You can’t argue with logic like that!!!
If these guys all plead not guilty and forced trials, they would shut the whole city down in a week. Then they could go on crime sprees for years until their cases come up. Then take a plea bargin at that point since the DA will be so fucking sick of life they will be happy to do so.
But just try, in NYC, to get any firearm to protect yourself from the criminals that are now running rampant in the city. Go ahead. Try.
