He appointed FISC judges who knew or should have known the FBI was lying on the warrants....it seems he 'can' be challenged or forced to recuse.

Rumor is he has flipped or been freed, and is now on our side.

We shall see. I still think POTUS has planned on getting to this trial all along, it can serve to expose so very much evidence against the Enemy.

Yeah, he was compromised, true. And if he has not been flipped back he can be forced to recuse, which would bring up Justice Thomas I think.
