As much as I hate the idea of innocent people being adversely affected, we really need to drag these de-fund the police vampires out into the sunlight and show them what the world is really like when there are no cops to call. Stay safe everyone!

It's not their fault, but, uh, they DO live in a democrat city. What did they think would happen, Utopia?

AlphaNathan 197 points ago

Thrash me if you want, but I moved here not even thinking about whether our mayor was red or blue. I met my wife here. I found my church here. I have a good-paying job here.

The D Charlotte mayor won 77 to 22 in 2019. You want me to abandon my home? Not yet, man. I will fight the commies one by one for as long as I can.

stepping_razor123 139 points ago

I had a six figure + paying job working on a trading desk (stock market). 10 years ago my wife and I moved to an unfashionable rural area because I could see this coming. I have worked as a delivery driver for a building company since then and now work as a labourer on a farm in the late summer/fall and part time janitor.

Its not easy but one has to identify their true priorities in life. At least my children are safe...

Know what’s even better? Living in a small city in the southern US making 6-figure salaries. 10/10 would recommend.

The long term trend for those with foresight and initiative is rising. The opposite is also true, and for those too hidebound to take appropriate action.

15
Getfuckedcommietrash 15 points ago

Have you tried getting a remote job? Working from home is the shit. You can make six figures + working from home in sales.

6
murkdollasign 6 points ago

I'm a sales executive making 85k a year in a rural midwest suburb.

Businesses haven't even been open so being in b2b sales I've just been getting paid to get super high and drunk all day at home shitposting on the internet.

I honestly hate it.

3
QueenMAGA 3 points ago

Where do I apply?

4
Getfuckedcommietrash 4 points ago

Simplyhired.com has a ton of remote job postings. Having sales experience obviously helps. Most pharma and medical sales jobs allow you to work from home depending on the exact thing you are selling.

3
murkdollasign 3 points ago

Fuck pharma literally zero sales skills required

1
QueenMAGA 1 point ago

Thanks Pede, I'll definitely check it out!

3
murkdollasign 3 points ago

Search for:

"outside b2b jobs"

"sales executive"

"sales consultant"

"sales representative"

I would only go into fields that are b2b as they are much more professional and prestigious compared to d2d or retail sales.

It helps if you have a wife or kids first. A lot of people acquire their friends through work. Many of my friends have met their wives through work, as well.

Mr_Mike 9 points ago

You moved away from a 100k+ job (albeit likely stressful) for a job in the country as a delivery truck driver and farm hand? All because you could see this coming 10 years in advance? Idk fren, that seems like an interesting decision, likely one I wouldn't make myself. But, as long as you and your family are happy, that is all that matters.

5
CovfefeAndDoughnuts 5 points ago

100k 10 years ago was like 200k today. He also worked at a trading desk. I’m sure he’s just fine. Also that was at the bottom of the housing market - I’m sure he did fine ^2

5

I support you Pede, and understand since I lived in blue cities most of my life, but we are at war for the soul of our country. War is not comfortable, and the left is mobilized... our side needs to mobilize as well. There are some hard decisions to be made and we are headed for times of even greater strife before this gets better. God bless you and your family.

12
Capitalism_Fuck_Yeah 12 points ago

Ironically Democrats are turning their homes into warzones while conservative areas are peaceful. They are fighting themselves and gangs. You can't start a war by burning down your own cities and destroying your own factories....

At this point they are busy shooting themselves in the foot, leg, and chest. No point in stopping them right now especially since they are cheering each other on to do it and celebrating while they bleed.

3
unicornpoop 3 points ago

But then they will be given federal aid via our tax money to support all the "victims" and rebuild. We have to secede. Working class America can no longer exist with the 1% or the welfare class.

2
queue-anon 2 points ago

Indeed. People are waking up every day. This is why Trump doesn't interfere with the enemy while they are in the process of destroying themselves. It may seem like we are losing but we are not when it comes to waking people up. Fuck polls. Look at Trump rally numbers. That's the true poll. Wait till you see how many former democrats attended Trump's rally in Tulsa.

