Every friggin commercial on TV now is that way too. I'm black, have been around the world and have never seen this many interracial or gay people and couples in real-life as currently represented in media. It only pisses me off because it's not close to reality and so obviously blatant agenda pushing. People can choose to be with and be what they want IMO (as long as no one else is hurt), but media is painting a picture that just isn't true, so I just started tuning out. I'm starting to spend more time crafting, building things and with the family so I guess it's a good thing.

Thing is, even the older shows also often have SJWs themes, they're just better hidden. You pretty much have to go back to the 50s to avoid most of them.

"...basically, the weirder shit you could tolerate the more urbane and sophisticated you were."

Bingo. This is the core of the SJW Delusion right there, in a single sentence. Take my upvote, sir!

I've been watching various 90s shows as background while i work in my house. I noticed practically every show has a sudden shift from conservative romance to sexual Degeneracy.

Conservative shows seem to understand human nature and can tell great stories with core timeless concepts without really needing to show it in specific detail. You could tell the romance was serious without seeing the sex scene.

Now every show is just various themes of moody sluts (men too) being overly dramatic. I miss shows that gave me a character to look up to, not fuck-up characters that i can feel superior too.

Little House on the Prairie taught a message of actual values, that included God and going to Church, hard work and self perseverance, responsibility over degeneracy.. today the only values are show is why America should be destroyed from within.. Mandatory viewing for Zoomers!

Have you watched the 3rd season of Ozarks? They turned a good, mostly politically neutral show about organized crime into a show about how fearsome and cunning women are and that they can be super bad criminals too. It was laughable.

4
RapidAsparagus 4 points ago +4 / -0

If I wanted to see super bad criminal women, I would watch a Hillary Clinton documentary.

Dr707 1 point ago +1 / -0

You know, I turned it off when the bearded dude started fucking that gay fbi agent.

Then a few months later I thought "fuck it" and made it until the giant lawyer moves in and they start trying to make it all about power women.

Not going back for a 3rd helping

never watched the show, but i was going to check it out. I believe it's meant to be set in Missouri and heard that lake town hates the show for the image it gives the town.

This was a television show? Wheres the gay brother? None of these children seem to be dealing with trans issues. Looking at this playground bullying does not seem central to the plot.

Fake.

9
VoterIDMatters 9 points ago +9 / -0

I know you’re joking...but Actually playground bullying was a recurring theme in LHOTP

The show depicts an absolute nirvana compared to today.. hard-working christians on the frontier in the 1880s, how a small community can work together to lift all boats and help those in need. NO big gov, all degeneracy was shown as the vice, and opportunity to teach how to overcome and healing.

An actual happy white family with no interlopers. Today, it is the exact opposite, the interlopers are justice and Americans are evil who deserve what they get.

MustangManny 6 points ago +6 / -0

I too was made fun of for watching a girl show. I got pissed one Monday night when the show was preempted because Regan was going to talk to the nation about the recent invasion of Grenada. Also watched Father Murphy. Both shows had no problem depicting prayer. I don't think that would even be allowed today.

Have kids

Watch with them

It’s like getting to see it for the first time again

rebelde_sin_causa 10 points ago +10 / -0

hey that's Fox Business anchor Melissa Francis

Are you serious?

lower right

2
myredditnameisfake 2 points ago +2 / -0

Whoa..Didnt know that.

2
myredditnameisfake 2 points ago +2 / -0

Francis started her acting career on television by appearing in a Johnson & Johnson shampoo commercial at 6 months old. She was known for her role as Cassandra Cooper Ingalls on Little House on the Prairie, for two seasons

1
VoterIDMatters 1 point ago +1 / -0

Cassandra? Are you talking about the youngest one who goes by Carrie?

6
Rikki_Tikki 6 points ago +6 / -0

Not only White shows were wholesome. Good Times was a great show about struggling with society’s obstacles. Especially for the black community. Oh, and Sanford and Son was awesome as well.

