The decision in this case was 2-1, all three are Obama appointees. Even two of them could see it was b.s. And the lawsuit was initially filed against Obama admin. To call this a "kids" lawsuit is a joke. The "plaintiffs" were such in name only as a hook for the adoring leftist press.
