ANYONE who can and is in the area should head down there now! Bring a flag and a sign!! This could be the spark. One of these confrontations is going to be the spark. The "cops" are really going to have to do some soul searching.

Like any profession there is a mixture of good and bad in their ranks.

You will see lots of officers continue to refuse to enforce this nonsense.

"Just doing my job" is no longer an excuse though, I agree.

65
goodbeerbetterviews2 65 points ago

The difference is that we don't see the bad being punished as it should. They protect their own. I was the biggest law enforcement supporter until recently. That is now gone.

2
Parkyr413 2 points ago

Yup, I have a buddy who is a police officer in one of the most draconian blue states. A job I was his character witness for and he claims to this day I got him to show what I think of the man. However, in the middle of all of this his Snapchat is full of videos if he and friends having fires and house parties with more than then allotted amount. Yet, I am certain, him and his police buddies are out there shutting down on other citizens from doing very similar things. It sickens me and has ruined my opinion of him and most law enforcement. If I didn’t have an uncle who was shot in the line of duty by a violent escaped convict it would be all.

There's more than you think. Lots of sheriffs in small counties in California are not enforcing any of Newsollini's crap. They're just doing it quietly.

Not sure how any of what you just said negates my point or the articles that I linked.

The first article details police officers across the country not wanting to enforce the lockdowns, the second involves sheriff departments across the country (who do count as law enforcement so not sure why you keep bringing that up), the third details two sheriffs, and the last one is literally police officers speaking out against the nonsense.. not being silent.

Problem is the ones out there enforcing these rules really have no say in what happens. Those making them enforce it are watching from ivory towers. My kid is in law enforcement... gets shit on from top to bottom. Not saying what the police are doing is right, just the ones you see there didn't make up the rules.

26
HilarityComplex 26 points ago

I don't want to come across as judgemental here. Being a cop is a hard job. My dad was one.

But when rules are wrong you don't follow them.

6

No, I understand... same thing was said at the nazi concentration camps. "I was Only following orders". I dont like what is happening, I believe those in power want civil unrest so they can justify the end of personal gun ownership and an end to a 200+ year old document that is "irrelevant" in today's world. All human institutions are susceptible to corruption. Institutions with authority are extremely vulnerable to infiltration by corruption. That was the point in limiting government in authority in the first place. Every case like this is a reminder why we want minimal state power.

Don't let city cops destroy your opinion of cops.

Rural cops have been the ones telling Governors to eat a dick and read the Constitution. Virginia was awesome to see, a sheriff had their back so when the sheriff was under fire the people had his back.

But ya, we might have to privatize the police in order to clean up the bad cops.

I've personally always had good experiences with police (and I was a heroin addict years ago, so I had a lot of run-ins where I deserved far worse than what I got, often in the city) -- funny how far just being respectful goes.

Here's a few, 2 from when I was using, and one from just recently -- the tl;dr is "be nice, receive niceness":

One came after I overdosed in my parked car, and EMTs showed up. I was in a bad place during this time in my life, and had OD'd a week earlier on the same street, found by the same EMTs. I was in a diversion program at the time, trying but failing to straighten my life out. When the EMTs found me and looked at me (again) with disgrace, I begged and pleaded with them to not call the cops, but they had to, it's policy. They looked at each other, than me with some sympathy, and one said to the other "just call officer _____" -- It must have been an officer that they'd knew would be sympathetic to someone like myself. Anyway, officer shows up, and starts talking to me, and ultimately tells me he isn't going to arrest me (had no drugs on me), but asked if I could get a ride home. I told him I had nobody that I could call, so he asked where I lived. He said it was too far to drive me. So he talked to me literally for 3 hours until finally saying "you seem pretty normal now, if I give you a field sobriety test, and you pass, I'll let you drive home. I'm going to follow you for a bit, too, just to be sure." Long story short, I went home free that day.

Not long after, I had finally realized I needed help, and found a rehab to take me. I was staying at a friend's house for the weekend until going to the rehab on monday, unknowingly had a warrant out. Outside smoking a cigarette, and a cop drives by. Then drives by again. Then comes around a third time. I think "this is weird," so I start heading inside, and he backs up, rolls down his window, and ask if I live there. My friend chimes in that it's his house. Officer says "we've had a number of break ins, mind if I run your IDs just to make sure you are who you claim," etc. We do, because I didn't know I had a warrant -- long story short, I'm in cuffs in the back of the car, needing to be transferred to the city where the warrant was issued an hour away. It's friday, so the officer tells me I'll likely spend the weekend in jail before seeing a judge. I explain to him that I'm struggling with addiction, finally getting help, and have a rehab willing to take me monday -- if I don't show up monday, I lose the bed. Long story short, officer gets on the radio, turns the lights on, starts speeding about 100mph, and sets everything up to get me transferred and in front of the judge before he leaves friday night. I show up in court in front of the judge at 4:55 just before he left, and make it successfully to rehab. Been clean since for ~8 years.

