I appreciate this post. I am strongly in favor of equal justice under the law. I do not feel that government criminals are receiving the punishment they deserve.

That said, this posting is somewhat misleading. She has not been sentenced by the court, and this is obviously a plea deal. We don't know if part of the deal was no jail time.
