Common defense is ~15% of the budget. ~5% goes to education, infrastructure, & admin. The remaining 80% is going to "services" that shouldn't be part of the government function. Personal income tax could & should be eliminated entirely. Property taxes should be eliminated for primary dwellings at the very least. As it is currently, workers are effectively serfs.