Recent one isn't as interesting, but I got pulled over "speeding" going 38 in a 35 (officer claimed 41 in a 30). I was super nice to the officer, and before he took my ID to his vehicle, I said "hey, do you mind if I just take a few pictures of where I am, and the sign right there next to us? [that read "35 mph"]" Ultimately, he doesn't want to admit he's wrong, but he comes back, is polite, and tells me I'm "off with a warning."

Still haven't had a bad experience yet despite giving them reasons to give me a bad experience, but I'm sure there are bad ones out there, I just don't think it's anywhere near a majority.

3
VoterIDMatters 3 points ago

I don’t give a fuck how the cops treated a heroin addict a while back.

We are talking about what is happening NOW.

4
I_Used_to_be_me 4 points ago (edited)

umm... ok.

I wasn't asking you to care, and I think you're presuming my intent in sharing an anecdotal experience was something that an anecdotal experience is never meant to achieve. I was talking about the aggregate of experiences (to make a broader point), and not just one exact moment, because context matters, and limiting commentary/analysis/opinions to one event, a small time frame, or 1 or few individuals, in few specific areas/regions, is incomplete and tells us little (just as, admittedly, my own experience is limited. I wasnt extrapolating it to the macro-situation, as you're trying to do -- impossible and illogical in both instances). So point remains: cherrypicking and micro-focusing to draw a macro analysis or generalizations doesn't get us any closer to the truth of the matter or lead to any logical conclusions or judgements against a large group; and then, just as now, there are examples of good and bad cops (or anyone in any profession). But I'll go on, anyway, irrelevant and unworthy as a response may be, so:

...in that case

My experiences with them now are also fine. They were more on our side than the governor's when I went to the statehouse protest in my state, and the overwhelming majority in my state are not enforcing unconstitutional decrees or policies, but instead, upholding our constitutional rights. Drawing large conclusions and applying that judgment to the entire body of the police force is illogical, and a tactic of weaponization often used by the left. Until the entire police force is on the same page, making open/public statements and taking actions that imply they have abandoned their oath, and are instead enforcing governors' decrees, even if unconstitutional, then it's unfair to draw sweeping conclusions against the entirety of the police force, where there is, at this moment, no consensus, or universal behavior, amongst them. We can call out the bad actions of the bad actors without taking such a dangerous next step (unless and until warranted, which again, would take much greater action by a much larger body to justify)

-3
VoterIDMatters -3 points ago

If they were at the statehouse when you were protesting, and not speaking out about unlawful orders, then they are not on your side, fucking dumbass.

We should just let people who overdose die . Fuck junkies

0

Even if someone is this heartless to genuinely agree with this sentiment, they can rest easy knowing it’s significantly cheaper to reverse an OD with narcan than the costs associated with an overdose victim’s death, just as treatment is far more cost-effective than incarceration.

Guess we should let every diabetic who goes into epileptic shock because of poor life decisions, eating too much ice cream and candy, die. Let everyone with a heart attack as the result of heart conditions from unhealthy lifestyles die. Cancer from smoking? Die. Alcohol poisoning? No stomach pump for you.

The cops conflict could go either way for us. If we physically resist, this could give pretext for even more severe measures by the Dem dictators. However, it could also wake up the public, and the cops themselves, when they see people care enough that they're willing to fight.

Ultimately, this is a war for people's minds and souls. Whatever the methods we use, we need to keep this in mind.

13
Belgian_Rofl 13 points ago

The disconnect is quite simple, they would have to admit to themselves that they've been wrong, and they've been wrong for years. It's very hard to make that jump for hardcore leftists. It's hard to realize for many that capitalism despite "exploiting the workers" gives the greatest benefit to the lower class when they've fought so hard against it.

Simply put, it requires self discipline, flexibility, and introspection, traits that are not common discretely, let alone in combination.

NoBrakes2020 6 points ago

There isn't another system in existence that has taken more people out of poverty than capitalism. At the very bane of their socialist bullshit is contempt for the hard work and innovation (mostly money) of others.