34
Wearyman 34 points ago

Nah, no thrashing. I'm in a similar situation with the blue state I live in. Thankfully I live in the Burbs near the countryside, and am armed. Have food growing in my garden (a real garden, not a badly managed CHAZ plot) and lots of deer nearby. Worst case scenario I can bug out to the family home in the countryside and hang with my folks and the Amish.

13
txladyvoter 13 points ago

A real garden! Good for you!

11
Wearyman 11 points ago

I already have peppers to harvest, because I dug up my pepper plants last fall and potted them in large pots and kept them under grow lights all winter. They are rather "leggy" (I have them supported with trellises) but they are still producing delicious peppers, especially now that they are outdoors again. My peas are flowering and my toms and beans are growing rapidly. The smaller herb garden is producing like crazy already.

8
txladyvoter 8 points ago

I seem to have zero luck with peppers. They start to produce one pepper and then rot. Squash is beginning to show some squash. Tomatoes are doing better.

Enjoy! It is so rewarding to grow your food. And you get to paintbrush pollinate and get to feel productive!

10
Wearyman 10 points ago

Pepper actually require less water than other plants. They are a tropical plant, and are used to long spells with no water. They still need water, just less of it, and more consistently.

For example: I have a pepper plant in a large pot (about a 10 gallon pot, cylindrical, with about a 1 foot opening on top) and I put about 12oz of water in it daily, sometimes 16oz. (1 water bottle) That's all. And they do great. If your peppers are rotting, it's either too cold where you are, or you are over watering.

You might also need better drainage in your soil. Peppers don't like to sit in soggy soil. If you have high-clay content soil that doesn't drain well, try using a raised bed with a gravel base layer under about 1 foot of soil. This will allow the soil to be wet enough to support the peppers, deep enough for a good root system, but the gravel will allow drainage enough to prevent over watering.

Lastly, keep peppers and toms away from each other. They both use the same nutrients out of the soil. never plant a pepper in soil that a tom has been in without either a significant "rest" period or lots of supporting fertilizer and fine ground mulch to replace the missing nutrients.

Good luck!

1
Capitalism_Fuck_Yeah 1 point ago

I didn't know you could rip out peppers in the fall and replant next year. How well do they produce/grow the second year?

1
Wearyman 1 point ago

Pretty good. Although the plants will be kind of ugly and need support as they will get big and "leggy" over the winter. They also need to be in a warm place and have VERY good light. (as in, multiple grow light fixtures, not just one) and once you move them back outdoors you will need to make sure they have lots of trellis support so the longer branches don't break off from their own weight. In the wild they tend to grow along the ground, but that ruins the fruit from our perspective.

an Amish drive by

10
fusreedah 10 points ago

Do the amish have guns?

20
Wearyman 20 points ago

Yes, actually. Because they love peace, they know they need to be armed. Also, they hunt. (And vote, very consistently, for conservative candidates.) They also have one more key thing: Food, and lots of it, along with copious knowledge on how to grow more. They own and run farms of all kinds and significantly overproduce for the market. My dad has worked with them for years both in his small business and also to barter for goods and services, so he has built up a very good relationship with many of them. Any area with an Amish community will do well in any SHTF situation, as long as the local "English" (non-amish folks like us) are willing to stand shoulder to shoulder with them to defend their farms.

7
fusreedah 7 points ago

I wasn't doubting or anything, just asking sincerely. I'm Aussie so don't know much about them. Cheers pede/mate!

well, you'll have to give up alcohol. And learn an antique form of German (their bible is written in it) and be very religiously observant. Oh, and the very plain clothes, minimal showers and no internet. Depending on the sub-group you join you might be allowed a cell phone.

I'm thinking it's easier to just be one of their "English" friends. Tolerance and acceptance of a devout lifestyle of someone else is generally easier than full conversion. Especially when that lifestyle is an offshoot of Christianity.

I also live in a much, much larger Democrat run city, with a home, family and business. Eventually things will get very, very ugly. I see it developing in my part of the city, where it was once a quiet suburb.

They're pushing this breakdown and societal conflict into every corner of our country. I might escape to a better state, and live out my life relatively safely, but what about my kids. It will eventually reach them in that better state. Even Texas is infested and struggling.

