I don't have answers for all of your questions, though by now I think it's over. But from what I saw on one video there were WAY too many people to fit them in the enclosure I saw the day before.

The featured speakers (excellent speakers) were in the enclosed area. There was only one gateway in (through security) and the line was very long to enter, so many folks opted to remain outside, a short distance from the Legislature building. Many of the state Delegates who support 2A rights stopped and spoke with us, shook hands, and a few media folks (BBC included) were with our group in that area. I recommend folks invest in a large megaphone for future such events, as the helicopter noise created some background noise.