20
BadManOrange 20 points ago

That's why I say that Trump is playing this like a genius. He's pretty much leaving it up to the states. Meanwhile, red states are being more open while blue states are being power hungry and tyrannical. Everywhere that you hear about people rebelling and getting pissed are blue states.

13
MaxineWaters4Prez 13 points ago

Even more importantly, red states are opening and blue state people are seeing nothing bad happening and getting pissed that they're still in time out.

Democrat utopia.

Or

5
SnowflakeJuice 5 points ago

I agree with you in general (1984), but that is not what is going on so much in NJ. It is the public unions that destroyed this state. They use their political influence to get lavish pensions, which causes taxes to go up, which crushes the middle class, who leave, which causes massive debt and pension liabilities

4
AngelMark 4 points ago

Exactly why we are getting out of here for retirement!

2
Leiloni 2 points ago

What are you talking about - there’s a huge middle class in NJ. I don’t k ow where you are but most of South Jersey is middle class. Some towns have more rich people but most places here are normal people.

3
SnowflakeJuice 3 points ago

You need to travel the state a little more. When I bought my home, my property taxes were under $5k, now they are over $10 and that is for a relatively small older home. The average taxes on a single family, non-senior home in my town is $14k and it increases every year. That doesn't even count other taxes.

Why would anyone in the middle class stay in NJ? (I am stuck because of family obligations).. The fact is the middle class are moving out. NJ has the highest out migration per capita of any state. High taxes and shitty service unless you are on welfare or are an illegal immigrant.

And it's not just taxes. Murphy decided that tenants can use their security deposit to pay rent. Their is a reason security deposits exists, because many tenants don't pay rent the last few months before they move out. So because Murphy decreed it, I am losing thousands of dollars on my two rental properties.

NJ is a shitty state, the Democrats made it that way

13
americathegr888 13 points ago (edited)

It might flip white liberals to some degree. Whites are the only swing votes.

Minorities and legal immigrants love totalitarianism in general and vote for it at 90% rates, though, as they all come from/create cultures that are leftist and totalitarian. There are no Constitutional Republics in South America or Africa and never have been.

I just want to know who thinks these shutdowns are a good idea that gives these tyrants something like over 70% approval ratings. The polls have to be doctored or people are really fucking stupid.

2

I live here and I don't think that'll ever happen. Most of the sheep around here approve of the lockdowns and even if they get tired of it, they all the other policies and virtue signaling that make this state such a liberal shithole.

1
siliconia 1 point ago

Lots of people's family members have been infected or died. Those people may vote blue, because they see this as reckless. There's too many variables caused by the panic pandemic. The problem with all of this, is that it went from a pretty inevitable race, to an unknown race based on a self created problem aka shutting everything down. This is actually a loss for us even if we end up winning, because we were already winning.

Defiant N.J. gym owner will reopen despite coronavirus restrictions. ‘It’s much bigger than the gym.’

It really is much bigger than the gym -- this is about the future of America.

7

I, too, remember when police were referred to as "peace officers" rather than "law enforcement officers".

I'd like for us to return to the "peace officers" era, but keeping the peace (and people out of the system) doesn't generate money for the system. Making certain rule-breakers "are brought to justice" does add lots of revenue to the municipal and county systems.

We'll see how they react today.

That crazy Chicago mayor must have no clue what she sounds like. That is insanity to talk like that in America... Allegiance to "The New World Order" and will hire the right people to see that everyone is "in compliance" with those orders including an IG to do spot checks on their own chosen people like a police chief. These deranged dems really believe this shit and that people will go along with it.

I cannot belive the government picked this fight with America. We're GOING to win.

30
Lla26 30 points ago

The left has wanted us to start a civil war since January 2017.

25
KeyboardWarrior 25 points ago

I think they're trying to Spark one right now. Henry Kissinger DREAMS of having the U.N invade Los Angeles (In his own words). We are taking this fight to the courts, Business fronts and The Ballot box. They know conservatives would win a civil war so that's why China and The U.N are salivating at our social unrest. Look at how they purposely leaked their Wuhan Riots.

19
americathegr888 19 points ago

LMFAO, the UN. The UN would get their asses fucking handed to them. They have about 90,000 troops total, if they pulled them out of every place in the entire world (which they aren't going to do).

The UN would get rekt.

As for China, they can't actually get to US soil, especially as Russia wouldn't allow them to properly invade the US.

