I think they are deliberately overcharging the cop and will fast track the trial so when he is found innocent right before the election, all hell will break lose again. It doesn't appear to be the best play as loads of dems are walking away.

OrganicVandal 34 points ago

They can't fast track the trial. He hasn't even been indicted yet. He can't be indicted until a grand jury can be convened and due to covid, the first one is this fall. I think in the press conference he was saying that a grand jury would probably indict Rolfe early next year.

There’s no way his attorney will go on a death penalty case in 5 months. It would be malpractice.

20
ATFGlowBoy69 20 points ago

The entire American justice system is malpractice at this point.

What difference at this point does it make? 🤷‍♀️

VetforTrump 7 points ago

Investigation isn't even done. The DA is another Al Sharpton type of house slave.

5
thetenman 5 points ago

They have all the evidence they need. White man shot black man. White man must go to jail for forever. The details are unimportant.

3
RagnarD 3 points ago

Is the DA a Soros puppet?

3
Southern_Belle 3 points ago

If he is not dirctly, he still works for obama.

The shadow president.

I agree … no trial and released before election. Or after election trial released then riots.

5
ARfreedom 5 points ago

Which is likely the same tactic as increasing the charges against the guy in the George Floyd homicide.

2
Satou 2 points ago

The murder charge is definitely overkill. The issue of a taser being lethal or nonlethal would probably decide the case, if the prosecution had charged him with something reasonable.

silentsputnik 1 point ago

Yeah, this will backfire.

I'm sorry...what?? This idiot has a picture of himself in his office. It's not even a professional picture. Ego much?

Edit: Wearing the same pin and pocket square mountain range

21
Country66 21 points ago

Well he is under investigation for sexual harassment and money laundering so, he's also a criminal himself.

11
SpiritOf76 11 points ago

Read an attorney's analysis of the DAs press conference. Basically it sounded like he was surprised this guy was able to get a passing grade in law school.

8
Ebbie8708 8 points ago

Affirmative action strikes again!

1
Pepedom 1 point ago

Not even surprised by that. I watched the press conference. I've never seen anything so remarkably unprofessional.

1
thetenman 1 point ago

Is it possible for a black to fail law school?

9
YourDaddyKnowsBest [S] 9 points ago

HHahahA… a picture of himself.

6
Ebbie8708 6 points ago

It looks like a picture of himself standing in front of a picture of himself.

They all think they are better than everyone else for doing a shitty job than anyone else.

16
whiskey_shitz 16 points ago

The officer will be exonerated as he should be...the media will push the lie that it's a travesty of justice and use it to stir up riots.

15
YourDaddyKnowsBest [S] 15 points ago

Yep. People have already told me the cop commiTed murder. Then I ask them if they saw video. Then when they watch video they are surprised media lied to them. Media Manipulation

10
whiskey_shitz 10 points ago

I guess it's a good red pill...so that's nice.

We should all download that video. I'm sure they'll do their best to suppress it.

6
YourDaddyKnowsBest [S] 6 points ago

Yep. It’s Amazing what the internet loses.

1
thetenman 1 point ago

Probably won't be allowed at trial.

3
VetforTrump 3 points ago

I don't have anyone that stupid in my circle anymore.

4
tommichael522 4 points ago

This should be unlawful. Libel at least. This is beyond ridiculous.

3
whiskey_shitz 3 points ago

The deep state is really squirming now.

2
VetforTrump 2 points ago

I agree that is the best use of this to the. Because every cop will have tonauit if he is convicted. The job won't be possible to do.

0
thetenman 0 points ago

Not gonna happen. He will be convicted and spend the rest of his life in jail for the color of his skin. Remember this when it happens.

11
The_PhDeplorable 11 points ago

If you watch the bodycam video, you can see that the taser was able to be taken because the officer hesitated to use it. I wonder if this was on his mind during the struggle? If the officer was free to discharge his taser, Rayshard would probably still be alive...

