5 Return to thedonald.win and click the [SUBMIT A LINK] button in the right hand sidebar and fill in the title, URL and click [SUBMIT].

If the meme image file has been saved to your local hard drive, then you'll need to upload it to an image service like imgur or catbox.
If the image is already uploaded and you have the URL, skip to step 5.