Yeah, I didnt move to California because it was blue. I moved here despite that, because north california is gorgeous (sorry, I know people hate saying it but it IS beautiful here), and its my husbands home since the day he was born. I have no right to rip him away from his entire life and family because I hate how blue it is here and I hate whats happening. It doesnt work like that.

Im still fighting for Cali. I dont care.

Edit: not to mention if we did end up moving somewhere red id never hear the end of "reeeee youre from a blue state youre not welcome!" Blah blah blah. I think its ridiculous, btw, that ppl think the ppl who turned Cali blue are actually from California originally. The US sent every shit liberal from other states here and when they go home because they ruined it here, they scream that californians are moving to "red states". Thats not true, ive barely met white liberals who didn't move here from other states first. They are for the most part simply going home.

I still want people shot for that.

I think 2020 will be different.

Good luck. If history has taught us something is that the only way to get rid of commies is if another commie kills them.

1
Home_ 1 point ago

definitely not the only way.

Hell, for a lot of these larping commies, just the experience of living in real communism will turn them off of it. Look at that kid who’s laptop and 400 cash were stolen from his tent in Seattle. Look at how he was treated when he brought the issue up. That kid is secretly voting red down the ballot for at least the next 10 years, I’d bet a kilo of silver on it. Many more like him and that “communism” is a joke

17
Pau1F01ey 17 points ago

What if they can’t leave for familial or financial reasons? One of my friends lives near Philly and he’s fucking terrified of what’s going on.

11
DavidBrockShill 11 points ago

He has enough possessions to sell that would be enough to move. Sometimes past mistakes require lots of sacrifice to begin to fix.

12
Pau1F01ey 12 points ago

My friend? He can’t. His grandparents can’t move due to medical issues and he’s in, as he puts it, a bad part of town where he’s damn near the only person to speak English in his apartment. Landlord’s lease won’t allow him to bring a gun into the building so he’s got a knife and baseball bat.

29
Wearyman 29 points ago

He should be violating his lease. Right now being armed is all that matters, especially in a Blue area. Anyone still concerned about trivial matters like lease terms is going to end up dead.

2
Getfuckedcommietrash 2 points ago

This, he sounds like a coward.

2
Block_Helen 2 points ago

The guy that stays with his family in a dangerous place is a coward, and the guy who abandons his family in the dangerous place for a safer retreat is not a coward? Huh.

Or if you were just talking about being armed, yeah, I would get armed even if it's a violation of the lease (though I don't see how a lease could override state law but whatever). Still, if he needs that apartment it's a risk.

20
SwampDrainerLocal911 20 points ago

His landlord does not occupy a seat on the US Supreme Court. He needs a gun.

He needs to think about what's more important, violating his lease, or having someone violate him.

18
DavidBrockShill 18 points ago

My condolences to his family. He cant abandon them. That's very unfortunate. But, fuck that lease. I'd break that shit in a heartbeat to bring in a firearm.

5
Pissedoffamerican 5 points ago

Fuck the lease!! Tell your friend to get guns!!!

3
TheThreeSeashells 3 points ago

Landlord’s lease won’t allow him to bring a gun into the building

The second amendment overrides that. Even if he agreed to the lease. I'm sure the landlord isn't providing armed security for every resident so he can't dictate that nobody is allowed to protect themselves in a dangerous situation he created. It's a little different sneaking in guns against a lease than something like a dog or cat or unauthorized residents.

Also wondering if the landlord banned knives, bats, crowbars, etc, too.

1
Pau1F01ey 1 point ago

As he put it:

The apartment needs constant maintenance and every time someone complains about a bug problem (which is often) they do mandatory "extermination". So yeah, I get a gun, I become homeless. NOT! AN! OPTION!

2
TheThreeSeashells 2 points ago

This place is sounding worse by the minute. There has to be a better place to live. Can't have a gun, the landlords are constantly barging in, there's a bug problem and it's falling apart...in a crappy part of town. Unless he's living there for free, I don't see why he would stay.

Also, he just has to find a good hiding space for the gun(s). They're maintenance men. They don't have a search warrant. They can fix what they're supposed to fix, then get the hell out. I've lived in apartments and I knew what my rights are.

