Military people are not allowed to wear their uniforms for political purposes, nor are they allowed to wear their uniforms in DC. The only way this could happen is if Vindman's posturing is done at the behest of Adam Schiff.

This is obvious to anybody who knows anything at all about protocol of military officers and enlisted.

This is why Lt. Col. Hickman spoke up, and why Sen. Blackburn commented.

Vindman may have been a hero in action, but he does not strike me as politically astute. He is somebody's sock puppet.
