress doesn't even write the fucking laws they pass anymore... we could all take the place of the House and Senate from our own homes.

They only vote like 3 times a year on stuff. We could run Congress like jury duty and do it all over the computer. It can't be any worse than it is now.

5
VenomPede 5 points ago

If I remember correctly he introduced a bill to try to get term limits for the house and senate

-2
shipoutofdanger -2 points ago

he did. Largely for show, but he did do that.

4
VenomPede 4 points ago

What, did you talk to him or something? Are you a mind reader? Is that the script over there?

0
shipoutofdanger 0 points ago

how could a term limits bill be anything BUT "for show"?

They would never vote for it and everyone on planet Earth knows it.

2
VenomPede 2 points ago

So you're just assuming then...

Also no shit they wouldn't

23

Good question.

13
BropolloCreed 13 points ago

That, along with aggressive bans by big tech, are going to lead to class action suits by conservative users.

Big tech is overtly Leftist, and the full on pr spin on google today is just another example. Every article is claiming that TD was an active hotbed of hate speech, but it's been essentially shit down for half a year.

Gotta spin the suppression of "wrong think" any way they can for the gullible sheeple.

12
Herecomedatpresident 12 points ago

Damn I didn't even think about everything being gone? I'm a bit of an elder Pede so forgive my ignorance but is the stuff archived anywhere? I still used the reddit page as a resource to look up old things.

12
Modus_Pwninz 12 points ago

Fuck nah it ain't. It's gone.

Reddit is one website in a long line of websites that fancied themselves on top. Down from like #3, they're now at #20.

Digg used to be in Reddit's spot - they're now #5,600 worldwide.

Coservatives - this is your time. Build the platform of the future, and we will win. Build the future of freedom on the internet, and we win. I will invest. I will donate. I will fund.

3
stjimmy92 3 points ago

I laugh when people say “he needs to propose a bill to deal with it.” I imagine there’s a lot of overlap between them and the people who complain about him sponsoring a bill that gave congress term limits because “he knew it wouldn’t go anywhere.”

The "hate speech" narrative is being treated as gospel by those ignoramuses.

9
ThunderCuntHillary 9 points ago

It's pathetic. The thing is, all of the popular politics subs, along with most subs in general, on Reddit are full of comments promoting violence, assault, murder, doxxing, what they call "hate speech" and even calls to assassinate GEOTUS. These comments are all targeted at conservatives, yet somehow they don't violate Reddits rules. It is an absolute joke.

We need to put together collages of said comments and get them to people like Don Jr, Ted Cruz, and other people with a large audience. It most likely won't result in anything but it is worth a shot. I am going to do it tonight, although I despise going into the reddit cesspool.

14
Ghostphaez 14 points ago

The comments are more cancerous than normal.

9

Voted for him in the 2016 primary (sorry). As a Texan I had a little more first hand expensive, and felt like not only did we share some views but he had actually gone to Congress and done what he said he would. That's a rare trait. Luckily Trump also has those traits.

I am sorry I cannot support the appeasement of the radical left by the cowardice of the current republicans. They need to get voted out so we can get people in who actually fight for us with laws.

16
JoeBidenTouchedMe 16 points ago

The time to vote them out was during the primaries. Right now Dems are chomping at the bit to ban the filibuster, create statehood for D.C. (+2 dems in the senate permanently), pack SCOTUS, and use EOs to ban all guns, ban all O&G, and ensure censorship becomes more entrenched.

13
gamexa 13 points ago

Seriously, it's not between the Republicans and some hypothetical perfect candidates. It's between the Republicans, who are pussies and suck, and the Democrats, who want to destroy the country and want us dead.

Racist is just a label. If you dislike the way a group of people are acting and comment on it, it doesnt mean the whole race... unless the whole race is guilty. Then whats erong with stating the obvious? Hurts fee fees. White people get bashed all day and as you see reddit explicitly says thats approved

2
Leonardodapinchy 2 points ago

What should Ted Cruz do?

I dunno.... Use his public platform to gather conservatives in government to draft legislation that protects free speech? Or legislation that strips special considerations from companies (section 230) that don't honor the constitution. Publicly call-out/address congressmen/senators (both republicans and democrats) who don't back such legislation?

We're not asking for ANY special treatment here. We just want our representatives to actually enforce the very doctrine that our country's foundation is based upon. Freedom of speech for all people--- Not just those who's political party has the most control.

Cruz wants to be President 2024. Remember, he used to be anti-Trump...and thus, probably still is deep down, even if he appears based now. Based people are based from go. It's in our blood. We do not shill for the cause of neo-marxist rubes and never will.

Poeple can redeem themselves, but my how quickly he turned coat...

Right now he's just another memelord on Twitter. All of our side is.

3
EgalitarianismIsEvil 3 points ago

Cruz was anti-Trump when he should have been. Trump was a Hillary cheerleader as recently as 2012. He had good reason to be anti-Trump prior to the election. If you need a refresher, here it is for you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xM8jfZTC6Mo&feature=emb_title

0
Modus_Pwninz 0 points ago

Is my memory fucked or did Cruz not literally run against Trump in the primaries and shit-talk him all the way?

By your logic, Cruz is more based than Trump and we shouldn't trust Trump. Which is odd...

1
EgalitarianismIsEvil 1 point ago

They attacked each other. That's what a primary is for. Trump called Ben Carson a pedophile, claimed Ted was having an affair, etc. We can rehash all of that if you like, but I don't care to. Cruz has been a more consistent conservative. That said, I'm happy with Trump as president. They're working together. The real problem is that failed 2012 guy who Trump endorsed as a senator in Utah and is now stabbing him in the back.

He will always cuck when it matters. Words are just words. The only "politician" I trust WITHOUT RESERVE is DONALD J. TRUMP

Lion Ted has our back. I have really been liking him a lot lately.