14
Philhelm 14 points ago

China would get rekt too. We're armed to the teeth and possess generations of wartime experience. U.S. citizen insurgents would be the absolute worst fucking possible nightmare scenario for any foreign military.

5
Harambe 5 points ago

Unfortunately China is too smart to try it. At least until they can swarm us with drones and pigmen clones.

12

3

Damn I didn't think about that but yeah, if it came down to it I'm sure the Russians would stop that shit dead in its tracks

3
americathegr888 3 points ago

They've stated they'd be on the side of any constitutionalists in a civil war. Makes sense too, because as the only powerful anti-NWO country in the world, if the US gets taken over by the NWO in a civil war, they'd probably be facing nukes shortly afterward.

3
Philhelm 3 points ago

Foreign invaders would only be shown slightly more mercy than native born traitors.

3
Rosewolf2 3 points ago

The UN won't invade America when we have hundreds of subs globally that are undetectable and all carry nukes.

There will never be an invasion here in America and the only way we lose will be from immigration and voting away our rights.

The UN will never invade and they would be shot with a barrage of hypersonic missiles if they tried.

Even in a civil war the president whom is trump would still have the military. And any civil war in America wouldn't even last 2 weeks.

1
KeyboardWarrior 1 point ago

🤔 excellent point pede. These are things we are seriously having to consider throughout U.S History. We always need to keep a tactical combat mindset as a civic duty in America.

1
VetforTrump 1 point ago

UN? have you seen the soldiers that nations send to them? we would kill them inside of a day.

3
T-Bear 3 points ago

Correction - the Left has been at Civil War with America since the 2000 election. It was the Left that rejected President Bush 43 as being their President.

The Left does not think ANY Republican is legitimately elected. That is why they have no reservations about cheating the ballot box to get their way. They simply think they should win, no matter what. The rest of America - the ones who dissent - can just go pound sand. Won't vote for the Left? They'll simply replace you. They've been replacing you for the last 55 years ('64 Immigration "Reform" opened those gates).

The Left simply does not care Patriots have a different thought as to how to run this country - they think they are the only ones to run it "right"; it's okay to discuss alternatives, just so long as we all end up "agreeing" the Left's proposals are the best way forward.

The Left has been at war with Americans for almost twenty years now. So long as they think they can continue to win with propaganda, population replacement, and vote fraud, this will not become a hot/shooting war.

The moment it becomes clear they can no longer win with this formula...either the Democrat party will collapse and be replaced (and the civil war stops), or they trigger the shooting war, and use their propaganda networks to blame their opponents.

All too easy-peasy to do. Average Americans will think it all surreal: they will not want to fire on other Americans, and they will use most every means to push this reality away from their minds. The Left will use that paralysis to their advantage.

Think me a troll? Have an honest discussion with your families and neighbors. Do we really think 30-50% of the country will take up arms to reject the Left at this precise moment?

MAYBE...if Trump was somehow removed from the picture through obviously criminal means. But so long as their is hope this can be combated through peaceful means, we will stay peaceful.

The DoI said it best - we as people are extremely tolerant of abuses by the government. It also says there is a breaking point.

7
fadingecho 7 points ago

If PF is all you have, i'm sorry. It's a shit chain. Buying weights over time and working out at home is better than going to PF.

3
nomoreprinkles 3 points ago

Yeah I agree. It's just the current lack of availability and storage space. Maybe tmi but I mainly need cardio. Living on top of a hill makes jogging a frustrating experience for someone not into cardio.

3
fadingecho 3 points ago

I feel your pain. My PF opened with a lot of fan fare then quickly degenerated into a place that you'd expect to pay $10/mo for. I used it mainly for the treadmills because I live in the deep, deep, hot, humid south. Know what? Peace of mind is worth more than money so instead of putting up with the shit that PF had become, I learned to run in the mornings or evenings on the street. Never looked back (pun intended).

I made a home-gym setup and I have to work out in the sun due to limited space. Keep in mind that just like during ammo shortages as gun owners try and capitalize on tragedy by hoarding and reselling at a higher price, because they're morally deficient vultures, you'll see cheap weights pop up on the popular internet sites soon enough. Build your home gym setup on the cheap.

2
donaldschwarzenegger 2 points ago

Weights are being price gauged right now. For the very bare minimum basics (45lb bar, up to 2 plates on each side, and a bench and squat rack) would cost around $1500. If you got these pre-corona at the best prices, you could have gotten it all for under $500.

not only that, but the shipments are taking up to 8-12 weeks.

