I heard that insurance companies are telling food producers(not just the Chinese ones) that they have to shut down for however long if there is just one case of coronavirus otherwise they won't cover them anymore.

That would be odd. I don’t see insurance companies telling businesses they have to shut down. There is a possibility that there would be no coverage if tainted products hit the shelves and caused people to get sick or something. That alone would be enough to cause businesses to not take certain risks. All these policies are customized and intertwined with multiple insurers. Tricky stuff.