Gulleyfoyleismyname 9 points ago

This guy is ig-nernt. It's worse than ignorant.

Some college somewhere deemed this man educated.

Which I guess their aim WAS to educate Alinsky Foot Soldiers so.....

Mission Accomplished?

🤡🌎

RedditStillSucks 9 points ago (edited)

"let people into college who didnt earn it - let them graduate with garbage degrees and garbage grades - whats the worst that can happen?"

3
Satou 3 points ago

Oooh, is that a degree? You're hired!

3
RiverFenix 3 points ago

Luckily for me I have a PHd from Trump University and good luck debunking those Credentials.

Trump University doesn't leak, confirm or deny whether they exist or not. Merely stating I'm a graduate cum laude, my word should be taken as material fact. You think graduating Trump University isn't an indelible record in my hippocampus. Check my front doors - there's TWO.

2
Satou 2 points ago

I like you.

A corrupt black guy trying to score political points. Shocker.

5
verycute 5 points ago

I have little doubt that the cop will not be convicted. This looks like a corrupt DA trying to get the police to leave.

2
YourDaddyKnowsBest [S] 2 points ago

I have little doubt that the cop will not be convicted.

Yep

1
thetenman 1 point ago

How do you still think he is going to get a fair trial?

1
verycute 1 point ago

Just because the DA is corrupt doesn't mean the rest of the legal system is.

1
thetenman 1 point ago

Have you been asleep for the last four years? The "legal" system has nothing to do with the law. It is a vehicle for power, and it is going to run over that poor officer. Watch and see.

4
ianpatrick1966 4 points ago

What's up with the picture of himself behind himself? Reminds me of the movie airplane

2
YourDaddyKnowsBest [S] 2 points ago

At first I thought it was a mirror reflection. It is weird.

4
CarlosCornPopDelecto 4 points ago

This shit in Atlanta is what's going to get Trump re-elected. We really have to push this.

3
YourDaddyKnowsBest [S] 3 points ago

Yep. Law and order is a loser for Democrats

4
CarlosCornPopDelecto 4 points ago

Especially this case in Atlanta. They can play the violin music for George Floyd, but not Rayshard Brooks, and the fact that the left can't see the difference proves that they are out of touch, and we really need to highlight how out of touch they are.

3
YourDaddyKnowsBest [S] 3 points ago

difference proves that they are out of touch,

The truly are

3
JackLemon 3 points ago

I highly doubt it Why? Because Georgia law already codifies a taser as a deadly weapon That it is CANNOT be legally argued. It is a settled fact of law.

2
thetenman 2 points ago

The law does not apply to those with White skin. He dared to touch one of your Black masters and he must pay. That is the only law that applies here.

3
Fuckfaggotspez 3 points ago

Nah google and twitter will scrub it off their sites

2
TheMadManDidItAgain 2 points ago

Just like when Obama changed his stance on gay marriage.... he evolved. KEK!

This faggot will be given a pass just as Obama was given a pass.

1
YourDaddyKnowsBest [S] 1 point ago

Yep 👍👍👍

2

Taser tag

2
thetenman 2 points ago

Imagine thinking consistency or evidence matter to this prosecutor. He sees a white man and he wants him dead, and he has the power to do it. That poor officer is going to spend the rest of his life in jail for the color of his skin.

2
VetforTrump 2 points ago

Better be. It was always trained for use as less than lethal but we all k ow it can incapacitate you and if you are a cop that means your life is over in 5 seconds.

1
TurdSammich 1 point ago

This guy has a solid case.. but im sure the riots will happen when his case is won.

2
RiverFenix 2 points ago

That's the whole point.

It's like when an armed civilian stops a mass shooting. The point is entirely lost on the general public and they'll focus on the most ridiculous injustice they can come up with for why the mass shooting being stopped is a bad thing because there was an armed civilian in there in the first place. The mere fact that this has to do with a Cop, and someone being fatally shot, 'the people' (BLM) want blood (the cops) and won't settle for any decision less than total capitulation to their demands.