Yesterday I got a book delivered in the mail. My wife was expecting a book in the mail so I thought nothing of it. I opened it, turned out it's the upstairs neighbor's, accidentally put in my mailbox. It's a copy of "White Fragility" which is super racist and pro white genocide. Thankfully the fucks upstairs are college kids that are moving out, currently. It's scary down here. Imagine being a Jew and accidentally opening a copy of Mein Kampf that was meant to be sent to your neighbor.

2
Captain_Triips 2 points ago

Let's ask Thomas Jefferson:

The passage of the Patowmac through the Blue Ridge is perhaps one of the most stupendous scenes in Nature. You stand on a very high point of land. On your right comes up the Shenandoah, having ranged along the foot of the mountain a hundred miles to seek a vent.

On your left approaches the Patowmac in quest of a passage also. In the moment of their junction they rush together against the mountain, rend it asunder and pass off to the sea. The first glance of this scene hurries our senses into the opinion that this earth has been created in time, that the mountains were formed first, that the rivers began to flow afterwards, that in this place particularly they have been so dammed up by the Blue Ridge of mountains as to have formed an ocean which filled the whole valley; that, continuing to rise, they have at last broken over at this spot and have torn the mountain down from its summit to its base.

The piles of rock on each hand, but particularly on the Shenandoah, the evident marks of their disruptions and avulsions from their beds by the most powerful agents in nature, corroborate the impression.

This scene is worth a voyage across the Atlantic.

As much as I hate the idea of innocent people being adversely affected,

A wole slew of them voted for this shit, for years. Sometimes the only thing you can do is stop shielding idiots from their bad decisions.

7
TheThreeSeashells 7 points ago

I passed the point of caring about them a long time ago. I saw the story about the 75 year-old white woman (Victoria Sims) who was killed by the black guy (Aaron Glee) in Tallahassee the other day because she was out protesting for BLM. I felt not one ounce of remorse for her or for her family. Neither did my wife who is usually a more soft on things like that. After reading her bio, I was surprised she survived 75 years.

If these morons want to purposely put themselves in dangerous situations and support dangerous people, I'm not going to think it's some sort of tragedy when, predictably, something bad happens to them.

Side note: I did a quick search to look up the names of the TWO people he murdered. The other one was a 19 year-old black BLM protester. Almost every headline I came across read similar to this actual one from CBS: "Black Lives Matter protester and 2nd woman found dead in Florida; arrest made." The article treats the 75 year-old woman as, "Oh, yeah, he killed some old white broad, too."

I didn't think I could feel even less sympathy but then I laughed out loud because even after all her virtue signaling, since her murder doesn't work for the Leftist narrative they treated her like a discarded piece of garbage barely warranting a mention.

13
AlphaNathan 13 points ago

Sometimes things have to get worse before they get better.

12
isitpedanticenough 12 points ago

If innocent people are being affected, so be it. They didn't speak up for law and order loud enough because it was uncomfortable. Now, they may find it far more uncomfortable. Perhaps they'll learn to be a little louder next time in defense of the principles we hold dear.

Yeah, because according to BLM you're racist if you're white and call the police on black people.

OK...........

So if I see a black person getting robbed, beaten, etc I'll just wait and call the coroner. Great logic BLM.

6
Pissedoffamerican 6 points ago

No, you call the social worker who will then try to de-escalate the situation while conferring with others to get the proper resources to assess the situation and then hopefully they will save the victim and ride off into the sunset......KEK 🤣😂🤣😂🤡🌎

4
TheThreeSeashells 4 points ago

No, you call the social worker

I love that idea they came up with. Because drunks and meth heads are always willing to calm down and have a heart-to-heart conversation in the middle of an altercation. I just wonder if the taxpayers are also going to have to pay the charges for the diapers they'll be supplying for the social workers every time they answer one of these calls.

3
Marshall 3 points ago

There's a shortage of social workers so they're bringing in first year genders studies students.

2
SwampDrainerLocal911 2 points ago

Great, as if ammo was not already too expensive, now we're going to have social workers buying it all up.