2
fadingecho 2 points ago

Give it time. They'll soon be popping up on the craigslist as people try to recoup some expenses. I just held off on an olympic bumper plate set for $500. I figure as folks get desperate, prices will start falling hard.

2
donaldschwarzenegger 2 points ago

Im in CA right now and some gyms have opened up under the radar. The bad news is that the one closest to me, is basically a high school reunion so i have not been going too much. Since theres only one gym open locally for me, its like everyone i know is in there and i hate talking at gyms. I went and met some of my brothers and sisters friends who havent seen me since i was 10 years old that i diddnt even recognize

im kind of just waiting for another local gym to open up at this point, because this one that has opened has been pretty successful (not shut down) for a few weeks now.

6
Cyer6 6 points ago

Texas is opening up gyms, pools and offices today, and more opening announcements coming this afternoon from our Gov. The local news is even starting to do news stories about openings, which is a nice switch from all the doom 'n gloom they were pushing a few weeks ago. People are fed up and tired of this shit and are ready to move forward.

5
dakin116 5 points ago

I've made it a point to avoid these cuck chains, alot of the new age franchises are doing this shit in TN...Blaze Pizza, Panda Express, Chipotle, etc..

5

1
nomoreprinkles 1 point ago

I'll check it out later today, thanks

2
apawst8 2 points ago

Thing is, a lot of the large chains are simply afraid of lawsuits. If a gym member gets corona, he may sue you. If you're an independent, they can likely only go after your insurance. If you're a chain, they have a lot more to try to get.

1
nomoreprinkles 1 point ago

I got my hair cut and had to go through this sign in process that was on par with a climbing release form or gething an ffl transfer. Going to suggest they do something like that if it's a legal thing.

Can someone explain this? Any cop vs patriot scenario, people always say the cops are easy targets.

Dont get me wrong, a man and a gun could only do so much on both sides. but arent cops actually trained at least as good as a US Marine would be? In terms of firearms and combat.

2

16
Daemoness 16 points ago

Over on reddit, I saw a post with the headline that "-thousands are going to DIE-" because Costco began allowing more than two people per membership card. They're mental children acting like a corona flu with a death rate of 0.5% is the Black Death, because they think exposure automatically equals ill, and ill automatically equals dead. They see headlines about "X new cases" and feel (they don't think, they feel) that means X number of deaths. And why do they feel this way-? Dopamine addiction, that kicks in every time they think how their stressing over covid19 proves they're smarter and more empathic than those of us in a red state getting our states reopened and back to work.

13
-REEEEEEEDACTED- 13 points ago

For the first time in their worthless lazy lives they had the backing of the entire world to do what they already do: sit at home living off of government while acting like massive faggots on the internet. AND this time around they got to milk both victimhood and brave savior statuses at the same time. This pandemic was all their dreams realized and it actually terrifies them to see it slipping away. Leftism, man. Fuck.

2
Cyer6 2 points ago

That and they saw a possible scenario where it would make Trump look bad and that Americans would blame him for all of this hardship and death. That didn't happen. In fact, the opposite happened. I think we're also going to see that some of the blue state governors will come to the realization that their states won't be bailed out and if it's not hurting Trump, they'll have to open up their economies to get tax revenue rolling in again.

7
LastconservativeNY 7 points ago

Honestly never say such a bunch of fearful namby-pambys in my life (and I'm old). The 20 somethings I work with stare at the TV, awaiting instructions. Went to the store today (needed milk and cereal) and ignored the taped arrows on the aisle floors - there was only one person in the aisle and I didn't want to walk all the way around. "Karen" gave me a glare and a "hurumph".

FFS, what's happened to people?

I never for one moment thought this would be a deadly health crisis.

5
Indianapede 5 points ago

So what’s the next goalpost they move too after no spike in new cases?

7
mdfl 7 points ago

I just email my state regarding the dashboard they publish not showing the deaths age distribution and only cases distribution. Looking at their published data, my county only had 30 deaths out of 500k people. Only 3 of those 30 were under 60 and yet the median age they publish is 45. Why, what the middle of a case of 12 year old and 102? When you see it's only 3 people out of 500k and realize that's same as car crashes, the fear goes away.

https://experience.arcgis.com/experience/96dd742462124fa0b38ddedb9b25e429 https://floridadisaster.org/globalassets/covid19/dailies/covid-daily-report-5.17.20_.pdf

Look at the deaths section and you will see almost no deaths in all but a couple of counties in the past 3 weeks. It's all there, but the public only gets the fear porn version. Orlando - 1.4 million - 4 deaths under 60 years, Broward - 1.9 million, 28 deaths under 60. We can all go back to work and protect the frail/elderly, but please stop feeding the fear monster.

