Black people will never be free as long as the vote for the party of slavery, segregation and the KKK, in other words, the Democrats.

Facts are dangerous. Careful.

Its a hard bargain when one party says: I will literally give you money and invest in helping you and the other says: well, its kind of hard to even hear what we say because we don't invest in social media online and the internet is the filter through which 90% get their news media now.

Largely though, and this is through years of being... on all sides of ...everything...and being a news-junkie + info-addict + growing up white in the ghetto + that ghetto being located in a Hispanic majority metro + all my adult relationships being with Hispanics + now married to fresa / middle class Mexican love of my life super Christian woman and having 2 half beaker, half burgerlander (side of kraut) kids + etcetcetc:

We are in favor of the federal government fucking off in regards to the culture wars.

For better or worse, real politik speaking, we are PRO: experiment / laboratories of the states and reining in the federal govt to just doing a few things in a cost effective manner.

Specifically, things that benefit the most people in America, not just 0.01% at the cost of wasted time, effort and increased rub-you-against-the-grain for majority of people who weren't even fkn concerned about tyrannies in bathrooms until you made it a big deal! Etc.

Note: personally, I think left (non-conformist, non-hierarchical, classically 'liberal') vs right (monarchist, hierarchic, conformist, anti-democratic) & progressive ("future will always be better than the past") vs reactionary ("past will always be better than present or future") are both old, wrong ways of looking at politics.

We have a nation. That much is indisputable. We can all mostly recognize that pattern and value doing things at that level of social organization. Thus, why we vote to begin with, congress, president, etc.

Ok, so... This is so cheese but, its 2020, lets see things clearly, I think there's concerted effort to keep us from taking over e plurbus unum style and to keep us focused on petty differences, racial grievances and old, wrong ways of thinking.

This is where I stick my head out and hope I don't get smacked:

Personally, am waiting for the perfect candidate who will focus on TWO things.

  1. Secure the border to the best of our ability. Pathway to citizenship used as bargaining chip to total lockdown of borders. Only people crossing are those we want crossing.

  2. Higher, progressive tax rate and direct redistribution to middle class. Note: not to the poorest. Don't reward exthumanvictimhood and dysfunction or everyone heads in that direction!. Put that carrot on the commitment of having and keeping a job. If you can show that initiative and keep a job for any length of time, here's some training of your choice and money to make your entrepreneurial dreams come true. Mexico has a (much) higher ratio of family run businesses. My wife is constantly saying we should start a business, the cultural rift between us there is huge as I never think like that. And, part of Mexico's friendliness to small business is due to lack of regulations. Not all of which are bad, btw, but I've rambled long enough.

Point being, Democrats hold out money and investment to aggrieved people that they make sure stay aggrieved through their connections to Hollywood, and low-info poor people of course vote accordingly.

Edit: I dunno, th-th-thats what I think!
