I agree that the title is ambiguous in a clickbaity sort of way, but not inaccurate.
It is inaccurate because VA state law only applies to VA residents. Last I checked residents in Texas don’t follow VA state laws.
“List of VA Senators who voted yes on stripping VA Residents of their gun rights” is how it should have been titled.
