This makes it less likely that it was a planned attack. I guess the person could have a kamikaze attack plan, but that would require seeing the car on the road coming from the other direction at highway speeds with a median in the way. The fact that it wasn’t him, but rather his wife is also an issue I have. If another person was the lookout to make the kamikaze aware of the oncoming car, that person would also have known it wasn’t the man in the car.