1
Captain_Triips 1 point ago

you mean the DA that files charges against cops for using a taser because it is a deadly weapon and two weeks later files charges against cops for shooting a guy because a tazer is not a deadly weapon?

i would respond but it would be a slow roll so it would be over by the time i got there

2
Captain_Triips 2 points ago

innit funny how they don't want white people around until they (and their tax money) start moving away

then they start screaming about white flight

maybe if they didn't turn neighborhoods into violent shit holes whites wouldn't flight

In the words of the great Roman Emperor Caracala: “It’s the ENTIRE city that’s guilty”

5
InSaNeOldGuy 5 points ago (edited)

Blue city mayors ran on the words "Progressive" and "Reform-Minded”... They're mostly defense attorneys who have long hated police. Americans are now seeing the truth; that reformation can only come when we have a strong police force who will enforce Constitution law.

5
thegeebeebee 5 points ago

Democrats profit from high crime. Politically and personally.

2
InSaNeOldGuy 2 points ago

Agreed... Republicans have God front and center written into their platform (which has now been shortened to one page). Democrats removed God in His entirely I believe back in '12 when oBOMBa ran for his second term.

Without God, there is no moral compass; no "do unto others". Just evil run amuck and crime run rampant.

4
thegeebeebee 4 points ago

They booed God. In the same convention, one of the elderly Dems threatened mass violence if Obama wasn't elected.

Fuckin terrorists.

4
InSaNeOldGuy 4 points ago (edited)

yep.. I remember it like it was yesterday. They voted on it. It took three times I think. And they booed God loudly every time His name was mentioned.

You reap what you sow Democrats..........

4
intolerantofstupid 4 points ago

Innocent people need to stop voting democrat. The only way for them to wake up and smell the ashes is if their own city is on fire. Sad, but true. Hopefully they will also think twice before saying anything against second amendment again.

2
Captain_Triips 2 points ago

but see, the dems have them scared of whitey. He wants to beat and kill them in the streets and bring back slavery

they have convinced them that putting republicans in office will allow crackers to do this

on the other hand, the dems care about and protect them. they hand out free stuff to prove it

white liberals buy into this bullshit

2
intolerantofstupid 2 points ago

The dems have a very effective propaganda machine at their disposal - the entire lamestream media. Sadly, they are capable of convincing people of the most ridiculous shit.

The are backpedaling now saying they never meant "defund" but to "reallocate" or fund social programs. Basically the DNC got ahold of the defund movement and shifted it back to their failed policy ideas. It would be funny if they weren't literally covering up radicals promoting suicidal ideas to stop people from discovering what they've been working on.

I really want this to happen. Between defunding and walk offs, blue areas will turn into burning 3rd world shit holes. I want America to see the starkest possible contrast between red and blue areas.

45
o0_rambler_0o 45 points ago

Any American who doesn't see the contrast already doesn't really deserve to be called an American at this point.

18
Side-o-Beef_Curtains 18 points ago

Truer words never spoken. If people are still asleep now they probably drool on themselves and go to school on a short bus.

17
FreeBased1 17 points ago

But are the normies smart enough to put 2 and 2 together? Or will they blame Trump?

12
Mrdarkshine 12 points ago

Trump will be calling for law and order while dems praise the anarchy and call anyone who wants order restored a racist.

6
ProfessorRomendev 6 points ago

Honestly, the real worry at this point is Trump loosing support cause he’s saying ‘law and order’ but isn’t actually doing shit to stop it.

Yes yes, WE know it’s a strategy to make the dems reel from their garbage policies and rhetoric, but there will be tons of voters who don’t get that.

12
Mrdarkshine 12 points ago

There's really only so much a president can do. Shit has to get really bad to send in the U.S. military in any capacity other than symbolic support of local police. The military's job isn't to police American cities. Their job is to kill people and destroy things.

5
ProfessorRomendev 5 points ago

True, but how many people are going to see his tweets about sending in the national guard and say 'well fucking do it!'

3
incogneato 3 points ago

sending the National Guard is far different from sending in federal troops to impose martial law, fren

2
ProfessorRomendev 2 points ago

If my world is bruning down around me because dem policies and rhetoric made the police take a sick day, I’m not going to care about what the difference is. I’m going to see that everything is on fire and blame everyone in charge, including the president

3
Mrdarkshine 3 points ago

This will be different from riot control. We aren't going to have military service members responding to domestic violence calls or a burglary in progress. Policing has to be done by police.

