This clip is misleading. Need to hear what the guy with the bullhorn was saying. Guy in the backpack was challenging his rhetoric.

Backback guy: "You want to start a revolution today?"

Bullhorn guy: "Heck yeah!"

Backback guy: "You want to hop that fence and go kill that guy? You're making a speech about people rising up and--"

And then the crowd jumps in.

That could be the case. But still that guy was way out of line. Imagine a rally for the wall and some guys saying ”So you guys wanna go across the street and kill that Mexican guy?”