2
THELEADERSOFMEN 2 points ago +2 / -0

Oh hell yeah Good Times. That was one of my all time favorites as a kid, loved that family, and Winona (who died recently, RIP). And as it happens JJ is pretty based and really close friends with Ann Coulter.

6
Schrodingers_Cat 6 points ago +6 / -0

Except for Nelly Olson. She was a bitch.

4
myredditnameisfake 4 points ago +4 / -0

The worst

6
chambleepede 6 points ago +6 / -0

Hasn't even been that long... there are multiple shows or movies from the 90s and early 2000s with reboots that are ruined by diversity and agendas.

What really frustrates me though is the introduction of the alternative lifestyle character around episode 6 or so... you're invested enough that you rationalize continuing to watch.

I watched This is Us... and I got over the bisexual dad... but when they made the 12 year old girl start being gay, I bailed.

4
MamaLlama4DJT2020 4 points ago +4 / -0

We started watching Anne with an E as a family and then had to stop after the homopalooza scenes... I had to talk to my kids about the agenda being pushed on them and why it’s wrong. I was pissed but shame on me for letting my guard down.

4
chambleepede 4 points ago +4 / -0

So... there is a site.. search for it... that tells you which series have alternate lifestyle lgb characters. It is a good resource... ironically the site is promoting the lifestyles, but you can use it to make sure...

3
drsowells1fan 3 points ago +3 / -0

That's the formula. Netflix drew me into Season 1 of Ozark and Stranger Things. By Season 2 and 3 the full agenda emerges and I'm treated to a deranged, gay FBI agent getting sucked off and muh lesbian teen struggle.

3
MustangManny 3 points ago +3 / -0

I've noticed that too. Westworld seems to be going in the all white men (and humans are bad) / girl power direction, just like the Walking Dead. Had to stop watching that crap this past fall when they had a 7 year old girl firing a .357 at zombies in the first episode.

2
drsowells1fan 2 points ago +2 / -0

So funny you mention that. I lost interest in Westworld too.

4
Mythologick 4 points ago +5 / -1

This it why I've trended more and more towards anime recently...I've never been a giant anime fan I dabbled in the usual shit DBZ and the like. Now I find myself watching any anime when I actually want to watch something on TV because it's like the only thing that hasn't been fucking infected with the woke virus.

1
RapidAsparagus 1 point ago +1 / -0

And at least with anime you know to be on guard for degeneracy ;)

In all seriousness, I watch a fair bit of anime too. Once you've found a good clean series you're usually set.

3
VoterIDMatters 3 points ago +3 / -0

This is the best show

2
kek_saved_the_world [S] 2 points ago +3 / -1

I would assert, Friends is the 1990s version, all white cast, no trans globohomo garbage.. No producers in shitville would fund a friends script today unless it was a shitshow of who's who of broken gender dysphoria

For god's sake even Friday would not be made today, it was the pinnacle of race relations in America, everyone was cool with laughing at each-other, everyone got picked on, no favorites. No way they going to show a harmless stoner skater today.. he wasn't oppressing anyone.

5
VoterIDMatters 5 points ago +5 / -0

I see what you’re getting at, but Friends was a propaganda tool to subtly convince white people to not marry or reproduce.

5
MustangManny 5 points ago +5 / -0

The men did give off a beta vibe.

2
RapidAsparagus 2 points ago +2 / -0

It was less degenerate than a lot of the stuff out there today, but I wouldn't go calling it wholesome.

3
kidfromtheplayground 3 points ago +3 / -0

The Cosby show, Family Ties, Little House on the Prarie, Growing Pains, The Wonder Years just to name a few.

Now all you get is fake ass reality TV, its like they make TV for people so they dont have to go out and participate in actual life. TV is not worth paying for now days.

3
Redpillhope 3 points ago +3 / -0

And all the females on the show were strong and brave.

-1
Truly_anonymous1 -1 points ago +1 / -2

I hate to break it to y’all, but those three ‘girls’ are boys in drag. They’ve been pushing this gender inversion sickness in Hollywood for many decades now.
