I'm starting to see videos (below) where it looks like Chinese people are trying to infect or cause panic for fear of infection, by purposefully coughing at each other. I saw another video of a delivery guy in an elevator, and the camera shows him coughing into the food he's delivering (purposefully removes his mask, opens the bag, and coughs onto the food). https://webmshare.com/Gx18e