1
ProfessorRomendev 1 point ago

While true, that won’t be a consolation to the people victimized by this crime wave

9
CuomoisaMassMurderer 9 points ago

You're not seeing the objective. If UN blue helmets are called in to replace the Police, that's the easiest way to implement OWG (One World Government)

Not saying that would be the next step, but don't cooperate with their agenda to cancel the US!

The most we should do is contain the violence to those areas where there is already no rule of law. One way to do that is pay a friendly visit to the local Chief of Police to voice approval. (Assuming we're in a good area that hasn't fallen to the bs) There should be a Nationwide recruitment drive to fill existing job openings for cops with experienced LEOs who quit crazy cities.

8
Friendly_B 8 points ago

I think Blue Helmets ARE their next step. They are fully aware that some of their cities are about to become war zones. If it's not Blue Helmets then it's a federalized Nazi police force the Left will try to build.

7
CuomoisaMassMurderer 7 points ago

This "federal police force" may well effectively be UN blue helmets in disguise. Subject US to the ICC.

Those are just predictable steps. Defending the US Constitution is better!

2
Captain_Triips 2 points ago

I think Blue Helmets ARE their next step.

they better fucking step back because GEOTUS ain't gonna put up with that

he is slowly separating us from the UN

8
DavidBrockShill 8 points ago

The contrast should be so visible already. Think about how rich you need to be to be able to afford to own a car in New York city lol. Literally less freedom than someone who is super poor but owns an old pickup truck

1
Captain_Triips 1 point ago

the blue areas will become blackened areas

1
justforthissubred 1 point ago

They want you to feel that way. Because that will allow them to justify calling in private security forces staffed with H1B holders that will have no issue brutalizing Americans.

50
Reddit_refuge3 50 points ago

I love reading "it'll probably be more peaceful now that all the cops quit" crowd on twitter...no asshole that's not how criminals work. There's nothing grassroots about any of this movement though.

I want Atlanta’s example to spread to every blue city

It’s time for police to take a break and show these democrats exactly what their “defund police” leads to.

Spend this time interviewing at nice non violent suburbs where you get paid more money to just sit in your car and play candy crush the whole day

28
Wearyman 28 points ago

I'm actually OK with it just being Atlanta. They make a good example. An area that voted nearly 100% blue, with a PD that is Majority Black. Seattle is giving us the example of the dysfunction of a Communist state, and now Atlanta will give us the example of a city with a "Defunded" police department.

It's school time in America, time for the normies to LEARN.

13
Barack0bama 13 points ago

no, they all need to burn

Democrats lack empathy, they simply don't understand unless it happens to them

8
Wearyman 8 points ago

Not all of them. The economic impact would cripple the recovery and hurt Trump's chances in the fall. We don't need them all to burn, just a few examples. Although I can certainly see the allure of allowing Dem cities the country over to suffer the results of their bad decisions.

10
Barack0bama 10 points ago

as far as I'm concerned this country needs a reset

if it takes a few bad years in democrat cities for people to realize Democrats are insane, then its a price this country needs to pay

noone is going to blame Trump for this, he has been the only one with the balls to actually back the police. The collapse of democratic cities will be 100% on the shoulders of democrat leaders

7
Gunslinger1776 [S] 7 points ago

2

Atlanta also proves that, when the cops walk out, no other help is coming

Why would they send their officers in to risk being charged by that corrupt, pandering DA (who is under investigation for pocketing money allocated to law enfforcement)

  1. Riots
  2. Calls for defund the police
  3. Police either walk off or are hobbled
  4. Citizens demand order
  5. Communist auto-zones or Nat Guard (depends on politics of governor).

This is how they split up America.

15
CuomoisaMassMurderer 15 points ago

Their goal is not to split the US, but to include the whole world under one government

6
LastconservativeNY 6 points ago

They don't understand that we will never allow that.

The surveillance state that will replace alot of policing will benefit tech companies. We already have alot of cameras and listening devices in and around our homes. Imagine if they could be used for policing. The groundwork has already been done, because we have seen the test cases already through the court system (fitbit and alexa). As far as how will arrests be made, just imagine if the Boston dynamic robot dog was used in policing like in Fehrenheit 451. You won't need that many humans and the ones in the system will be ultra educated in policing and psycology.