This shutdown is so fucking bad. People are refusing to comeback to work because of "safety concerns" but really it's cause they get 600 extra from the feds. So they make more being bums than they make working.

Because being a slackard looks so good on your future resume.

dakin116 2 points ago

The same people who will quite literally blow every bit of extra money they are getting with this. Some people are hopeless and can't see a day in front of them

BoughtByBloomberg 2 points ago

You think a resume matters? This is low entry jobs and waiters and other people who don't need a resume outside of being young women or disposable labor.

Oh, Karen, I mean reporter Bill Durhart, you just wanted to tattle on folks for not wearing masks....

Gyms should have never been closed the first. But when you have health director having all the pull in states like Ohio. You get stupid stuff like this.

Fuck yeah. VICTORY. No 1776 today.... yet.

sustainable_saltmine 4 points ago

In north jersey but far enough removed from Newark and the Oranges to see quite a few Trump flags and banners by me. I'm sure there's also some extended "quiet support" from people less vocal about it. It's Essex but not eastern Essex

On the bright side of COVID, at least EVERYONE will wipe down the equipment from now on!

Those polls approving Murphy are completely bullshit

3
Hlodvigovich915 3 points ago

20% saying he didn't go far enough? What do they want, handcuffing everyone to the bed? Another poll shows 71% approval of Gretchen the Wicked Witch of the North, which I also greatly doubt.

ElephantManatee 2 points ago

Idk they were pretty accurate in 2016....lol

In some places in Orange County, CA, the cops will show up, inform they are open in violation, and then say they will return in 5 hours (after closing time) to make sure they comply.

A lot of red pills being handed out and taken during this lockdown.

I hope and pray that a lot of people are waking up finally. Perhaps this little taste of what it would be like if a socialist ( Democrat ) wins in November has awakened them.

Choppermagic 2 points ago

MSM and Democrats: "Let's associate Trump with FREEDOM. That is surely to work as a political strategy". NOT!!

Gyms opened up in my state today too. This was the top voted comment from our soy based city subreddit.

"Seems like a terrible place to be right now, honestly. I get people want things to be open again, but a place where you're breathing harder than usual and no one cleans up after themselves? Nah, I'm good doing bodyweight fitness at home. I know everyone is excited to get “back to normal” but it’s important to remember that we’re doing all of this reopening right now for economic reasons. It’s not based on any changes in the situation or data pointing to declining infection rates. We’re just reopening now because it’s politically and economically expedient to do so.

So, don’t forget that it’s still dangerous to be around other people and that nothing about the facts on the ground have changed. Be careful not to get too caught up in the rush to reopen that you neglect your safety, or the safety of your friends, family, and neighbors."

Governor is going to come down on them like a ton of bricks tomorrow. He as much said so.... Hope they have strong supporters and good lawyers.

1
RedPaladin 1 point ago

Our gym got raided for having the sauna open, despite sanitizing it hourly. Governor said to shut it down or lose their business license. It's a franchise, so corporate threatened them too.

I suggested to the owner they go solo, ditch the franchise, they're looking at it.

These people can't win because they're on the wrong side of history.

They thought they could hurt Trump politically by tanking the economy via lockdowns. Instead all people see is their lives being destroyed and the other party saying "go ahead and do your thing, just be safe." The days when the Democrat party can call itself the people's party are over. This crisis is the point where the people en masse see the effects these policies have on their lives real time. I expect a mass rejection of it come election time. And the democrats can either double down and move farther left, thus alienating more people over time, or quit being absolutely fucking nuts and calm down and try to be reasonable. Either way it is a win for this country.

Any good footage of obese cops using threats of force in order to close down a gym?

2

From the video, the cops were ok, great actually

I just saw the video. I am happily eating crow!

Any updates? Will the gym remain open the rest of the week? I doubt it will pull as big a crowd every day so can’t the cops come back like 3 days from now and arrest everyone there?

1
sustainable_saltmine 1 point ago

well, the cops turned around later and are not fining them for every day they remain open. the cops cucked out.

1
15point9inBarrel 1 point ago

I wish my pussy ass gym owner in Hamilton NJ would do the same and reopen. He just told all the members that he will not reopen until the tyrant Murphy approves it. Might have to join a different gym...
