In fact, it is the presidents duty to do so UNDER statute. Misprision of felony requires anyone with knowledge of a crime to report it. So does the constitution for the executive branch.

I could be wrong,but I remember reading that Biden hadn't announced that he was running until after the Ukraine call. Anyone else hear that?