If they eventually decide to chip us, as Bill Gates has talked about, so the surveillence state can be more effective, it would help big pharma and the tech companies that benefit.

1
Capitalism_Fuck_Yeah 1 point ago

12
CuomoisaMassMurderer 12 points ago

I think we should go farther. There should be a Nationwide recruitment drive to roll out the welcome mat for cops leaving crazy cities to fill existing job openings for Police where they'll be appreciated rather than thrown under the bus.

It's important that the violence, supported by government, not be allowed to spread.

1
Cyer6 1 point ago

Hopefully they can move through the hiring process quickly as a lateral. Some hiring processes can take months.

18
Thehumancentipede 18 points ago

What’s the latest?

28
Mrdarkshine 28 points ago

Conflicting reports of mass walk offs with entire precincts abandoned, and a few officers calling in sick. The truth is probably somewhere in between, but I have a feeling the walkout will start catching steam in Atlanta and possibly spread to other cities.

24
Barack0bama 24 points ago

you can listen to actual police bands and its a ghost town

the reason for conflicting reports is that CNN headquarters is in Atlanta so they have an incentive to paint a rosy picture to make sure criminals stay home

9
Mrdarkshine 9 points ago

At some point APD wilk have to tell the public the truth, and when criminals find out there are no police all hell will break loose.

2
Captain_Triips 2 points ago

2
Spirit_of_Resistance 2 points ago

2
Capitalism_Fuck_Yeah 2 points ago

I've listened to Atlanta police radios and dead silence. Big city near me is active 24/7. Atlanta police radio should not be silent.

1
Mrdarkshine 1 point ago

I was just listening to zone 6 this morning, which is supposedly completely abandoned, and I heard plenty of chatter. Maybe last night was a different story. I generally find when conflicting rumors are flying that the truth is somewhere in the middle.

2
Capitalism_Fuck_Yeah 2 points ago

I was listening to zone 6 last night for an hour around 11pm and dead silence. I heard maybe 3 things said.

1
johnsmithshitpost 1 point ago

Everyone's holding their breath, but sooner or later the reparations will begin and then we're in for a fun coupla days

1
milktoastfencesitter 1 point ago

I listened to Atlanta zone 6 East for 4 hours last night (midnight EST to 4AM...I was working).

Mostly dead silence but I picked up these interactions:

  1. Someone (cop?) radios dispatch and says guns stolen from a precinct.

  2. Cop sags he sees an “antifa-guard” looking person behind a building.

  3. Lots of checks by dispatch to cop cars who don’t report in. Some do.

  4. A request to dispatch for more resources.

  5. Dispatch requesting more resources and some guy says it’s outside federal boundary or something.

  6. A few break ins, and few drunks.

  7. Cop cars from other zones coming over to assist zone 6.

I am trying to be open-minded, since it’s probably my first time listening to police radio. I read that the line to the dispatcher in unencrypted, and that’s why it’s pissible for us to listen. But other channels are likely encrypted, so who knows what I missed.

I switched a few times to other police radios in the USA who had similar sized zones and only dispatch (no fire, emt chatter), and in those cities it was MUCH more active. I would here something every minute. But with ATL zone 6 East it was nestly dead silence all the time.

I don’t know what to make of it.

16
Nilremdrol 16 points ago

As someone that lives in the outskirts of Atlanta... I can't wait for all the police to call in sick. My only problem is going to be choosing which weapon to use. #BluFlu for all you liberal bastards with no guns. #Police>Criminals #FuckBlackCulture

I sure hope these latest events are a wake up call to all Police Departments in liberal cities across the nation. Some have kneeled with BLM, posted their support of BLM on social media & have even turned their back on us. They arrested based protestors & not BLM or Antifa in the past.

Look what happened in Berkeley and Portland etc. Didn’t the Police also funnel based protestors right to Antifa at one protest.

I do support the Police & hope they now realize who has their back & who would rather stab them in the back.

Getting rid of the police is a major goal of Soros. Personally I'm not happy that he is accomplishing it.

3
RiverFenix 3 points ago

He's not.

The more they advocate their insanity, the more it galvanizes the forces against them.

