First step to return Virginia to its citizens:

To VA Legislature:

Proposal DC2020:

  1. To bring back George Washington’s 10 mile square for the District of Columbia (add back the Virginia portion)

  2. Expand the original 10 mile square by 5 miles on each side (making Dist of Columbia a 20 mile square)

This would put most of the Federal govt including Joint Base Andrews back on Federal soil.
