People didn't know about the camps until the end of the war. Hitler was just a leader of Germany. Until he lost, his crimes exposed, and a million Hollywood movies made that we've all seen from birth. Fuck Hitler though, really but also fuck getting involved in the Meddle East forever.
I remember on the Glenn Beck show, he showed an American Nazi party rally in Madison Square Garden on February 20, 1939. It was surreal and difficult seeing George Washington flanked by swastikas.
