Did you know that our US tax dollars are used to fund the education of many foreign students from China, India, and many other third word countries? Professors get grants from the US government and then pay those foreign students to do their research for them. This is how we allow these students to work in sensitive research and end up transfering know-hows to countries like China.

There should be a bill that would prohibit universities that receive federal grants from using the grant money to pay foreign students.
