Mexico, all of Central America, and Venezuela. Why can't we ban travel from those countries?

Mexico is basically our top trading partner now. Legal trade and legal travel benefit us both.

Obviously Mexico still has big problems... but there are some big league changes on the horizon - positive ones for them, during GEOTUS's second term.