Because Lion Ted gets that this isn't about left, or right, but everyone.

Us today, them tomorrow.

_KNX_ 1 point ago

Ted Cruz has been my senator for a long time, and I've always liked him. But after being forged in the fires of Trumpism, Lion Ted is like a superhero now.

1
GravityBounce1976 1 point ago

I don't trust Ted. His wife is a member of the CFR.

1
snoopy3210 1 point ago

We have to explain Ted Cruz and others what really happened: infiltrators created new accounts on the_donald and started attacks on the police, which was against the policies. Everybody knows the_donald love the police force. Also there was no "hate speech", it was all produced by infiltrated outside users in order to get the place banned.

TIME TO EXPLAIN CLEARLY HOW THEY SHUT DOWN THE_DONALD AND GIVE ARGUMENTS TO LAWMAKERS TO SUPPORT FREE SPEECH. Without arguments, they won't be able to defend it.

1
123breadman 1 point ago

Love the police force? More like I want them to do their job.

AtariArtist 1 point ago

Too bad he or the article didn't mention this place.

1
Americalover 1 point ago

He better do something about it! Getting tired of the all talk no action from spineless republicans! We literally have 4 months to fix this shit!!!

1
thehacker4channel 1 point ago

“Culture of free speech?”

No, it’s our constitutional RIGHT to free speech, and no one is protecting it.

1
seismic 1 point ago

I’d like to see him write a bill instead of yucking it up on twitter and parler all day. He’s a great politician I’ll give him that.

2
flashersenpai 2 points ago

He does write bills and relatively often. And they're good ones too. They don't make it to voting though.

1
SevereWeather 1 point ago

A Tweet is a hollow gesture. Legislation introduced as a Senator or an investigation from a committee would be a nice next step.

1
JesusLovesTrump 1 point ago

Yes I hope he runs again

1
Raizen7 1 point ago

anyone can talk about it... no one have "ball" to do something about it...spineless GOP.

1
freespeech4all 1 point ago

How? I want to see action

They’re now saying to move to Parler so they dont have to do shit

2
_tiredofthebullshit 2 points ago

Parler is controller opposition

1
MAGANatsFan 1 point ago

He didn't mention this place. I'm surprised nobody did. I don't do twitter but if i did i would so go to .win for unrestricted news

1
de9ebkmd7 1 point ago

He has our back with what? Words on one of Big Tech's platforms?

1
Spermythecat 1 point ago

Tribunals when?

1
Mcbignuts 1 point ago

I like Ted but cmon man enuff with the strongly worded stern letters that destroy the left with facts n logic.... Do something for real, pass legislation fr fucks sake

1
Danmax67 1 point ago

Talkie, talkie talkie. No more talkie.

When I have to resort to quoting Billy Madison, you know action, not a tweet, is needed.

1
IntrepidBurger 1 point ago

So many fucking concern trolls in here. Does no one know what a Senator does?

They propose bills. They vote on bills. Cruz has done both, overwhelmingly in favor of POTUS.

It must be summer kids out of school because shitting on one of Trump's best supporters makes no sense.

1
tomcollins 1 point ago

I hope he does, but i hope that Lion Ted isn't all roar and no bite you know? For far too long the GOP has sat idly by and watched conservatives get picked off by silicon valley one by one and they were warned about it repeatedly and told that if they didn't do anything these platforms would seek to use their overwhelming power to manipulate the election, it's good that they're finally listening i suppose, but we need proper fucking Lion energy here, the GOP needs to move it to catch up given all the time they've wasted before.

1
TheLeakyWeasel 1 point ago

The left has become modern day nazi's and fascists. It's going to take either a strong political push to move these nutbags out of office and therefore less influence or a major national revolution. Either way, I don't think we've seen the worst of any of this yet.

Lying Ted has ties to things that I have apprehension about...but he is a nice controlled talking mouth in Congress!

1
DanIsSwell 1 point ago

When he had that tonsil stone on his lip, that was the badness leaving him. He is all good now.

1
johnbillaby 1 point ago

I wish these folks that are on Parler would mirror their twitter posts to it, then we could just eliminate twitter from our lives completely.

This is equivalent of having your donation read by a titty streamer.

Ted has been all talk. Don't get me wrong, it's better than nothing, but they need to DO something!

1
flashersenpai 1 point ago

Do what?

1
RiverFenix 1 point ago

You have to create the trail/gather the evidence/establish the connections before you can bring the hammer down.

If they would have done it in 2016-now, WE would have understood immediately but normies would have been spoon fed the Tyrannical Republican narrative and would have bought it up.

You have to wait until FB, Insta, Twatter etc become OPENLY the cesspools we know them to be. When it's non-stop BLM, Antifags, Pussy hats etc etc (which it is).. normies will wonder where the counter narrative (we) is/are..

we're at Dot win. We're at Parler.

The path is being laid out for everyone to follow- when the hammer comes down on the others, there will be established bastions of free speech like this place. And Ted Cruz and Biggs and Nunes and all the others will point to their own Tweets... and say :LOOK. We told you. We warned them. We wrote strongly worded letters and were lied to our faces at congressional hearings and frankly.. We just don't give a damn anymore. *HAMMER"

Well I like the GOP too now compared the shitty communist and racist Dems but let's not think they are on our side. It's cool if you like some things he said but the Dems and GOP have never acted like they give one shit about you and I. I think they (the GOP) are riding a wave that they think will make them dominant and nothing more. Remember they didn't like Trump. But again, I'm fine if they are up in arms to stop the juggernaut that is trying to collapse our Republic.

Fuck that globalist motherfucker Ted Cruz. He feigns support for Trump.

1

Nonsense. Cruz has never been a globalist.