The police are on our side and don't want to be unemployed any more than you or me. They'll keep doing their job until it's no longer safe to do so (not backed by Government anymore) and they will disperse. But as I keep saying elsewhere - Cops and Soldiers don't suddenly disappear when they take off their uniforms. They'll band together - their families and friends - and will strive to work together in a mutually beneficial way. All any of us can hope for, is to be included in such a tight knit band/community. The other option is [Seattle Autonomous Zone].

We're not seeing a disbanding of ICE, LEO or Military. We're seeing the sides/lines being drawn and people making moves. Expect to see entire units disband and other units double/triple in size/support. The ones who disband aren't gone, they're just joining the ranks of Antifa and the NWO Pedo-cannibals, or making plans to move away to Red city/State.

2
incogneato 2 points ago

the point where these Dem mayors have to beg him for help on national TV

The leaders of the ruined cities will never do that. They will abandon their cities first and then run and hide in globalist-funded safe houses.

When the normal people of these cities have had enough and they start demanding help on national TV, then we'll see some action.

Until then, unfortunately, I think these leftist-led cities will be left to fester and become the open sores their leaders are hell-bent on turning them into. The normal people will not learn their lesson until it directly affects them and they finally see what we've been trying to warn them about.

I wish it didn't have to come to that, but sometimes there's just no other way. Trump knows that, too.

This shouldn't be something we celebrate. This is one of the last steps in maintaining a civil society. When there are no more cops, there is no more law and order. And without law AND order, there is no civil society.

4
RiverFenix 4 points ago

Cops don't simply disappear when they take off their uniforms and/or don't stand at a street corner taking flak for doing their jobs.

We're quickly approaching a time when citizen soldiers, veterans, police, firefighters etc.. will just be called Americans. They'll be plain clothed, but they're still skilled in their respective occupations and free to move here or there.

You'll find yourself in a shit hole urban hell, or you'll find yourself in a tight knit community where people pull their own weight or they don't survive. These communities will be well armed, well established, law and order will prevail and if you're not from there - you won't be welcomed with open arms. They'll ask where you've been, what you've been doing and the answers you provide better be sufficient.

Look for the pede in the group. Make references. Whether it's a MAGA hat or a remark, we'll know each other in the wild. I wouldn't be too worried - unless you're a Bernie bro who just recently jumped on the trump train, you should be well versed.

I've been on the train since 2016. :-)

I'm from Ohio. I have been to the Rocky Mount area which is essentially the moonshine capital of the world. Everywhere I went, I was escorted with a local who was pretty cool. He gave me the inside information, was really awesome being part of that culture. I visited this dive of a hot-dog location, I mean out in the middle of nowhere. My escort told me that people will be looking over their shoulders at me because they know I was not from around there. He said everybody in the place knows each other, and when there is a stranger in town, they all get real quiet and just keep a corner of their eyes on the stranger. I mean, this makes sense coming from a moonshine town where essentially everybody who lives there is connected somehow to moonshining.

I loved it... I didn't even mind them calling me a Yankee. My escort was talking to somebody about "those damn yankees" (who actually was talking about people from the north moving in to their town) and how much of a pain in the ass they were.... then he looked at me and apologized, lol.

I actually loved it. These boys were American to their fucking core. Even though I was a 'yankee', I felt like a brother with them because I knew one thing, they all loved America, and they all hated an overpowerful government.

If you move to a cop town, it will be few miles outside of a large city. The first thing you should do is hang the US flag. Cops move out to these small town to keep the family out of the cesspool they work in. I lived on a road that had three cop families and a firefighter. All worked in the city about an hour East.

Same thing happens here too, all the RCMP (federal) officers, OPP (provincial) officers and City cops buy property 'outside' of the city for the most part. In places like Rockland Ont it's not uncommon to have 2-3 officers living on your street.

That doesn't however mean that Rockland has no crime - unfortunately 'Mob' type connections exist all over the place and even the best departments will have a few apples who choose to abuse their authority for close/personal relationships. I'm a staunch LEO supporters, but I have no qualms about pointing out a bad one.

They are doing exactly what the left wants...this was never about abolishing the police. This is about replacing the police with an alternate group of people that is aligned with the democrat party.
